In recent years, as the emission regulations of diesel vehicles become more and more strict, the emission of pollutants at idle speed and low load is also required or is about to be required by corresponding pollutant limits. The technical route can reduce the temperature of the combustion chamber, further reduce the generation amount of NOx, finally reduce the pollutant emission and meet the emission regulation requirements. However, the EGR system is composed of a valve, a cooler, a pipeline, a controller and the like, the system is complex, the cost is high, and the technical maturity and reliability are insufficient, so that the demand of the diesel engine cannot be effectively met.

The sealing between the upper end of the valve shaft 34 of the butterfly valve 3 and the inner hole of the upper bushing cover 35 needs to be realized by pressing and attaching the sealing gasket 37 and the step surface of the valve shaft 34, the upper part of the valve shaft 34 is welded with the driving turntable 30, the laser welding is preferred, the welding appearance is attractive, the welding temperature is low, and the heat influence on surrounding parts is small. The return spring 31 is sleeved on the outer wall surface of an upper shaft hole of the butterfly valve shell 32, a supporting platform of the butterfly valve shell 32 is arranged at the lower part of the butterfly valve shell, a limiting structure is fixed on the butterfly valve shell 32 on the lower support arm of the return spring 31, the upper support arm is clamped in the limiting structure arranged on the driving turntable 30, a certain axial pretightening force is kept after the return spring 31 is installed, the valve shaft 34 is lifted upwards, the step surface of the valve shaft 34 is tightly pressed on the inclined plane of the sealing gasket 37, and the leakage amount of high-temperature exhaust is minimized. The step surface of the valve shaft 34 is preferably designed in a spherical surface, and the sealing gasket 37 needs to be provided with a bevel plane at a corresponding position, so that the sealing position can be developed into a surface sealing from an initial linear sealing after a period of operation, and the sealing effect is better along with the increase of the abrasion loss of an abrasion surface. The gasket seal 37 is preferably made of a wear resistant and high temperature resistant stainless steel. The valve shaft 34 and the valve plate 33 are welded together by laser welding or argon arc welding. The return spring 31 is installed to maintain a certain pre-tightening force in the torsion direction, and the valve plate 33 is in a normally open position under the matching of the limiting structure of the shell 32 and the limiting structure of the driving turntable 30. The valve-off direction is the tightening direction of the return spring 31. Valve plate 34 is usually made of high temperature resistant stainless steel by casting, and return spring 31 is usually made of SUS301, SUSU304 or X718, X750 by bending.

Executor 2 include casing 10, business turn over water pipe 7, enclosing cover 5, enclosing cover sealing washer 28, motor 25, wave spring 26, motor flange 27, gear train, intermediate gear axle 13 and the shafting, actuating arm 9, magnet 17 and PCB14 that drive gear axle 8 constitutes, PCB14 includes hall angular position sensor 15, electronic components, motor pin 12, pin 11, contains the cooling water course in the casing. Hall angle position sensor 15, supporting electronic components (like electric capacity, inductance, diode etc.), motor pin 12 and pin 11 can weld on a PCB14, install PCB14 on enclosing cover 5 with self-tapping screw 16 again, need set up the screw post that corresponds the screw hole site on enclosing cover 5, the position that the induction field on Hall angle position sensor 15 needs just to magnet 17 center, and the clearance between magnet 17 also need accord with the design requirement. The other scheme is that a conductive wire frame (not shown in the drawing) is used as an insert of the outer cover 5 to be integrally injection-molded, then the Hall angle position sensor 15, matched electronic components (such as a capacitor, an inductor, a diode and the like), the motor pin 12 and the pin 11 are welded, and finally the outer cover 5 is fixed by glue pouring, so that the investment of the PCB14 and the tapping screw 16 is saved.

As shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the exhaust throttle valve of the diesel engine further comprises a connecting part 4, the connecting part 4 is configured to be capable of connecting the actuator 2 and the butterfly valve 3, the connecting part 4 is configured to be capable of being thermally insulated and flexibly connected, and the connecting part 4 comprises a bracket 40, a sleeve 42, a wire washer 41, a bolt-nut fastener i 43 and a bolt-nut fastener ii 44. The structure, the connecting part 4 plays a thermal insulation role mainly depends on the design of the structure and the size of the bracket 40, in addition, the contact structure of the driving arm 9 of the actuator and the driving turntable 30 of the butterfly valve is small, and the influence of heat transfer is considered to be minimum; the flexible connection is mainly realized by a steel wire gasket 41, so that vibration and noise can be reduced.

The outer cover 5 and the shell 10 of the actuator 2 of the exhaust throttle valve of the diesel engine are fixedly connected through a spring fastener or an outer cover screw 6, an outer cover sealing ring 28 is embedded in the outer cover 5 in a groove mode, PPS or PBT is selected as the material of the outer cover 5, glass fibers are added, the outer cover 5 is formed by injection molding, and the outer cover sealing ring 28 is made of EPDM. In the above structure, the structural form of the outer cover sealing ring 28 can be an O-shape, an X-shape or other special-shaped design. The outer cover 5 of the actuator is made of PPS or PBT, glass fiber is added, and injection molding is adopted; the outer cap seal 28 is typically EPDM. The actuator shell 10 is also provided with a water path design, the water path is generally formed in the shell 10 in a die-casting mode, the die-casting aluminum material is selected and is provided with the water inlet and outlet pipe 7, the water inlet and outlet pipe 7 and the shell 10 are required to be sealed, a sealing ring is generally adopted or the water inlet and outlet pipe 7 is directly pressed on the shell 10 and is welded and fastened, laser welding is preferred, the welding appearance is attractive, and the integral welding strength is reliable.

The motor 25 is a direct current brush motor or a brushless motor, a wave spring 26 is additionally arranged between the motor 25 and the shell 10, an inner hole of a motor flange 27 is in interference press fit with the outdoor wall surface of a bearing of the motor 25, and then the motor flange is rigidly connected to the shell 10 through a fastener. In the structure, the positioning of the motor 25 is completed by the motor flange 27 and the structure on the shell 10, and the positioning of the other end of the motor 25 is completed by the bearing outdoor wall surface and the inner cylindrical surface processed at the corresponding position of the shell 10.

The wave spring 26 is made of metal material, the motor flange 27 is formed by plastic-coated molding, a pin (not shown in the drawing) is embedded in the middle of the motor flange and is connected with a pin, and the pin is used for connecting a motor terminal (not shown in the drawing) and the motor pin 12. Alternatively, the shaft extension may be fixedly mounted directly to the housing 10 by means of a resilient motor flange (not shown) and fasteners (not shown).

The gear set (power train) (29/24/20) adopts straight cylindrical gear drive design, and also can adopt helical cylindrical gear drive design or other drive types, which mainly depends on the space arrangement requirement. The selection of the gear ratio and the number of the stages of the gear set mainly depends on the design of two aspects of the selection of the type (motor characteristic curve) of the motor 25 and the output torque requirement, and the current scheme in the drawing is two-stage spur gear transmission, and the gear ratio is 36.5. The motor gear 29 is generally press-fitted on the shaft of the motor 25 in an interference manner, the position of the motor gear 29 is accurately positioned by a limiting tool during press-fitting, and the motor gear 29 is generally manufactured and molded by adopting a powder metallurgy process. The intermediate gear 24 is directly in small clearance fit with the intermediate gear shaft 13, the position of the intermediate gear 24 is accurately positioned by means of the fit of the lower end face of the gear 24 and a corresponding plane of the shell 10, the intermediate gear 24 is generally manufactured by adopting an injection molding process, the materials are selected from PA46, PA66, PPA and the like, and a proper amount of glass fiber and wear-resistant material PTFE are added. The driving gear 20 is usually designed with sector teeth, and both sides of the driving gear 20 are limited by the limiting structures arranged at the corresponding positions of the shell 10, so that the maximum rotation angle of the driving gear 20 (i.e. the driving shaft 8 and the driving arm 9) is determined, and the driving gear 20 is usually welded with the driving gear shaft 8, preferably by laser welding, and has low welding temperature, small welding deformation and small heat influence on peripheral parts. The driving gear 20 adopts a plastic-coated molding process, and the materials can be selected from PA46, PA66, PPS and the like, and a proper amount of glass fiber is added; the built-in insert (not shown in the drawings) is made of a metal material.

The motor 25 comprises a motor gear shaft, the motor gear shaft and the motor 25 are manufactured integrally, the intermediate gear shaft 13 is pressed on the actuator shell 10 in an interference fit mode, the driving gear 20 is assembled with the shell 10 through a bearing 23 and/or a shaft sleeve 21, the bearing shaft sleeve is designed in a sealing mode (for example, the bearing 23 is provided with a sealing ring) and is pressed in a shaft hole of the shell 10 in the interference fit mode. The accurate positioning of the driving gear 20 is completed by reducing the vertical movement of the driving gear shaft 8, the vertical movement of the driving gear shaft 8 is controlled mainly by a thrust washer 22, the thrust washer 22 is clamped on the driving gear shaft 8, the upper surface position of the thrust washer 22 is limited by a limiting structure in a shaft hole of the actuator shell 10, and the lower surface position is limited by the upper end surface of a bearing 23/shaft sleeve 21 (the scheme in the drawing is the bearing 23), so that the vertical movement of the driving gear shaft 8 is small, and the position of the driving gear 20 is accurately controlled. The driving arm 9 is firstly pressed on the driving gear shaft 8 and then welded and fixed, preferably laser welding, and has low welding temperature, small welding deformation and small heat influence on peripheral parts. The intermediate gear shaft 13 and the drive gear shaft 8 are made of metal.

The magnet 17 and the magnet seat 18 are integrally manufactured and formed through plastic coating, the magnet seat 18 is sleeved on the driving gear shaft 8 and is fixed through the pin 19, the magnet 17 is made of a magnetic conductivity material, and the magnet seat 18 and the pin 19 are generally formed through an injection molding process. Or the magnet 17 and the driving gear shaft 8 are integrally formed, and the input of the magnet seat 18 and the pin 19 is omitted. The magnet 17 is typically made of a magnetically permeable material, and the magnet holder 18 and the pin 19 are typically formed by an injection molding process.

According to the exhaust throttle valve of the diesel engine, under the high-load working condition of a diesel vehicle, the requirements for improving exhaust back pressure and exhaust temperature are not met, and the valve plate of the throttle valve body is in the full-open position, so that the power performance of the whole vehicle is not affected. When the diesel vehicle runs under the idle speed or low-load working condition, the exhaust temperature of the engine generally cannot reach the target temperature value required by the catalytic conversion of the post-processing unit. In such a case, the problems described in the background art may occur. Therefore, the application is improved, when a diesel vehicle runs under the idle speed or low-load working condition, the whole vehicle ECM calculates and sends a valve plate opening command to a throttle valve body (exhaust throttle valve), the motor is controlled to rotate, the motor rotates to drive the valve plate to rotate towards the direction that the valve plate opening is reduced, the valve plate outputs the rotation angle torque after speed reduction and torque increase of the gear set, the valve shaft and the valve plate are driven to rotate through connection of the driving arm and the driving turntable, the valve plate opening is reduced, exhaust back pressure is increased, the diesel engine simultaneously keeps normal torque output through multi-oil injection, the exhaust temperature of the engine rapidly increases to reach the target temperature value required by aftertreatment catalytic conversion, and therefore pollutant emission is reduced, and the requirements of environmental protection regulations are met. When the load of the whole vehicle rises and the normal exhaust temperature is enough to maintain the high-efficiency catalytic conversion of the post-processing unit, the valve plate of the throttle valve body returns to the full-open position under the control of the ECM of the whole vehicle or under the action of the return spring, and the power output of the whole vehicle is not influenced any more. When the diesel engine is in the working condition of low exhaust temperature such as idling and low load, the exhaust throttle valve of the diesel engine can accurately and timely reduce the opening of the valve plate of the throttle valve to improve the exhaust back pressure and improve the exhaust temperature by combining the fuel injection strategy of the diesel engine, thereby improving the catalytic conversion efficiency of the post-treatment unit, reducing the pollutant emission and finally ensuring that the emission meets the emission regulation requirement.
