an adjusting step: if the reading of the dial indicator (80) in the detection step is not in the set qualified range, the positioning plate (30) and the qualified water meter shell (10) are released from being fixed, the positioning plate (30) is moved and/or the qualified water meter shell (10) is rotated according to the actual reading of the dial indicator (80), so that the orientation of the measuring rod (70) on the qualified water meter shell (10) is changed, and then the positioning plate (30) and the qualified water meter shell (10) are fixed; repeating the detection step;

disassembling and assembling: if the reading of the dial indicator (80) in the detection step is within the set qualified range, the qualified water meter shell (10) is released from being fixed and detached from the positioning plate (30), and meanwhile, the measuring rod (70) and the dial indicator (80) are detached;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of water meter shell processing equipment, in particular to auxiliary positioning equipment and method for water meter shell processing.

Background

In the 21 st century, China is advancing from the major manufacturing countries to the strong manufacturing countries, and the extensive production mode is difficult to meet the actual requirements at the present stage. How to improve the machining precision of parts and improve the product quality is a huge challenge facing nowadays; referring to fig. 1, a single flow water meter shell comprises a meter shell body 11 and a connector 12 provided with a water flow channel 13, the water flow channel 13 is used for water inlet and outlet, and at the moment, the inclination angle of the water flow channel 13 has a large influence on the performance of the single flow water meter.

When the water flow passage 13 is processed on the water meter shell 10, the water meter shell 10 is fixed on a base body which is in transmission connection with a driving shaft of a lathe, a joint 12 of the water meter shell 10 faces a processing shaft of the lathe, the extending track of the joint 12 is generally coaxial with the rotation axis of the base body, and then the processing shaft goes deep into the joint 12 along the rotation axis direction of the base body during the rotation of the water meter shell 10, so that the water flow passage 13 is processed in the joint 12; however, the existing method for determining the installation position of the water meter case 10 and the orientation of the joint 12 by naked eyes easily causes deviation of the orientation of the joint 12, further easily causes deviation of the processed water flow channel 13 from a predetermined direction, and affects the size of the water flow channel 13, thereby affecting the yield of finished products.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an auxiliary positioning device for water meter shell machining, and the invention aims to provide an auxiliary positioning method for water meter shell machining, which can realize accurate installation of a water meter shell and ensure the qualified rate of finished products.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a water meter shell processing auxiliary positioning device comprises a meter shell body and a joint which is arranged on the meter shell body and is provided with a water flow channel; the water gauge shell processing auxiliary positioning equipment comprises:

the mounting seat is used for being in transmission connection with a driving shaft of an external lathe;

positioning a plate; the positioning plate is arranged on the mounting seat in a linear motion manner and is used for matching and sleeving the watchcase main body and placing the watchcase main body in a vertically rotatable manner;

the locking device is used for fixing the positioning plate on the mounting seat;

the fixing structure is used for fixing the water meter shell on the positioning plate;

the abutting rod is arranged on the mounting seat and used for abutting against the joint in the side direction;

the measuring rod is used for penetrating into the water flow channel in a matching manner and is provided with a circumferential surface;

and the measuring head of the dial indicator is used for contacting with the circumferential surface.

The positioning rod is arranged on the mounting seat and is provided with an adjusting screw hole; the abutting rod is provided with an adjusting thread, and the adjusting thread is in threaded connection with the adjusting screw hole.

Further, the positioning rod is provided with an adjusting nut; the adjusting nut is circumferentially rotatable and axially fixed relative to the positioning rod, and the adjusting screw hole is formed.

Further, the device also comprises an abutting structure, wherein the abutting structure comprises an abutting screw and an abutting nut; the abutting nut is arranged on the mounting seat, can rotate in the circumferential direction relative to the mounting seat and is axially fixed; the butt screw with butt nut threaded connection, just the axial of butt screw with the direction of motion of locating plate is parallel.

Further, the fixing frame comprises a first fixing rod, a second fixing rod and a cross rod; the first fixing rod is arranged on the mounting seat; the second fixing rod is arranged on the mounting seat; one end of the cross rod is rotatably arranged on the second fixed rod, and the other end of the cross rod is provided with a clamping groove; when the cross rod rotates, the clamping groove can be clamped on the first fixing rod or separated from the first fixing rod; the fixing screws are arranged on the cross rods.

The mounting and adjusting device comprises a mounting seat, a first swing arm, a first locking structure, a second swing arm and a second locking structure; one end of the first swing arm is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat; the first locking structure is used for locking the first swing arm on the mounting seat; one end of the second swing arm is rotatably arranged at the other end of the first swing arm; the second locking structure is used for locking the second swing arm on the first swing arm; the dial indicator is arranged at the other end of the second swing arm.

Furthermore, the locating plate is installed in one side of the mount pad, and a balancing weight block is also installed on the other side of the mount pad.

pre-feeding: connecting the mounting seat with a driving shaft of a lathe; sleeving a shell main body of a qualified water meter shell on a positioning plate, fixing the positioning plate on an installation seat by using a locking device, and fixing the water meter shell on the positioning plate by using a fixing structure; inserting the measuring rod into the joint of the qualified water meter shell;

a detection step: after the pre-feeding step, a measuring head of the dial indicator is contacted with the circumferential surface of the measuring rod, the mounting base is rotated and rotated for a circle, and the reading of the dial indicator is checked;

an adjusting step: if the reading of the dial indicator in the detection step is not in the set qualified range, the fixing of the positioning plate and the qualified water meter shell is released, the positioning plate is moved and/or the qualified water meter shell is rotated according to the actual reading of the dial indicator, so that the orientation of a measuring rod on the qualified water meter shell is changed, and then the positioning plate and the qualified water meter shell are fixed; repeating the detection step;

disassembling and assembling: if the reading of the dial indicator in the detection step is within the set qualified range, the fixing of the qualified water meter shell is released, the qualified water meter shell is detached from the positioning plate, and meanwhile, the measuring rod and the dial indicator are detached;

an abutting step: before the step of disassembling and assembling, a support rod is adopted to support on a connector of a qualified water meter shell;

positioning and feeding: after the disassembly and assembly step, sleeving a shell body of the water meter shell to be processed on the positioning plate, enabling a joint of the water meter shell to be processed to abut against the abutting rod, and then fixing the water meter shell to be processed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the auxiliary positioning device for processing the water meter shell can realize accurate installation of the water meter shell, thereby realizing accurate processing of a water flow channel and ensuring the qualification rate of finished products.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the invention provides an auxiliary positioning device for processing a water meter case, which comprises a mounting base 20, a positioning plate 30, a locking device 40, a fixing structure 50, a resisting rod 60, a measuring rod 70 and a dial indicator 80; the mounting seat 20 is used for being in transmission connection with a driving shaft of an external lathe; the positioning plate 30 is arranged on the mounting base 20 in a linear motion manner and is used for matching and sleeving the watchcase main body 11 and placing the watchcase main body in a vertically rotatable manner; the locking device 40 is used for fixing the positioning plate 30 on the mounting base 20; the fixing structure 50 is used for fixing the water meter case 10 on the positioning plate 30; the abutting rod 60 is arranged on the mounting seat 20 and is used for abutting against the joint 12 laterally; the measuring rod 70 is used for matching and penetrating into the water flow channel 13 and is provided with a circumferential surface 71; the dial gauge head 81 is adapted to contact the circumferential surface 71 and, in use, the dial gauge 80 may be positioned on an external lathe.

On the basis of the structure, when the water meter shell processing auxiliary positioning equipment is used, the following operations are carried out:

step five: if the reading of the dial indicator 80 is in the set qualified range, at this time, the water flow channel 13 almost overlaps with the rotation axis of the mounting base 20, that is, the mounting position and the orientation of the qualified water meter shell 10 are accurate mounting positions, at this time, the qualified water meter shell 10 is fixed in a contact manner, the qualified water meter shell 10 is detached from the positioning plate 30, and meanwhile, the measuring rod 70 and the dial indicator 80 are detached;

here, it should be noted that before any node of the qualified water meter case 10 is detached from the positioning plate 30 in step five, the abutting rod 60 is abutted on the joint 12 of the water meter case 10;

step six: the water meter shell 10 to be processed is sleeved on the positioning plate 30, the joint 12 of the water meter shell 10 to be processed is abutted against the abutting rod 60, the water meter shell 10 to be processed is fixed by the fixing structure 50, at the moment, the accurate installation of the water meter shell 10 to be processed is completed, and when the water flow channel 13 is processed by an external lathe, the water flow channel 13 with high accuracy can be obtained, so that the qualified rate of finished products is ensured.

The above requirement is that "the positioning plate 30 is fitted to the case body 11 in a matching manner" may be that the case body 11 is fitted to the outside of the positioning plate 30, or that the case body 11 is inserted into the positioning plate 30; in practical use, the case body 11 is provided with an inner groove 14, and the notch of the inner groove 14 can be sleeved outside the positioning plate 30 in a matching way; the above-mentioned water meter case 10 and the positioning plate 30 are fitted to each other, and also, it is possible to cause the water meter case 10 to be displaced during rotation with the drive shaft of the external lathe.

The auxiliary positioning equipment for processing the water meter shell further comprises a positioning rod 90 arranged on the mounting seat 20, and the positioning rod 90 is provided with an adjusting screw hole; the abutting rod 60 is provided with an adjusting thread, and specifically, the abutting rod 60 can be a screw; the adjusting screw is connected with the adjusting screw hole, so that the abutting rod 60 is movably arranged on the mounting seat 20, can move along with the rotation of the water meter shell 10 and is kept abutting against the joint 12; furthermore, the rotation angle of the water meter case 10 can be controlled by the movement of the prop rod 60, and the change of the movement distance of the prop rod 60 is moderate, so that the rotation angle of the water meter case 10 can be adjusted moderately, specifically, the prop rod 60 moves towards the water meter case 10, the prop joint 12 can rotate the water meter case 10, and the rotation angle of the water meter case 10 is controlled by the extending distance of the prop rod 60; or, the abutting rod 60 is moved away from the water meter shell 10, and then the water meter shell 10 is rotated towards the abutting rod 60 to abut against the abutting rod 60, so that the rotation angle of the water meter shell 10 is controlled by the retraction distance of the abutting rod 60.

To facilitate movement of the retaining bar 60, the positioning bar 90 is provided with an adjustment nut 100; the adjusting nut 100 is circumferentially rotatable and axially fixed relative to the positioning rod 90, and an adjusting screw hole is formed, so that the adjusting nut 100 is rotated. The striking rod 60 can be brought close to or away from the water meter case 10.

In order to avoid the eccentricity of the water meter shell processing auxiliary positioning device when rotating along with a lathe, in the embodiment, the positioning plate 30 is installed on one side of the installation seat 20, the balance weight block 130 is also installed on the other side of the installation seat 20, and the weight of the balance weight block 130 is close to the sum of the weight of the positioning plate 30 and the weight of parts such as the water meter shell 10, so that the weight of the two sides of the installation seat 20 is relatively balanced; specifically, the balancing weight 130 may be fixed to the mounting base 20 by a screw.

Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the positioning device for assisting water meter case processing further comprises an abutting structure 110, wherein the abutting structure 110 comprises an abutting screw 111 and an abutting nut 112; the abutting nut 112 is arranged on the mounting seat 20, and can rotate circumferentially and be fixed axially relative to the mounting seat 20; the abutting screw 111 is in threaded connection with the abutting nut 112, and the axial direction of the abutting screw 111 is parallel to the motion direction of the positioning seat; in this way, the horizontal movement distance of the water meter case 10 can be controlled by the movement of the abutment screw 111, and since the movement distance of the abutment screw 111 changes moderately, the movement distance of the water meter case 10 can be adjusted moderately, specifically, the movement of the abutment screw 111 toward the water meter case 10 can move the water meter case 10 by moving the abutting joint 12, and thus, the movement distance of the water meter case 10 can be controlled by adjusting the screw extension distance; alternatively, the abutting screw 111 may be moved in a direction away from the water meter case 10, and then the water meter case 10 may be moved in the direction of the abutting screw 111 to abut against the abutting screw 111, so that the movement distance of the water meter case 10 is controlled by adjusting the retraction distance of the screw.

It should be noted that the mounting base 20 is further provided with a positioning through hole extending horizontally, and the rod of the abutting screw 111 further movably passes through the positioning through hole, so as to improve the movement stability of the abutting screw 111.

Referring to fig. 5, the locking device 40 of the present embodiment includes a guide groove 41 formed on the mounting base 20, a locking screw 42, and a locking screw hole 44 formed on the positioning plate 30; the rod part of the locking screw 42 movably penetrates through the guide groove 41 and is in threaded connection with the locking screw hole 44; the locking screw 42 is further provided with an abutting part 43, and the abutting part 43 is used for abutting against the surface of the mounting seat 20, which is opposite to the positioning plate 30, so as to be matched with the positioning plate 30 to clamp the mounting seat 20; at this time, the positioning plate 30 is fixed on the mounting seat 20 by screwing the locking screw 42 to enable the abutting part 43 to be matched with the positioning plate 30 to clamp the mounting seat 20; the locking screw 42 can be unscrewed, so that the abutting part 43 and the positioning plate 30 are not matched to clamp the mounting seat 20, and the positioning plate 30 can be moved and adjusted conveniently.

The fixing structure 50 of the present embodiment includes a fixing frame 51, a fixing screw 52 and a fixing block 53 disposed on the mounting base 20; the fixing frame 51 is provided with a fixing screw hole; the fixing screw 52 is in threaded connection with the fixing screw hole and is connected with the fixing block 53; the fixing block 53 is used for downwards abutting against the water meter shell 10, so that the fixing block 53 is arranged above the water meter shell 10, the water meter shell 10 can be abutted or released by rotating the fixing screw 52, operation is convenient, meanwhile, the pressure abutting against the water meter shell 10 can be adjusted by rotating the fixing screw 52, and the practicability is high.

The fixing block 53 is provided with lightening holes 140 so as to lighten the weight of the fixing block 53 and reduce the possibility of eccentricity of the water meter shell processing auxiliary positioning equipment when the lathe rotates at high speed.

The fixing block 53 of this embodiment is provided with a threaded sleeve 54, and the threaded sleeve 54 is formed with a fixing screw hole.

Specifically, the fixing frame 51 includes a first fixing rod 511, a second fixing rod 512 and a cross rod 513; the first fixing lever 511 is provided on the mount 20; the second fixing rod 512 is arranged on the mounting seat 20; one end of the cross bar 513 is rotatably arranged on the second fixing rod 512, and the other end of the cross bar 513 is provided with a clamping groove 514; the cross bar 513 can enable the clamping groove 514 to be clamped on the first fixing rod 511 or enable the clamping groove 514 to be separated from the first fixing rod 511 when rotating; here, the clamping groove 514 of the cross bar 513 is clamped with the first fixing rod 511, so that the connection and separation of the cross bar 513 and the first fixing rod 511 can be easily realized, and the operation is simplified; the fixing screw 52 is provided on the cross bar 513, and it is understood that the fixing block 53 moves along with the cross bar 513, so that when the water meter case 10 is not required to be pressed, the fixing block 53 can be driven to be staggered with the water meter case 10 by rotating the cross bar 513, thereby not causing an obstruction to the taking out of the water meter case 10.

More specifically, the first fixing rod 511 is further provided with a circumferentially extending and inwardly recessed recess 515, and the locking groove 514 can be locked in the recess 515 to fix the cross bar 513 against axial movement along the first fixing rod 511.

The water meter shell processing auxiliary positioning equipment further comprises a mounting adjusting device 120, wherein the mounting adjusting device 120 comprises a supporting seat 121, a first swing arm 122, a first locking structure 123, a second swing arm 124 and a second locking structure 125; one end of the first swing arm 122 is rotatably disposed on the support seat 121; the first locking structure 123 is used for locking the first swing arm 122 on the support seat 121; one end of the second swing arm 124 is rotatably disposed on the other end of the first swing arm 122; a second locking structure 125 for locking the second swing arm 124 to the first swing arm 122; the dial indicator 80 is arranged at the other end of the second swing arm 124, and at this time, after the measuring rod 70 moves along with the water meter case 10, the position of the dial indicator 80 can be adjusted by swinging the first swing arm 122 and/or the second swing arm 124, so that the measuring head 81 of the dial indicator is ensured to be in contact with the circumferential surface 71 of the measuring rod 70.

The first locking structure 123 may include a structure in which a screw and a nut are engaged, a rod of the screw passes through the first swing arm 122 and the mounting base 20, and is screwed with the nut so as to fixedly connect the first swing arm 122 and the mounting base 20 by using a head of the screw; of course, the first locking structure 123 can adopt any other structure capable of fixing the first swing arm 122 and the mounting seat 20; the second locking structure 125 may have the same structure as the first locking structure 123, or may have another structure.

The embodiment also provides an auxiliary positioning method for processing the water meter shell, which comprises the following steps:

pre-feeding: connecting the mounting base 20 with a driving shaft of a lathe; sleeving a shell body 11 of a qualified water meter shell 10 on a positioning plate 30, fixing the positioning plate 30 on an installation seat 20 by using a locking device 40, and fixing the water meter shell 10 on the positioning plate 30 by using a fixing structure 50; inserting the measuring rod 70 into the joint 12 of the qualified water meter case 10; here, the qualified water meter shell 10 means that the size angles of the water flow channels 13 are all qualified;

a detection step: after the pre-feeding step, a measuring head 81 of the dial indicator is contacted with the circumferential surface 71 of the measuring rod 70, the mounting base 20 is rotated and rotated for a circle, and the reading of the dial indicator 80 is checked;

an adjusting step: if the reading of the dial indicator 80 in the detection step is not in the set qualified range, the fixing of the positioning plate 30 and the qualified water meter shell 10 is released, the positioning plate 30 is moved and/or the qualified water meter shell 10 is rotated according to the actual reading of the dial indicator 80, so that the orientation of the measuring rod 70 on the qualified water meter shell 10 is changed, and then the positioning plate 30 and the qualified water meter shell 10 are fixed; repeating the detection step; here, in practice, the measuring rod 70 is a finished part, and the concentricity is guaranteed to be within 0.05mm, so the acceptable range means that the degree of the dial indicator 80 does not exceed 0.05 mm.

Disassembling and assembling: if the reading of the dial indicator 80 in the detection step is within the set qualified range, the fixing of the qualified water meter shell 10 is released, the qualified water meter shell is detached from the positioning plate 30, and meanwhile, the measuring rod 70 and the dial indicator 80 are detached;

an abutting step: before the disassembly and assembly step, the abutting rod 60 is abutted on the joint 12 of the qualified water meter shell 10;

positioning and feeding: after the disassembling and assembling step, the case body 11 of the water meter case 10 to be processed is sleeved on the positioning plate 30, the joint 12 of the water meter case 10 to be processed is abutted against the abutting rod 60, and then the water meter case 10 to be processed is fixed.

From the above, adopt qualified water meter case 10 to confirm locating plate 30 and support the accurate position of pole 60, later with the water meter case 10 of treating processing install on locating plate 30 and with support the pole 60 butt to can realize the accurate installation of the water meter case 10 of treating processing, from this, realize the accurate processing of rivers way 13, and then ensure the finished product qualification rate.
