The automobile gear handle is used for the driver to carry out gear selection and shifting operation on the automobile. The current shift lever is basically fixed on the shift lever by screwing. the positioning mechanism comprises a screw rod and a positioning rod, the screw rod is matched with the first threaded hole, the positioning rod is arranged in the screw rod and can push the positioning rod to move towards the direction of the stop rod, and the positioning rod is arranged to limit the rotation between the stop rod and the second threaded hole.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a shift knob with positioning and anti-loose functions, which comprises a shift knob body 1, a positioning mechanism 2 and a shift lever 3; a first threaded hole 12 and a second threaded hole 13 are formed in the handle body 1, and the second threaded hole 13 is located at the lower end of the first threaded hole 12; the gear lever 3 is matched with the second threaded hole 13, part of the positioning mechanism 2 is located in the second threaded hole 13, and the positioning mechanism 2 can limit rotation between the gear lever 3 and the second threaded hole 13.

The positioning mechanism 2 includes a screw 21 and a positioning rod 22, the screw 21 is engaged with the first threaded hole 12, the positioning rod 22 is disposed in the screw 21, the screw 21 can push the positioning rod 22 to move toward the shift lever 3, and the positioning rod 22 is disposed to limit the rotation between the shift lever 3 and the second threaded hole 13.

Further, the top of the screw 21 is provided with a detachable part 211, and the detachable part 211 is a straight groove or a cross groove. The difference in height between the long and short jaws 26 in the present invention is the 1/4 pitch of the lever 3.

Still further, the side of the short jaw 26 remote from the long jaw 25 is of a cambered structure. When the stop lever 3 rotates, the stop lever directly enters the clamping groove structure of the positioning block along the cambered surface structure of the short clamping jaw 26, so that the positioning effect is achieved. The optimum height of the arc of the short jaw 26 in the present invention is 1/4 pitches of the stopper rod 3.

Still further, the end of the stopper rod 3 facing the positioning rod 22 is provided with two positioning claws 31 which are centrosymmetric, one side of each positioning claw 31 is of an arc surface structure, the two positioning claws 31 can be respectively embedded into the two positioning blocks, and in the process that the stopper rod 3 continuously rotates in the second threaded hole 13, the arc surfaces of the positioning claws 31 are matched with the arc surfaces of the short claws 26. As mentioned above, the upper limiting structure of the positioning rod 22 is two sets of positioning blocks, two slots are formed on the two sets of positioning blocks, and the two slots are located on the same line. The optimum height of the cambered surface of the positioning claw 31 in the invention is 1/4 thread pitches of the shift lever 3.

The working principle is as follows: when the gear lever is assembled, the cross nut is screwed, the long and short jaws on the positioning rod 22 move downwards, when the gear lever is screwed on the gear lever 3, the positioning jaws 31 at the top end of the gear lever 3 are gradually close to the long and short jaws at the lower end of the positioning rod 22, when the gear lever is screwed to the last half turn (namely 1/2 thread pitch of the gear lever 3), the gear lever just faces backwards, the two positioning jaws 31 are just not contacted with the two long jaws 25, the gear lever is screwed continuously, the cambered surfaces of the positioning jaws 31 press the cambered surfaces of the short jaws 26, the spring 24 contracts, the short jaws 26 ascend, the gear lever is screwed continuously, the side surfaces of the positioning jaws 31 abut against the side surfaces of the long jaws 25, the short jaws 26 move downwards under the action force of the spring 24, at the moment, the gear lever just finishes the last half turn, the positioning jaws 31 are clamped between the long and short jaws (as shown in figures 8 and 9), the gear lever is forwards and can not rotate left and right, and firmly locked on the gear lever 3, the positioning and locking functions of the gear handle are realized. The positioning rod 22 is always abutted against the link rod 3 under the action of the spring 24, and the spring of the spring 24 can enable the positioning rod 22 to have a certain self-locking effect, so that the link rod 3 is effectively prevented from driving the positioning rod 22 to rotate.
