Background

With the continuous improvement of the medical technology level, the median thoracotomy still accounts for a high proportion, and most of the heart, pericardium and partial mediastinum surgeries involve the median thoracotomy. As is clear from fig. 1 of the patent document, the thickness of the fastening device is twice or more of that of the flexible band, and the fastening device has a substantially square structure, and after the sternum is tied, the fastening device protrudes more from the sternum regardless of whether the left side (left side in fig. 1) or the upper side (upper side in fig. 1) is oriented forward, and rubs the surrounding tissues, which is likely to cause injury or infection, and further, the fat tissue in front of the sternum is very thin, which causes a large discomfort.

Besides the fact that the currently used straps cause great discomfort to patients, the currently used straps are expensive, one is up to five or six thousand yuan, at least 3 straps are generally needed for closing the chest, the operation cost is obviously increased, and the frosting on the snow is undoubtedly caused to the patients with family difficulties. In view of the above, there is a need for a low-cost chest closing strap that reduces patient discomfort.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a simple chest closing bandage for thoracotomy, after a flexible band body passes through an elongated slot, the flexible band body is directly locked with two short edges of a short slot through locking teeth on two sides of the flexible band body in a matching way, a locking hole is not required to be arranged like the traditional bandage, teeth matched with the locking teeth are arranged on the side wall of the locking hole, the thickness of a bandage head is greatly reduced, and the redundant flexible band body can pass through the elongated slot and then is arranged in a containing slot to be tidy and stable.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

(2) the long edge of the long groove close to the flexible belt body is provided with the blocking piece extending to the short groove, the blocking piece can push the flexible belt body to the short groove, the flexible belt body can smoothly slide into the short groove after penetrating through the long groove in place, and the locking teeth are matched and locked with the two short edges of the short groove, so that the possibility of locking failure caused by the fact that the flexible belt body slides into the long groove is avoided;

(3) according to the invention, the first inclined plane is arranged on one surface of the baffle plate, so that the flexible belt body can smoothly pass through the long groove along the first inclined plane; the second inclined plane is arranged on the same surface as the first inclined plane along the long edge of the long groove close to the short groove to the direction of the short groove, so that the flexible belt body can smoothly slide into the short groove, and the locking teeth are clamped on the two short edges of the short groove;

(4) according to the invention, the third inclined plane is arranged on the same surface as the first inclined plane along the long edge of the transition groove close to the locking groove to one side of the locking groove, so that the end part of the flexible belt body can smoothly penetrate into the transition groove, and the fourth inclined plane is arranged on the opposite side of the first inclined plane along the long edge of the transition groove close to the accommodating groove to one side of the accommodating groove, so that the end part of the flexible belt body can smoothly pass through the transition groove and penetrate out of the accommodating groove;

(5) the locking teeth are in right trapezoid shapes, a triangular structure is not directly adopted, the thickness of the binding belt is very small, and teeth matched with the locking teeth are not arranged in the locking groove of the binding head, so that the strength of the locking teeth can be effectively improved by setting the locking teeth to be in the right trapezoid shapes, and slipping failure is avoided.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

A simple chest closing bandage for a chest opening operation is shown in figure 1 and comprises a bandage head 1 and a flexible belt body 2 which are connected with each other, wherein the bandage head 1 is sequentially provided with a locking groove, a transition groove 13 and an accommodating groove 14 from one end far away from the flexible belt body 2 to one end close to the flexible belt body 2, the locking groove comprises a long groove 11 and a short groove 12 which form a convex shape, and the long groove 11 is close to the flexible belt body 2; a plurality of locking teeth 21 which are uniformly distributed are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the flexible belt body 2; the flexible belt body 2 firstly penetrates out of the long groove 11, so that the locking teeth 21 on the two sides are respectively clamped on the two short sides of the short groove 12, then penetrate into the transition groove 13 and penetrate out of the accommodating groove 14, and the end part of the flexible belt body 2 is arranged in the accommodating groove 14.

In a particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the locking tooth 21 has the shape of a right trapezoid, the right waist of which is located close to the strapping head 1.

In a particular embodiment, the cable tie is made entirely of PEEK material. The PEEK material has high strength and high toughness, can completely meet the strength requirement of the sternum closure bandage, and has high biocompatibility, and the sternum can be taken out without an operation after being healed.

In particular embodiments, it may be injection molded or die cut directly from a PEEK sheet.

In one particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, the tie head 1 is of the same thickness as the flexible strap body 2; the length of the elongated slot 11 corresponds to the width of the flexible strip 2. The width of the flexible belt body 2 is consistent with the length of the long groove 11, so that the flexible belt body 2 can just penetrate through the long groove 11, and the flexible belt body 2 can be prevented from deflecting in the process of penetrating through the long groove 11.

In a particular embodiment, the thickness of the band is 0.3 to 1 mm. The thickness of the whole bandage is very small, the thickest part after locking is only 0.6-2mm, and can not obviously protrude out of the sternum, so that the injury, infection and the like caused by the friction of surrounding tissues can be effectively avoided.

In a particular embodiment, the distance between adjacent locking teeth 21 is 1-2 mm. Due to the tooth pitch, the sternum can be pulled through when the binding tape is used for binding the sternum, so that the two sternums can still be kept in a fit state after the binding tape is loosened.

In a particular embodiment, the width of the flexible strip 2 is between 5 and 8 mm. The width of the flexible belt body 2 can be designed to be 8mm to the maximum extent, so that the contact area of the flexible belt body 2 and the sternum is increased, and the tightening feeling of the flexible belt body 2 to the sternum is reduced.

In one particular embodiment, as shown in figures 1-3, the flexible strap body 2 is spaced from the end of the tie head 1 and tapers inwardly to form a tip 22, the tip 22 being of a lesser thickness than the flexible strap body 2; the accommodating groove 14 is D-shaped, and the straight edge of the D-shaped accommodating groove 14 is close to the transition groove 13. The end of the flexible band body 2 far away from the binding head 1 is provided with a sharp head 22, and the thickness is small, which is beneficial to penetration.
