Background

At present, with the development of vehicle intelligence, a vehicle is not only a transportation tool, but also a mobile carrier which undertakes more and more humanized functions.

Systems and components for providing comfort functions for the user, such as air conditioning systems, seat heating devices, etc., are often provided in modern vehicles, which are capable of providing heating functions in accordance with the user's needs in the event of a change in the temperature outside the vehicle. Typically, the user turns on the air conditioning system or seat heating function by pressing a start button, and sets the desired temperature by a mechanical or digital adjustment button.

However, currently no intelligent vehicle warming system is equipped in vehicles specifically for a particular user, and the need for such a system to alleviate physical discomfort, especially for women in their menstrual period, is strong. In addition, especially in cold weather, women outside the vehicle, especially women in the physiological period, need to manually turn on a corresponding heating device, such as an air conditioning and warm air system, after entering the vehicle, so as to keep warm and relieve various discomfort caused by the physiological period. The defects that the system is slow in heating, long in waiting time, incapable of keeping warm for the main cold part of the body and the like exist. There is still much room for improvement in existing systems from the point of view of user experience, especially female care.

Therefore, there is a technical need for: the system is characterized in that the existing system components are not changed or complex adding is not carried out, the existing system integration is utilized to pass through the intelligent vehicle heat preservation system, so that the purpose that a user, especially a female user, can be identified in advance before entering the vehicle and the heating system in the vehicle or the vehicle heat preservation system is started in advance based on the physiological period information of the female user is achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the present invention provides an efficient solution, which not only can overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, but also can greatly enhance the user experience and provide all-around care for female users, in particular, thereby increasing the use stickiness of vehicle users.

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating a vehicle warming system, the method comprising the steps of:

s1: identifying a user about to enter the vehicle;

s2: determining whether the identified user is a target user, in particular a target female user; and

s3: in the event that the identified user is a target user, at least one heating function of a vehicle warming system is activated prior to the user entering the vehicle.

The basic idea of the invention is that a user who has not yet entered the vehicle or is about to enter the vehicle is identified by an identification device on the vehicle, and in the event that this user is identified as a target user, for example a female user in the physiological phase, different heating functions of the vehicle warming system are activated in advance, so that the vehicle interior can be preheated before this target user enters the vehicle, and the heating device at the area to which this target user is about to enter, for example a passenger compartment, is activated in advance, so that not only can the time for the user to wait for the system to heat up be reduced, but also the target user can strongly feel the human care brought about by the vehicle, and thus the user comfort and the stickiness in use of the vehicle are increased.

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that, in the event of the user being identified as the target female user, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is selectively activated on the basis of a physiological cycle of the target female user stored in advance in the vehicle. The physiological cycle data of the user is previously stored in a vehicle storage unit, and at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is selectively activated for a target female user by means of current physiological cycle data derived based on the stored physiological cycle data. In this case, a better care can be provided more specifically for female users in the physiological phase.

According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is not activated if the user is identified as not being a female user or not being a target female user, wherein the user can activate the at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system by himself via a human-machine interface, for example by voice and/or touch. In this case, the user can also activate at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system by himself or herself via the human-machine interface after entering the vehicle, depending on his or her own situation. Therefore, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system can be selectively started by the user according to different user requirements more accurately. This not only offers flexible application possibilities of the vehicle warming system according to the invention, but also avoids unnecessary energy consumption and component wear.

According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the user is recognized by a recognition module, for example a biometric module, in particular a face recognition module. Therefore, the task of target female confirmation can be simplified, and the female user entering the vehicle can be accurately and efficiently identified outside the vehicle.

According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the identification module is arranged on a vehicle door on the driver's side of the vehicle and/or on a vehicle door on the passenger's side of the vehicle and/or on a windshield. Thus, it is possible to identify a user who is about to enter the vehicle from different directions by providing one or more identification modules on the front side and/or on both sides of the vehicle, so that at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system can be activated adaptively for the driver region, the passenger region, the rear passenger region.

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the at least one heating function is selected from the group consisting of: a foot region heating function; abdominal region heating function; a seat heating function; the function of heating air in the vehicle; steering wheel heating function.

It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the scope of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. In a first step S1, a recognition module, currently for example a face recognition camera, performs face recognition on a user who is about to enter the vehicle at the passenger side of the vehicle. Here, the user may be a male, a female, or a target female. In a second step S2, it is determined by a determination module whether the user is a target woman, and if so, in a third step S3, at least one heating function of a vehicle warming system is activated before the user enters the vehicle. If not, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is not activated. In this exemplary embodiment, a foot zone heating module, such as a foot heating pad, and an abdomen zone heating module, such as a heating harness, may be activated in advance. For example, when a user is about to enter the driver area from the driver side of the vehicle, the foot heating pad and the abdomen heating seat belt located at the driver area are activated to perform warming-up. Alternatively or additionally, steering wheel heating is activated and the air conditioning device is activated to warm up the driver compartment with warm air at a constant temperature.

Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow diagram of an extended embodiment of the method according to fig. 1. In a first step S1, a recognition module, currently for example a face recognition camera, performs face recognition on a user who is about to enter the vehicle at the passenger side of the vehicle. In the second step S2, it is determined by the determination module whether the user is a target woman, wherein it is determined in step S21 whether the user is a woman. If not, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is temporarily not activated. If so, it is determined in step S22 whether the woman is the target woman user. If not, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is temporarily not activated, and if so, it is determined in step S23 whether the target female user is currently within a physiological period, wherein the physiological period is estimated based on a physiological cycle of the target female user previously stored in the vehicle. If not, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system is temporarily not activated. If so, in a third step S3, at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system, such as a foot heating pad and an abdominal heating harness, is activated before the user enters the vehicle. In an additional fourth step S4, the user can activate at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system on his or her own as required via the user interface, for example in the form of a voice and/or touch, after entering the vehicle. Here, the user can initiate at least one heating function of the vehicle warming system by voice command input via the human-machine interface or by touch input. Therefore, even in the case where the identification module of the vehicular warm-up system does not identify the target female user, other users, particularly other female users, can enjoy the humanistic care provided by the vehicular warm-up system as well.

Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a vehicle warming system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. According to the exemplary embodiment, the vehicle warming system includes an identification module, a determination module, a controller module, and a heating module. Here, the recognition module is a face recognition module, which includes a face recognition camera. The face recognition camera transmits a face recognition signal to a judgment module, and the judgment module judges whether the user is consistent with the stored target female user or not based on the face recognition signal and transmits a judgment result to the controller module in the form of a signal. The controller module selectively activates at least one heating function in the heating module based on the determination. The heating module comprises a foot heating module, an abdomen heating module, an in-car air heating module, a seat heating module and a steering wheel heating module. In this exemplary embodiment, the foot heating module is configured as a foot heating pad, the abdomen heating module is configured as an abdomen heating belt, and both the foot heating pad and the abdomen heating belt may employ a flexible carbon fiber heating element, thereby enabling rapid heating without affecting collision safety. The controller module controls the foot heating pads and the abdominal heating belt and may additionally or alternatively also control the in-car air conditioning unit or the steering wheel heater, obtain temperature feedback from these heating modules in real time and control them to maintain a constant temperature.

The vehicle warm-keeping system is not only suitable for the traditional fuel vehicle, but also suitable for hybrid power and pure electric vehicles. In this exemplary embodiment, the vehicle warming system is supplied with electrical energy from a 48V battery, which is converted by a PDU via a DC/DC converter to a 24V voltage and supplied into a 24V power circuit. The controller module is connected to the 24V power circuit.
