Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a Vehicle 1, and the Vehicle 1 may be, but is not limited to, a passenger car, a multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV), a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), an Off-Road Vehicle (ORV), a pickup truck, a minibus, a van, and the like.

Referring to fig. 2, the vehicle 1 includes a light-transmitting member 10, a water tank 20, and a clip strip 30 described in any of the following embodiments. The light-transmitting member 10 has a light-transmitting property, which may be, but is not limited to, transparent glass, transparent plastic, or the like. In the following embodiments, the light transmitting member 10 is exemplified as a front windshield of the vehicle 1. The light transmissive element 10 has a first side a1 and a second side a2, wherein the first side a1 is at least partially located outside of the vehicle 1 and the second side a2 is located inside of the vehicle 1. The water tank 20 is used for collecting and discharging the liquid flowing down along the first side a1 of the light-transmitting member 10, and a main body part of the water tank 20 for collecting the liquid is not shown. The light-transmitting member 10 and the water tank 20 are connected by the clip strip 30, that is, the relative positions of the light-transmitting member 10 and the water tank 20 are fixed by the clip strip 30.

Referring to fig. 2, the card strip 30 includes a third sealing member 330 and a fourth sealing member 340. The water tank 20 includes a connector 210, and the connector 210 is used for connecting the clamping strip 30. The connecting head 210 includes a connecting section 211 and an assembling rib 212, which are connected in a bent manner, and the assembling rib 212 is used for connecting the clamping strip 30. The mounting rib 212 includes a first surface M1 and a second surface M2 facing away from the first surface M1 (see fig. 3). The third sealing element 330 abuts against the first surface M1, and the fourth sealing element 340 abuts against the second surface M2, that is, two opposite sides of the assembling rib 212 abut against the third sealing element 330 and the fourth sealing element 340, respectively, so as to seal a gap between the two opposite sides of the assembling rib 212 and the card bar 30 through the third sealing element 330 and the fourth sealing element 340.

Further, the fourth sealing member 340 abuts against one end of the fitting rib 212 far from the connection section, and the fitting rib 212 is bent toward the third sealing member 330 by the abutment of the fourth sealing member 340, in other words, when the fitting rib 212 is not connected to the snap strip 30 (the fitting rib 212 is in a natural state, such as the fitting rib 212 of the solid line portion shown in fig. 3), the fitting rib 212 is not bent; when the fitting rib 212 has attached the clip strip 30 (the fitting rib 212 is in the attached state, as shown by the fitting rib 212 ″ of the broken line portion in fig. 3), the fitting rib 212 is abutted by the fourth seal member 340 to be bent toward the third seal member 330. Optionally, the maximum swing amplitude (or bending amplitude) of the fitting rib with respect to the horizontal plane is 4.7 °.

For the sake of convenience in the following description, an XY plane rectangular coordinate system is defined with the viewing angle shown in fig. 2. The X axis is parallel to the direction that the first side a1 of the light-transmitting member 10 points to the second side a2, and the Y axis is parallel to the direction that the connecting head 210 points to the light-transmitting member 10. The direction indicated by the arrow of the X-axis is positive X-axis direction, the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow of the X-axis is negative X-axis direction, the direction indicated by the arrow of the Y-axis is positive Y-axis direction, and the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow of the Y-axis is negative Y-axis direction.

The above embodiments provide a card strip 30 in a vehicle 1, and a connection relationship between the card strip 30, a light-transmitting member 10, and a water tank 20.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the present application further provides a card strip 30, wherein the card strip 30 includes a supporting hardware 350. The supporting hard body 350 includes a first section 351, a second section 352 and a third section 353 connected to each other. The first section 351 is used for being adhered to the light-transmitting member 10 by an adhesive member 40 (shown in fig. 2). The second section 352 includes a first end 3521 and a second end 3522 that face away from each other, wherein the first end 3521 is adjacent to the first section 351 and the second end 3522 is adjacent to the third section 353. The second end 3522 is used for being matched with the third section 353 to fix the connector 210 of the water tank 20.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the clip strip 30 includes a third seal 330, and the third seal 330 is connected to the second end 3522 of the second section 352. The third seal 330 is adapted to abut the mounting rib 212. The strip 30 further includes a fourth seal 340, the fourth seal 340 being attached to the third section 353. The fourth sealing element 340 is used for abutting against one side of the assembling rib 212, which faces away from the third sealing element 330, so that the assembling rib 212 bends to the position of the third sealing element 330. The junction of the fitting rib 212 and the third seal member 330 is closer to the connecting section 211 than the junction of the fitting rib 212 and the fourth seal member 340, and the force of the fourth seal member 340 against the fitting rib 212 is inclined toward the third seal member 330. The third seal 330 and the fourth seal 340 may each function as a seal to prevent external fluid from entering the interior of the vehicle 1 through the space between the connector 210 and the card strip 30.

It can be understood that, during the running of the vehicle 1, the connecting relationship between the clamping strip 30 and the fitting rib 212 is constantly challenged, so that the connection between the clamping strip 30 and the fitting rib 212 may be loosened, in practical cases, the third sealing member 330 and the fitting rib 212 may have a gap in the X-axis and/or Y-axis direction, the gap may mean that the sealing between the third sealing member 330 and the fitting rib 212 is failed, and the loosening phenomenon may cause the two to collide with each other to generate noise.

In the technical scheme of the application, the assembling rib 212 is abutted by the fourth sealing piece 340 and bent towards the third sealing piece 330, the connection form is helpful for enabling the third sealing piece 330 and the assembling rib 212 to be in tight abutment, and similarly, due to the tight abutment effect of the third sealing piece 330, the tight abutment form of the fourth sealing piece 340 and the assembling rib 212 is also kept, that is, the third sealing piece 330 and the fourth sealing piece 340 are matched with each other to limit the movement of the assembling rib 212 in the Y-axis direction, so that the possibility that the assembling rib 212 is loosened in the Y-axis direction due to shaking of the vehicle 1 can be overcome, and the technical problems of sealing failure and noise generation are solved to a certain extent.

From the mechanical point of view, the free end of the assembling rib 212 far away from the connecting section 211 is subjected to the acting force exerted by the fourth sealing member 340, the acting force is inclined upwards, namely the projection of the component force of the acting force on the X axis is towards the negative direction of the X axis, the projection on the Y axis is towards the positive direction of the Y axis, the assembling rib 212 bends towards the direction of the third sealing member 330 under the abutting action of the acting force, so that the third sealing member 330 is tightly connected with the assembling rib 212, the free end of the assembling rib 212 is limited by the cooperation of the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 in the Y axis direction, and the free end of the assembling rib 212 is limited by the fourth sealing member 340 in the positive direction of the X axis.

Referring to fig. 2, the mounting rib 212 includes a body 2123 and a first protrusion 2121, the body 2123 having the first surface M1 and a second surface M2. The first protrusion 2121 is connected to the body 2123 and protrudes from the first surface M1. The third seal 330 is also configured to abut the first protrusion 2121, and the force exerted by the third seal 330 on the first protrusion 2121 is directed along the X-axis positive direction, or a component of the force is directed along the X-axis positive direction. In other words, the third seal 330 limits the freedom of the fitting rib 212 in the negative X-axis direction. In conjunction with the fourth seal 340 described above, the first projection 2121 is provided so that the degree of freedom of the fitting rib 212 in the X-axis direction can be restricted by the third seal 330 and the fourth seal 340, i.e., so that the fitting rib 212 cannot be disengaged from the clip strip 30.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first protrusion 2121 has a first inclined surface M3 and a second inclined surface M4 (shown in fig. 3). The first inclined surface M3 and the second inclined surface M4 are connected in a substantially pointed manner. When the second inclined surface M4 abuts against the third sealing member 330 during the assembly of the assembly rib 212 with the clip strip 30 in the X-axis positive direction, the second inclined surface M4 can serve as a guide due to the inclined arrangement of the second inclined surface M4, so that the assembly rib 212 smoothly slides along the surface of the third sealing member 330. When the assembly of the assembly rib 212 and the clip strip 30 is completed, the first inclined surface M3 abuts against the third sealing member 330. It will be appreciated that the first inclined surface M3 is inclined to facilitate the detachment of the fitting rib 212 from the clip strip 30. Specifically, during the disassembly process, the third sealing member 330 may slide along the first inclined surface M3, which is disposed obliquely, until the third sealing member is separated from the first inclined surface M3, and the first inclined surface M3 may play a guiding role in the process, thereby facilitating the disassembly of the assembly rib 212.

It should be noted that, in the present application, the detachment process of the assembly rib 212 and the clip strip 30 requires a larger force than the installation process, in other words, the assembly rib 212 and the clip strip 30 require a force of F1 during the detachment process, and the assembly rib 212 and the clip strip 30 require a force of F2 during the installation process, where F1 is larger than F2.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the clip strip 30 further includes a first seal 310, and the first seal 310 is fixedly connected to the first end 3521 of the second segment 352. The first sealing member 310 serves as a first-stage seal between the connecting head 210 and the card bar 30 and between the card bar 30 and the light-transmitting member 10, and the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 may serve as a second-stage seal and a third-stage seal in sequence. Specifically, the first sealing element 310 is used for abutting against the light-transmitting member 10 and the connecting head 210 of the water tank 20, that is, two opposite ends of the first sealing element 310 abut against the edge of the light-transmitting member 10 and the connecting section 211 of the connecting head 210, respectively, so that the gap between the second section 352 and the light-transmitting member 10 and the gap between the second section 352 and the connecting section 211 are sealed by the first sealing element 310.

Optionally, the first sealing element 310 may have elasticity, and opposite ends of the first sealing element 310 elastically abut against the light-transmitting member 10 and the connecting section 211, in other words, opposite ends of the first sealing element 310 in an abutting state have a certain amount of compression. The material of the first sealing member 310 may be, but is not limited to, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) or other soft elastic material.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the card strip 30 further includes a second seal 320, and the second seal 320 is elastic and is closer to the first section 351 than the first seal 310. The second sealing member 320 is adapted to elastically abut against the light-transmitting member 10. And in a direction in which the third section 353 points toward the first section 351 (i.e., a Y-axis positive direction), the second seal 320 in a natural state protrudes from the first seal 310 in a natural state. Here, the natural state refers to a state in which the first sealing member 310 and the second sealing member 320 are not attached to the light-transmitting member 10. In fig. 4, a solid line portion is the second sealing member 320 in a natural state, and a dotted line portion is the second sealing member 320 ″ in a bent state in contact with the light-transmitting member 10. The material of the second sealing member 320 may be, but is not limited to, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) or other soft elastic material.

In the related art, because the light-transmitting member 10 has different goodness tolerances under different production conditions, and the extruded clip strip 30 is formed by bending after extrusion, the bending degree of the clip strip has a certain tolerance with the bending degree of the standard light-transmitting member 10, the matching with the light-transmitting member 10 under different production conditions is difficult to control, and the vehicle 1 shakes during running. Therefore, both manufacturing tolerance and vehicle 1 vibration may cause a gap between the first sealing member 310 and the light-transmitting member 10 to cause a sealing failure, so that external liquid may enter between the card strip 30 and the light-transmitting member 10 through the gap, and if the second sealing member 320 is not provided, the external liquid may contact the adhesive member 40 between the light-transmitting member 10 and the first section 351, and the adhesive member 40 may cause a problem of a decrease in adhesive property or even a failure due to liquid erosion for a long time, and finally, the adhesion between the card strip 30 and the light-transmitting member 10 may be unstable or the card strip 30 may fall off from the light-transmitting member 10.

In the present application, a second sealing member 320 is disposed on the second section 352 of the card strip 30 to cooperate with the first sealing member 310 to seal the gap between the second section 352 and the edge of the light-transmitting member 10, so that multi-stage sealing is realized and the sealing effect is improved. In addition, the second sealing member 320 has elasticity, and in the direction in which the third section 353 points to the first section 351, the second sealing member 320 in a natural state protrudes from the first sealing member 310 in the natural state, and it can be understood that, in this design, even if a gap occurs between the first sealing member 310 and the light-transmitting member 10, the second sealing member 320 can still elastically abut against the light-transmitting member 10 in the process of restoring to the original shape, so that a continuously good sealing effect is achieved, and the situation that the adhesion between the card bar 30 and the light-transmitting member 10 is unstable, and even the card bar 30 falls off from the light-transmitting member 10, is avoided.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the first end 3521 of the second section 352 and the first section 351 together define a groove K2. The second seal 320 extends from the first end 3521 of the second section 352 toward the first section 351. The second sealing member 320 is configured to be elastically bent toward the groove K2 under the abutment of the light-transmitting member 10, that is, the position of the second sealing member 320 in fig. 4 is bent to the position of the second sealing member 320 ″. It can be appreciated that filling the second sealing member 320 in the whole groove K2 makes the assembly of the card strip 30, the light-transmitting member 10 and the connecting head 210 more difficult and less suitable, and also increases the weight and saves material. In the embodiment, the second sealing element 320 does not fill the whole groove K2, and the groove K2 can provide a space for the second sealing element 320 to bend and deform. It should be noted that an end of the second seal 320 remote from the second section 352 may be spaced apart from the first section 351. In other embodiments, the end of the second sealing member 320 far from the second section 352 may also be connected to the sidewall of the first section 351, so that the second sealing member 320 is abutted against the edge of the light-transmitting member 10 more tightly.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the third section 353 has a substantially U-shaped curved shape. The second ends 3522 of the second section 352 and the third section 353 together form an accommodating space K1. The assembling rib 212 of the connecting head 210 can be inserted into the receiving space K1 along the X-axis forward direction and is limited in the receiving space K1 to achieve the fixed connection between the water tank 20 and the clamping strip 30, it should be noted that the fixed connection is not a non-detachable connection, but a connection between the two is firm and not easily detachable, and in this application, the assembling rib 212 and the clamping strip 30 are detachably connected. The receiving space K1 is used for receiving the assembling rib 212 of the connector 210, and it can be understood that the assembling rib 212 is disposed in the receiving space K1, so that the assembling rib 212 can be prevented from being damaged by foreign objects.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the third segment 353 includes a first segment 3531, a second segment 3532 and a third segment 3533, which are connected in sequence, as shown in fig. 4. The first segment 3531 is connected to the first section 351 and the second end 3522 of the second section 352 in a bent manner. The second segment 3532 is connected between the first segment 3531 and the third segment 3533 in a bending manner, in other words, two opposite ends of the second segment 3532 are connected to the first segment 3531 and the second segment 3532 in a bending manner. Opposite ends of the fourth sealing member 340 are respectively connected to the first segment 3531 and the third segment 3533, so as to be disposed in the accommodating space K1 in an inclined state. It can be understood that, since the fourth sealing element 340 is disposed obliquely, one end of the assembling rib 212 far from the connecting section 211 can be bent towards the direction of the third sealing element 330 under the abutting action of the fourth sealing element 340, which helps to make the third sealing element 330 and the assembling rib 212 tightly abut, and further solve the above technical problems of sealing failure, noise generation and the like caused by manufacturing tolerance and vehicle 1 shaking, and specifically, reference may be made to the description in the related embodiment regarding manufacturing tolerance and vehicle 1 shaking. Moreover, since the fourth sealing member 340 is obliquely abutted against the end of the fitting rib 212 far from the connecting section 211, the fourth sealing member 340 can simultaneously limit the movement of the fitting rib 212 in the positive X-axis direction and the negative Y-axis direction, so that the connection between the snap strip 30 and the fitting rib 212 is firmer.

Optionally, at least one of the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 has elasticity, and at least one of the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 elastically abuts against the fitting rib 212, that is, at least one of the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 is pressed and deformed. The material of the third and fourth sealing members 330, 340 may be, but is not limited to, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) or other soft elastic material. While in the foregoing embodiments it has been mentioned that the vehicle 1 may shake during driving, thereby causing the assembling rib 212 and the snap bar 30 to have a tendency to shake relatively, it can be understood that at least one of the third sealing member 330 and the fourth sealing member 340 has elasticity, so that the acting force during the relative shaking can be buffered by the sealing member having elasticity, thereby reducing the possibility of damage to the snap bar 30 and the assembling rib 212, and also reducing or eliminating the noise caused by the relative shaking, so that the noise reduction performance of the vehicle 1 can be further improved.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the end of the third segment 3533 away from the second segment 3532 is provided with a stop boss 3534. The mounting rib 212 further includes a second protrusion 2122, the second protrusion 2122 is located on a side of the body 2123 of the mounting rib 212 facing away from the first protrusion 2121, and the second protrusion 2122 protrudes from the second surface M2. The limiting protrusion 3534 is configured to abut against the second protrusion 2122 of the assembling rib 212 to limit the assembling rib 212 from exiting the receiving space K1, in other words, the direction in which the limiting protrusion 3534 abuts against the second protrusion 2122 is the direction (negative direction of the X axis) in which the assembling rib 212 exits the receiving space K1, so that the limiting protrusion 3534 can limit the movement of the assembling rib 212 from exiting the receiving space K1, and in combination with the connection relationship between the third sealing element 330 and the fourth sealing element 340 and the assembling rib 212, the card bar 30 limits the movement of the assembling rib 212 in the X axis direction and the Y axis direction, thereby achieving the firm connection between the card bar 30 and the assembling rib 212.

Optionally, the first, second, third and fourth sealing members 310, 320, 330 and 340 have a hardness less than that of the support hardware 350, or the first, second, third and fourth sealing members 310, 320, 330 and 340 are more deformable than the support hardware 350 under the same force.

Referring to fig. 4, the card strip 30 further includes a first stiffener 360 and a second stiffener 370. Wherein the first stiffener 360 is disposed inside the first and third sections 351 and 353 along the direction of the first and third sections 351 and 353. The first reinforcement 360 serves to increase the strength of the first and third sections 351 and 353. The second stiffener 370 is disposed inward of the second section 352 along the first end 3521 toward the second end 3522. The second reinforcement member 370 is used to reinforce the strength of the second section 352. It can be understood that the arrangement of the present embodiment can increase the strength of the clamping strip 30 as a whole, thereby ensuring that the connection among the light-transmitting member 10, the water tank 20 and the clamping strip 30 is more stable.

Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it is understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive, and that those skilled in the art may make changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations to the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present application, and that such changes and modifications are also to be considered as within the scope of the present application.
