Background

The abrasive disc is also called steel paper abrasive disc, high speed abrasive disc and grinding disc, and is one kind of disc-shaped coated abrasive tool formed with steel paper as base, silicon carbide or corundum as abrasive and through bonding with synthetic resin or other synthetic adhesive. The production of sand trays takes two forms: one is that the coiled vulcanized fiber paper is firstly coated with glue and sand on a coating abrasive machine to make a large coil, and then the coil is punched to form a disc-shaped product; the other method is that firstly the vulcanized fiber paper is punched into a disc-shaped paper sheet with a certain specification, and then the glue is coated and the sand is planted one by one to manufacture the grinding sheet. The first method has the advantages of large production capacity, good product quality and high production efficiency, but has higher quality requirement on equipment, particularly has extremely high punching quality requirement, and can not meet the production requirement if the punching tool made of common high-carbon tool steel is worn extremely quickly. The second method has a small production capacity, but is convenient to operate and simple in equipment. For small-sized sand disc processing enterprises, the second method is more applicable, but the quality stability is poor, and the reason is that multiple times of gluing are involved in the sand disc processing procedure, but the current gluing quality is unstable, and the production efficiency is also greatly limited. In addition, when the glue is applied in a rotary gluing mode, the glue splashes, which not only causes waste, but also pollutes a processing station and causes trouble in cleaning.

According to the invention, the rotary table is arranged for rotary gluing of the sand table, and the glue can be quickly dispersed and formed on the surface of the sand table in a spin coating mode, so that the efficiency is high; meanwhile, in order to solve the problem that glue for rotary gluing splashes, a glue return cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the rotary table and arranged in the box body, the splashed glue is blocked and recovered by a blocking piece in the glue return cylinder, and the blocking piece is connected with the fixing plate and can be conveniently taken out to clean glue residues.
