When the pipe is molded and processed, the pipe is fixed by the clamping device, the pipe is prevented from shaking in the diameter expanding process, the pipe is vertically placed, the influence of the self weight of a workpiece on the molding precision is reduced, the driving device 1 provides power, so that the expanding device 3 can be conveniently moved to a position to be processed, the pipe is locally expanded through the expanding device 3, particularly the middle section of the pipe is expanded, the expanding efficiency is improved, the compensation die head 4 assists in expanding, compensating the expanding device 3 with equal circular expansion, increasing the effective contact area with the inner wall of the pipe, thereby reducing indentation and preventing local stress concentration so as to influence later use, the expanding device 3 is installed through the installation seat 2, the rotating motor 11 is driven by the driving cylinder 12 to move along the axial direction of the pipe, therefore, the pipe needing long-section processing is processed continuously, and the mounting base 2 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 11.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the driving device 1 further includes an expanding motor 13, the mounting base 2 includes an upper base 21 and a lower base 22, the upper base 21 is fastened to the lower base 22, an output end of the rotating motor 11 is fastened to the lower base 22, the upper base 21 is provided with a mounting groove 211, the expanding motor 13 is disposed in the mounting groove 211, the upper base 21 is provided with a holding groove 212, the holding groove 212 is communicated with the mounting groove 211, an output end of the expanding motor 13 is provided with a transmission gear, the transmission gear is disposed in the holding groove 212, the expanding device 3 includes a transmission ring 32 and an expanding die head 34, a rotation cavity 213 is disposed outside the holding groove 212, the rotation cavity 213 is communicated with the holding groove 212, the transmission ring 32 is rotatably connected with the rotation cavity 213, an inner tooth surface is disposed on an inner ring of the transmission ring 32, the transmission gear is engaged with the inner tooth surface of the transmission ring 32, a plurality of expanding grooves 214 are disposed along the rotation cavity 213, and the expanding die head 34 is slidably connected with the expanding grooves 214.

The expanding die heads 34 are driven to stretch by the expanding motor 13 so as to be expanded and closed, the expanding diameter is controlled by the expanding motor 13 so as to be convenient for expanding pipes with different sizes, a quasi-circular arc surface is formed by a plurality of expanding die heads 34 so as to expand the diameter of a workpiece, the expanding efficiency is improved, the inner walls of the pipes are subjected to solid cold press molding by the expanding die heads 34 with higher rigidity and strength so as to improve the expanding precision, the mounting seat 2 is divided into an upper seat 21 and a lower seat 22 by a split design, the lower seat 22 is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotating motor 11, the lower seat 22 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 11 so as to drive the upper seat 21 to rotate, so that the long-section pipes are conveniently expanded, a tiny gap formed by expanding the inner walls of the pipes by rotating is removed, the forming quality of the pipes is improved, the smoothness of extension movement is improved, and the axial tensile acting force of the pipes by the axial movement is reduced, the pipe is ensured to be expanded along the radial direction, the expansion precision is improved, the expanding motor 13 is fixed through the mounting groove 211, the expanding motor 13 outputs torque, the transmission gear rotates along the fixed shaft in the accommodation groove 212 through the eccentric arrangement of the axis, the transmission gear rotates, the internal gear of the inner ring of the transmission ring 32 is meshed, the transmission is carried out through the meshing of the tooth surfaces, the transmission ring 32 is driven to rotate along the rotary cavity 213, the power is transmitted through the transmission ring 32, the expanding die head 34 is expanded and guided, and the expanding die head 34 is telescopically guided through the expanding groove 214.

As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the expanding device 3 further comprises a plurality of guiding arc plates 31, a transmission ring 32 is in transmission connection with the expanding die head 34 through the guiding arc plates 31, the upper seat 21 is provided with a plurality of guiding grooves 215, the guiding arc plates 31 are in sliding connection with the guiding grooves 215, the upper ends of the guiding arc plates 31 are provided with pre-tightening springs 35, the pre-tightening springs 35 are in fastening connection with the guiding grooves 215, the guiding arc plates 31 are three-edge plates, the upper sides of the guiding arc plates 31 are arc edges, the upper sides of the guiding arc plates 31 are horizontally arranged, a vertical edge line at one side of the guiding arc plates 31 is provided with a sliding surface 311, the other vertical edge line of the guiding arc plates 31 is vertically arranged, the sliding surface 311 is obliquely arranged, the transmission ring 32 is provided with a plurality of transmission grooves 321, the guiding arc plates 31 are movably connected with the transmission grooves 321, a transmission rod 33 is arranged at one side of the sliding surface 311, the guiding arc plates 31 are in transmission connection with the expanding die head 34 through the transmission rod 33, the transmission rod 33 is in sliding connection with the guiding arc plates 31, the end of the transmission rod 33 far away from the guide arc plate 31 is rotatably connected with the diameter expanding die head 34 through a shaft pin.

The guide arc plate 31 is driven by the guide arc plate 31, the guide arc plate 31 is limited by the transmission groove 321 of the transmission ring 32, when the diameter needs to be expanded, the transmission ring 32 rotates, the overlapped space of the openings of the transmission groove 321 and the guide groove 215 is enlarged, the guide arc plate 31 moves downwards under the action of the pre-tightening spring 35, the size of the guide arc plate 31 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the transmission rod 33 slides on the sliding surface 311 along with the downward movement of the guide arc plate 31 to output displacement, the transmission rod 33 pushes the diameter expansion die head 34 to move, the diameter expansion die head 34 is guided by the wall surface of the diameter expansion groove 214, the diameter expansion die head 34 rotates towards the inner ring while sliding, so that the outer ring is expanded outwards to increase the size and perform controllable radius adjustment, the arc-shaped surface of the guide arc plate 31 is conveniently guided by the transmission groove 321, the arc-shaped surface on the upper side of the guide arc plate 31 is mainly used for transmitting the output displacement of the pre-tightening spring and is vertically arranged by the other vertical side line, the guide arc plate 31 is guided, the slide surface 311 is obliquely arranged, transmission is carried out in the downward moving process, the transmission rod 33 is driven to move, the transmission rod 33 slides on the slide surface 311 and is driven and guided through the transmission groove 321, the transmission rod 33 is rotatably connected with the diameter expanding die head 34, the diameter expanding die head 34 can conveniently slide outwards and simultaneously rotate, the size of the die part can be controlled and adjusted, and the processing of the pipe diameters with various sizes is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the transmission groove 321 is arranged in an arc shape, the transmission groove 321 includes a sliding plate segment 3211 and an expansion segment 3212, the guide arc plate 31 is disposed on the sliding plate segment 3211, the guide arc plate 31 is slidably connected with the sliding plate segment 3211, the expansion segment 3212 is communicated with the expanding groove 214, and the expanding die head 34 is slidably connected with the expansion segment 3212.

The transmission grooves 321 are arranged in an arc shape, so that guiding is facilitated when the transmission ring 32 rotates, movement interference is prevented, the guide arc plate 31 is guided through the sliding plate sections 3211, in an initial state, the wall surface of the joint of the sliding plate sections 3211 and the expansion sections 3212 is in contact with the sliding surface 311, the vertical sections of the guide arc plate 31 are in contact with the guide grooves 215, the guide arc plate is limited through matching, when expanding is performed, the transmission ring 32 and the expanding die head 34 rotate in the same direction, the transmission rod 33 slides in the expansion sections 3212 to transmit displacement, the expanding die head 34 is pushed to slide outwards, and the expanding die head 34 is rotatably guided through the expanding grooves 214.

As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the expanding die heads 34 are arranged in an arc shape, a compensation gap is arranged between adjacent expanding die heads 34, the compensation die heads 4 are arranged in the compensation gap, two ends of each compensation die head 4 are respectively movably connected with the expanding die heads 34 on two sides, the adjacent expanding die heads 34 are in sliding connection, two sides of each expanding die head 34 are respectively provided with an expanding arc surface 341 and a guiding arc surface 342, the arcs of the expanding die heads 34 are gradually changed, the expanding arc surfaces 341 are in sliding connection with the adjacent guiding arc surfaces 342, the compensation die heads 4 are positioned on a large curvature radius section of the expanding die heads 34, a small curvature radius section of the expanding die heads 34 is rotatably connected with the transmission rod 33, and the outer sides of the compensation die heads 4 are arranged in an arc shape.

The diameter-expanding die head 34 is arranged in an arc shape and is divided into a diameter-expanding arc surface 341 and a guide arc surface 342, the front section of the diameter-expanding arc surface 341 is contacted with the pipe so as to expand the pipe, the rear section of the diameter-expanding arc surface 341 is contacted with the guide arc surface 342 so as to be interlocked, when the diameter-expanding die head 34 moves to the outermost end, the radius is adjusted through the gradual change of the arc, the compensation gap is gradually reduced in the expansion process, all the diameter-expanding arc surfaces 341 form a whole circle, so that the whole circle is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipe, the stress is dispersed, the internal wrinkling is prevented, the expansion gap, the indentation, the edge-connecting bulge and the stress concentration are avoided, so that the molding quality is improved, the compensation gap between the adjacent diameter-expanding die heads 34 is filled and compensated through the compensation die head 4, the small section of the curvature radius is contacted with the inner wall of the pipe in the initial state, the maximum molding effect is ensured, and after the expansion, the compensation die head 4 rotates along with the expanding die heads 34 on the two sides, so that a large curvature radius section is in contact with the inner wall of the pipe, the contact area with the inner wall of the pipe is increased, the joint edge gap is reduced, after controllable radius expansion is completed, the motor 11 rotates to drive the expanding die head 34 to rotate on the inner wall of the pipe, the joint edge convex blocks are removed through cold press molding, the smoothness of the inner wall of the pipe is improved, when the diameter is expanded to the maximum diameter, the compensation die head 4 is accommodated through pits in the expanding die head, so that the joint edge of the expanding arc surface 341 is in a whole circle, the expanding arc surface 341 is extruded through the guide arc surface 342, force is transferred through the transmission rod 33, double-end support is performed, the two ends of the expanding arc surface 341 are tightly extruded on the inner wall of the pipe, force application in the expansion stage is more uniform, and the forming quality of the pipe is improved.

As shown in fig. 4-6, the radian of the compensation die head 4 is gradually changed, the inner side and the outer side of the large radian section of the diameter-expanding die head 34 are respectively provided with a groove, the compensation die head 4 is in transmission connection with the diameter-expanding die head 34, two ends of the compensation die head 4 are respectively provided with a lug, the lug is in rotation connection with the groove, and the circle center of the arc section of the compensation die head 4 and the circle center of the arc section of the diameter-expanding die head 34 are positioned at the same side.

The radian of the compensation die head 4 is gradually changed, the compensation is performed on the whole expansion stage, when the diameter is the smallest, the compensation gap is the largest, the largest compensation amount is provided through the small end of the curvature radius, the compensation gap is reduced along with the continuous expansion of the expanding die head, the smaller compensation amount is provided through the large end of the curvature radius, the compensation amount is automatically adjusted according to different expansion diameters, the compensation die head 4 is rotatably connected with the expanding die heads 34 on two sides through the convex block, and the compensation die head 4 is accommodated through the groove.

As optimization, the pipe forming die further comprises an extension seat 5, the extension seat 5 is in a circular truncated cone type design, and the large-diameter end of the extension seat 5 is fixedly connected with the upper seat 21. The extension seat 5 through the design of round platform formula expands the direction, fixes extension seat 5 through last seat 21, and extension seat 5 path end is towards the tubular product front end of treating the expansion.

Preferably, the mounting base 2 further comprises a reinforcing column 23, and two ends of the reinforcing column 23 are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper base 21 and the lower base 22. The upper seat 21 and the lower seat 22 are connected by the reinforcing column 23, so that the connection strength is improved, and auxiliary guiding is performed by the lower seat 22.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the diameter needs to be expanded, the transmission ring 32 rotates, the overlapped space of the openings of the transmission groove 321 and the guide groove 215 is enlarged, the guide arc plate 31 moves downwards under the action of the pre-tightening spring 35, the size of the guide arc plate 31 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the transmission rod 33 slides on the sliding surface 311 to output displacement, the diameter expansion die head 34 is pushed to move, the diameter expansion die head 34 is guided to move through the wall surface of the diameter expansion groove 214, the diameter expansion die head 34 rotates towards the inner ring while sliding, and therefore the diameter expansion die head is expanded outwards, the size of the outer ring is increased, controllable radius adjustment is carried out, and the diameter of pipe with various sizes is convenient to process; the expanding die head 34 is divided into an expanding arc surface 341 and a guiding arc surface 342, the front section of the expanding arc surface 341 is contacted with the pipe to expand the pipe, the rear section of the expanding arc surface 341 is contacted with the guiding arc surface 342 to interlock, when the expanding die head 34 moves to the outermost end, the radius is adjusted through gradual change of the arc, the compensation gap is gradually reduced in the expanding process, all the expanding arc surfaces 341 form a whole circle, so that the expanding arc surfaces are tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipe, the stress is dispersed, the internal wrinkling is prevented, the expanding gap is avoided, the indentation is formed, the edge-connecting bulge is generated, the stress concentration is caused, and the forming quality is improved; the compensation gap between the adjacent expanding die heads 34 is filled and compensated through the compensation die head 4, the small curvature radius section is contacted with the inner wall of the pipe in the initial state to ensure the maximum forming effect, after expansion, the compensation die head 4 rotates along with the expanding die heads 34 on two sides to enable the large curvature radius section to be contacted with the inner wall of the pipe and increase the contact area with the inner wall of the pipe, so that the joint edge gap is reduced, after controllable radius expansion is completed, the motor 11 rotates to drive the expanding die heads 34 to rotate on the inner wall of the pipe, the joint edge convex blocks are removed through cold press forming, so that the smoothness of the inner wall of the pipe is improved, when the expansion die head is expanded to the maximum diameter, the compensation die head 4 is accommodated through the pits on the expanding die heads, so that the expanding arc surface 341 is jointed into a whole circle, the expanding arc surface 341 is extruded through the guide arc surface 342, and the transmission rod 33 is matched to transmit force, so that double-end support is carried out, the two ends of the expanding cambered surface 341 are tightly extruded on the inner wall of the pipe, so that the force application in the expansion stage is more uniform, and the forming quality of the pipe is improved.
