Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a sealing bag clamping device for an automatic powder bagging machine, which solves the problems of poor sealing, powder leakage and powder leakage of the existing bag clamping device. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. When the device is used, firstly, the bag opening of a packaging bag is sleeved at the position of the elastic sealing ring of the feed opening 102, then, two groups of clamping arm cylinders 201 are started to push the sealing clamping arms 203 to attach the two sides in the middle of the packaging bag and tightly press and connect the packaging bag on the elastic sealing ring of the feed opening 102, then, two groups of clamping block cylinders 305 are started to push the clamping block assemblies 302 to clamp the two ends of the packaging bag, after the packaging bag is closed, two groups of stretching cylinders 303 are started to push the clamping block assemblies 302 and the packaging bag clamped by the clamping block assemblies to attach the feed opening 102 from the two ends, so that the opening of the packaging bag is hermetically connected with the feed opening 102, then, powder enters the packaging bag through the feed opening 102 along the feed channel 101, partial air still exists in the feed channel 101 and the packaging bag, and can form air flow in the feed channel 101 to cause powder leakage or powder leakage, and at the moment, the negative pressure device connected with the degassing opening 6 is started, air in the material channel 101 is filtered by the filter plate 106 and then discharged through negative pressure; after bagging, the edge clamp mechanism 3 and the middle clamp mechanism 2 are sequentially loosened, the packaging bag falls under the action of gravity, and a small amount of powder lifted at the bag opening is sucked out through the negative pressure device of the dust removal opening 7.
