Referring to fig. 2, the special treatment layer 2 is formed by uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 150 portions of ink, 40 to 50 portions of toluene, 5 to 8 portions of mixed type polyisocyanate curing agent and 9 to 16 portions of organosilicon polymerization leveling agent.

Referring to fig. 4, the magnetic isolation powder 10 is made of Fe-Ni alloy material, the Ni content of Fe-Ni alloy is 80%, and by providing the Fe-Ni alloy material, the magnetic isolation powder 10 has higher magnetic permeability and excellent saturation performance, has smaller flexibility, is easier to manufacture than silicon steel, and enhances the magnetic isolation effect on the magnet block 12.
