In adjusting the distance between the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32, when the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32 approach each other, the compression spring 45 is compressed, thereby ensuring the relative position between the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 32 to be stable under the restoring force of the adjustment plate 43 and the compression spring 45.
