The connecting member 302 includes first connecting rods 302a disposed on two sides of the bottom of the movable ring gear 301b, second gears 302b disposed at the bottom ends of the first connecting rods 302a, U-shaped fixing rods 302c disposed on the side surfaces of the first connecting rods 302a, and fixing gears 302d disposed on the surface of the fixing shaft 202 and engaged with the second gears 302b, wherein the first connecting rods 302a and the second gears 302b are disposed in two sets, the two sets of first connecting rods 302a are fixedly engaged with each other through the U-shaped fixing rods 302c, and the second gears 302b are rotatably engaged with the first connecting rods 302 a. Since the second gear 302b rotates along with the movable ring gear 301b in the opposite direction to the fixed shaft 202, the fixed shaft 202 and the fixed gear 302d rotate together with the second gear 302 b.

The stirring member 303 includes a mounting rod 303a disposed at the bottom of the second gear 302b, a movable plate 303b disposed at the bottom of the mounting rod 303a, and a rubber rod 303c disposed at the bottom of the movable plate 303b, the bottom of the rubber rod 303c being in contact with the inner bottom wall of the discharging frame 203 a.
