8. An apparatus for managing a conference service log, comprising:

the conference service module is used for determining the conference service currently performed by the user;

and the log module is used for generating and storing a log related to the conference service according to the conference service.

9. A management apparatus for a conference service log, comprising: at least one processor and at least one memory; the memory is to store one or more program instructions; the processor, configured to execute one or more program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.

10. A computer-readable storage medium having one or more program instructions embodied therein for performing the method of any one of claims 1-7.

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for managing a conference service log.

Background

When the conference service is carried out, particularly in an exhibition or an academic conference, the number of participants is large, when the conference is carried out, the organization party needing the conference needs to check the personnel information of each meeting site, the labor cost is huge, and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The present application mainly aims to provide a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for managing a conference service log, so as to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a conference service log management method, including:

determining the conference service currently carried out by a user;

and generating and storing a related log of the conference service according to the conference service.

In one embodiment, the conference service includes: an exhibition conference service, or a thesis review conference service or a certificate making conference service;

when the conference service is an exhibition conference service, the log of the conference service includes: name, age, occupation, time to enter the exhibition, time to leave the exhibition of the person attending the exhibition;

when the conference service is a paper review conference service, the log of the conference service comprises: for review, see paper review for basic information, including: name, job title, and academic calendar;

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a judging module, configured to judge whether the information of the participant is in a predetermined personnel database when the conference service is an exhibition conference service, and if not, determine that the participant is illegal and check the information out of the database; the log includes: identification of the exhibitor; and the record that the exhibitor fails to verify.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises an analysis module, configured to perform data analysis on the data of the participant after the conference is finished when the conference service is an exhibition conference service; the log of sub-conference traffic comprises: and analyzing the data of the participants.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a storage time calculation module, configured to determine, for any log, a log rank according to the content of the log;

if the log belongs to the third level, the storage time length is corresponding to a third time length;

if the log belongs to the second level, the storage time length is corresponding to the second time length;

if the log belongs to the first level, the saving time length corresponds to the first time length.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a third aspect of the present application, there is provided a management apparatus of a conference service log; the server comprises at least one processor and at least one memory; the memory is to store one or more program instructions; the processor, configured to execute one or more program instructions, is configured to perform the following steps:

determining the conference service currently carried out by a user;

and generating and storing a related log of the conference service according to the conference service.

The processor is also used for judging whether any exhibitor accords with the qualification of the exhibitor or not in the meeting process of the exhibition when the exhibition meeting is in service;

if not, the examination is not passed;

the conference service data log comprises: an identification of the exhibitor; a record that the exhibitor does not pass.

The processor is also used for judging whether the information of the participants is in a preset personnel database when the conference service is the exhibition conference service, and if not, determining that the participants are illegal and not checking the information;

the log includes: identification of the exhibitor; and the record that the exhibitor fails to verify.

And the processor is also used for carrying out data analysis on the participated data after the conference is finished and generating a log of the result of analyzing the participated data when the conference service is the exhibition conference service.

The processor is also used for determining the grade of any log according to the content of the log;

if the log belongs to the third level, the storage time length is corresponding to a third time length;

if the log belongs to the second level, the storage time length is corresponding to the second time length;

if the log belongs to the first level, the saving time length corresponds to the first time length.

According to a fourth aspect of the present application, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having one or more program instructions embodied therein, the one or more program instructions for performing the steps of:

determining the conference service currently carried out by a user;

and generating and storing a related log of the conference service according to the conference service.

The application provides a method for managing a conference service log, which is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:

step S102, receiving a presence confirmation message sent by a client after a user arrives at a conference service field;

Specifically, when a user participates in a meeting, the user needs to register and log in an application program on the mobile phone in advance and input own basic information.

In a fourth aspect, the present application also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having embodied therein one or more program instructions for executing the method of any one of the above.

The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The processor reads the information in the storage medium and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware.

The storage medium may be a memory, for example, which may be volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or which may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory.

The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory.

When software is applied, the corresponding functionality may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
