14. The apparatus of claim 9, said management module to cause said private storage device to determine whether said photograph is a multiple-person co-photograph meeting predetermined conditions via image analysis;

At present, a plurality of users can store personal data in cloud equipment of an enterprise through a sharing service provided by the enterprise at the cloud, so that data query can be conveniently carried out by the users, or the users can be opened to other users for other people to carry out data query, and data sharing is realized. Detailed Description

The embodiment of the specification provides a photo storage method, a device, equipment and a storage medium shared by multiple persons.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. In one or more embodiments of the present specification, a user communicates with a private storage device through a mobile access terminal, and stores a photo in the private storage device, so as to ensure the security of storage. In the storage process, the private storage device can identify and analyze the photo content, so that different storage modes can be adopted for storage according to different types of photos, the adopted storage mode can be matched with a processing mode of a follow-up mobile access terminal for photos (for example, the mobile access terminal and the private storage device respectively store and reserve a part of a single photo, the mode is particularly suitable for storing live photos (for example, photos obtained by shooting with a live photo function on an iOS system), and the scheme optimizes the scheme for storing, managing and assisting follow-up use aiming at the characteristics of the live photos. Further, the private storage device can store the video in the live photo without storing the cover photo, only the cover photo of the live photo is reserved by the mobile access terminal, the video part is automatically deleted, the storage space can be saved, and the mobile access terminal is based on the private storage device to conveniently watch the effect of the live photo. The private storage equipment can also automatically set corresponding access authority for the photos according to the users identified in the photos so as to enhance the privacy of photo storage. The method is applied to a sharing system comprising a private storage device and one or more mobile access terminals, wherein the sharing system is a private system in a local range, such as a home, a company and the like, the mobile access terminals comprise mobile devices such as mobile phones and the like, and the private storage device comprises a mobile hard disk, a private server and the like. The method can be applied to different business fields, such as the field of instant messaging business, the field of official business and the like. The process can be executed by computing equipment in the corresponding field (such as an intelligent mobile terminal corresponding to the communication service and the like), and some input parameters or intermediate results in the process allow manual intervention and adjustment to help improve the accuracy.

The process in fig. 1 may include the following steps:

Further, the private storage device does not simply store the photos directly as a common file, but specifically analyzes the content of the photos, for example, what data the photos themselves contain, what the shooting content on the photos is, and the like, and then stores and manages the photos in a corresponding storage mode according to the photo characteristics determined by analysis, so that the intelligence and the orderliness of photo storage can be improved, and meanwhile, the security of photo storage is enhanced.

Based on the process of fig. 1, some specific embodiments and embodiments of the process are also provided in the present specification, and the description is continued below.

In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the short-range wireless mode includes a WiFi direct mode, which does not depend on a router, and has stable performance, good flexibility, and low cost. The live photograph, when stored, typically includes a cover photograph and a corresponding video, the cover photograph being used to represent the live photograph, typically one of the frames in the video corresponding to the live photograph, and the first frame of the live photograph may be set as the cover photograph by default, or may be specified by the user from the frames of the live photograph. The video corresponding to a live photograph is typically a short video of a few seconds, with the maximum length of video depending on the limitations of the application used to take the live photograph.

The private storage device can analyze and determine whether the photo uploaded by the mobile access terminal is a live photo containing the cover photo and the corresponding video, and if so, the private storage device can store the video corresponding to the live photo so that the mobile access terminal only locally retains the cover photo. The mobile access terminal stores the video corresponding to the live photo in the private storage device, so that the video corresponding to the live photo can be stored only in the cover photo instead of being stored locally, and the local storage space is saved.

Further, the mobile access terminal only locally keeps the cover photo of the live photo, and if the mobile access terminal receives a dynamic playing instruction of the user for the cover photo, the mobile access terminal tries to communicate with the private storage device so as to play the live photo according to the video stored in the private storage device. And if the communication is successful, the mobile access terminal acquires the transient data from the private storage device without acquiring an original video, and dynamically plays the live photo corresponding to the cover photo according to the transient data. The dynamic playing instruction comprises a long-time pressing operation of a user on the cover photo, a clicking operation of the user on a playing button corresponding to the cover photo and the like, and is determined according to an application program used for playing the live photo. In addition, the mobile access terminal only plays the live photos according to the transient data, and does not locally persist the transient data, that is, the transient data can only pass through one path in the memory or cache of the mobile access terminal, so as to be played at the mobile access terminal, and does not occupy persistent storage space such as a hard disk flash memory. Through the communication between the mobile access terminal and the private storage device, the mobile access terminal can normally play the live photos under the condition of only storing cover photos. Moreover, the mobile access terminal does not perform persistent storage on the transient data, so that the local storage space is not occupied by playing the dynamic video.

The transient data is generated by simplifying the video, may be a plurality of frames selected from the video, may be in a thumbnail form of the video, and may also reduce the resolution of the video, so that the data volume of the transient data is smaller than the data volume of the video itself. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring that the mobile access terminal can normally play live photos, the communication traffic between the private storage device and the mobile access terminal can be reduced, and the transmission efficiency of transient data is improved, so that the response efficiency of the mobile access terminal to the playing instructions of the user is improved, and the user experience is favorably improved.

In addition, the mobile access terminal can also acquire a complete video corresponding to the live photo from the private storage device according to a complete playing instruction of the user on the live photo so as to restore and play the live photo and ensure the watching experience of the user on the live photo.

Furthermore, after the mobile access terminal uploads the live photos to the private storage device, the corresponding live photos can be shared with other mobile access terminals by sending the cover photos to other mobile access terminals. And other mobile access terminals can communicate with the private storage equipment according to the obtained cover photos so as to access the videos corresponding to the live photos stored in the private storage equipment and realize the playing of the live photos.

However, since there are device differences between different mobile access terminals and there are differences between formats of live photos, not all mobile access terminals can support playing of a certain live photo. The private storage device may determine whether the mobile access terminal supports the corresponding live photo after receiving a photo access request of the mobile access terminal carrying the cover photo. If not, the private storage device can convert the video into a dynamic picture with a standard format, such as gif format, according to the corresponding video, and then send the dynamic picture to the mobile access terminal. By converting the video corresponding to the live photo, the problem that the live photo cannot be played due to the problems of format non-support and the like can be solved, the smoothness of photo access by the mobile access terminal is improved, and the realizability of photo sharing among different mobile access terminals is ensured. Moreover, the video is converted into the dynamic picture, the data volume is reduced, the communication traffic between the private storage device and the mobile access terminal can be reduced, and the communication transmission efficiency is improved.

In addition, the mobile access terminal and the private storage device need to establish communication in a specific mode, and if the mobile access terminal and the private storage device cannot establish communication, the mobile access terminal fails to play the live photos.

In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the private storage device may set and store a corresponding access right for the photo according to the content of the photo uploaded by the mobile access terminal. Specifically, the private storage device can determine whether the photo is a multiple-person photo meeting a predetermined condition through image analysis. If yes, the photo is directly stored without setting access authority, and any mobile access terminal communicating with the private storage device can access the photo. Otherwise, according to the user identity identified in the photo, setting corresponding access authority for the photo and storing the photo, so that the mobile access terminal associated with the user in the photo can access the photo, for example, the user in the photo can access the photo by himself, the user can access the photo by authentication set for the photo by himself through the user in the photo, and the like, so as to improve privacy and security of photo storage. Therefore, the photos uploaded by the mobile access terminal can be automatically identified and distinguished, and are correspondingly stored, so that the photos are orderly managed, and the security and the privacy of photo storage are improved.

Meeting the predetermined condition may include: the number of people in the photograph exceeds a predetermined number and/or the people in the photograph all belong to a predetermined family group. If the number of people in the photos is more than a preset number, such as family large group photos and company large group photos, the privacy requirement of the photos is low, and the access authority does not need to be set. If all the people in the photos belong to a predetermined family group, such as a private storage device in a family, the mobile access terminals communicating with the photos are usually all members of the family, and therefore, the access right does not need to be set for the group of family members.

In conjunction with the foregoing description, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a detailed flow chart of the method in fig. 1, in which some of the foregoing alternatives are used, and the flow chart is shown in fig. 2.

In the flow of fig. 2, the mobile access terminal communicates with the private storage device, and when a photo is uploaded to the private storage device, the private storage device analyzes the content of the uploaded photo and determines whether the photo is a live photo including a cover photo and a corresponding video. If yes, the private storage device stores the video corresponding to the live photo, and establishes the association between the video and the corresponding cover photo, so that the mobile access terminal can only locally reserve the cover photo of the live photo, the storage space of the mobile access terminal is saved, and when the live photo needs to be played subsequently, the corresponding video is obtained from the private storage device to be played according to the locally reserved cover photo. If not, the private storage device can directly store and backup the photos.

In conjunction with the foregoing description, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a detailed flow chart of the method in fig. 1, in which some of the foregoing alternatives are used, and the flow chart is shown in fig. 3.

In the flow of fig. 3, the mobile access terminal communicates with the private storage device, and when a photo is uploaded to the private storage device, the private storage device analyzes the content of the uploaded photo to determine whether the photo is a photo of multiple persons meeting a predetermined condition. If yes, the private storage device can directly store the photo without setting access authority. If not, the private storage device can set corresponding access authority for the photo according to the user identity identified in the photo, and then stores the photo so as to improve the privacy and the safety of photo storage.

Based on the same idea, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide apparatuses and devices corresponding to the above-described method, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a photo storage apparatus shared by multiple persons according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, where the apparatus is applied to a sharing system including a private storage device and one or more mobile access terminals, and the apparatus belongs to the mobile access terminals, and the apparatus includes:

a communication module 402, which is used for responding to user operation and selecting a specific mode to communicate with the private storage device, wherein the specific mode comprises a public network point-to-point mode and a short-distance wireless mode, and the selection is related to the distance between the mobile access terminal and the private storage device;

the management module 404 manages the content of the private storage device through the communication, and if the management includes uploading a photo to the private storage device, the private storage device analyzes the content of the photo and stores the photo in a corresponding storage mode according to an analysis result.

Optionally, the short-range wireless mode comprises a WiFi direct mode; the communication module 402 determines whether the mobile access terminal and the private storage device both have available networks; and if not, selecting a WiFi direct connection mode to communicate with the private storage equipment.

Optionally, the management module 404, the private storage device analyzes whether the photo is a live photo containing a cover photo and a corresponding video; if so, storing the corresponding video so that the mobile access terminal only locally retains the cover photo.

Optionally, the management module 404 makes the mobile access terminal perform, only after locally retaining the cover photo: if the mobile access terminal receives a dynamic playing instruction of a user for the cover photo, the mobile access terminal tries to communicate with the private storage device; if the communication is successful, transient data are obtained from the private storage device, and the cover photo is dynamically played according to the transient data, wherein the transient data are generated by simplifying the video, and the transient data are not locally persisted by the mobile access terminal.

Optionally, after the management module 404 stores the corresponding video, the method further performs: enabling the private storage device to determine whether the mobile access terminal supports the corresponding live photos or not if the private storage device receives a photo access request of the mobile access terminal carrying the cover photos; if not, converting to obtain a dynamic picture according to the corresponding video, and sending the dynamic picture to the mobile access terminal.

Optionally, the management module 404 causes the private storage device to determine whether the photo is a multiple photo meeting a predetermined condition through image analysis; if yes, storing the photo without setting access authority; otherwise, according to the user identity identified in the photo, setting corresponding access authority for the photo and storing the photo.

Optionally, the predetermined condition specifically includes: the number of people in the photograph exceeds a predetermined number, and/or the people in the photograph all belong to a predetermined family group.

Optionally, the managing further comprises: downloading photos, browsing photos, editing photos.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a photo storage device shared by multiple persons according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, where the device is applied to a sharing system including a private storage device and one or more mobile access terminals, and includes:

at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,

a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:

responding to user operation, selecting a specific mode to communicate with the private storage device, wherein the specific mode comprises a public network point-to-point mode and a short-distance wireless mode, and the selection is related to the distance between the mobile access terminal and the private storage device;

and managing the content of the private storage equipment through the communication, and if the management comprises uploading a photo to the private storage equipment, enabling the private storage equipment to analyze the content of the photo and store the content in a corresponding storage mode according to an analysis result.

Based on the same idea, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the method, storing computer-executable instructions, for application to a sharing system including a private storage device and one or more mobile access terminals, where the computer-executable instructions are configured to:

the mobile access terminal responds to user operation and selects a specific mode to communicate with the private storage device, wherein the specific mode comprises a public network point-to-point mode and a short-distance wireless mode, and the selection is related to the distance between the mobile access terminal and the private storage device;

and the mobile access terminal manages the content of the private storage equipment through the communication, and if the management comprises uploading a photo to the private storage equipment, the private storage equipment analyzes the content of the photo and stores the photo in a corresponding storage mode according to an analysis result. .

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.

The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: the ARC625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.

The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations of the present description.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, the present specification embodiments may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present description may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, embodiments of the present description may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and so forth) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
