1. A package, comprising:

the vacuum bag roll comprises a box body, wherein the box body is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating a vacuum bag roll, and the box body is provided with a bag outlet;

a spool rotatably disposed within the cassette body, the spool for mounting the roll of vacuum bag;

the cutting device comprises a cutting part, and the cutting part is connected to the box body in a sliding manner;

and after the bag opening of the vacuum bag roll penetrates through the bag outlet, the bag opening extends out of the box body to the cutting part.

2. The packaging box according to claim 1, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the protective cover is disposed on the box body, and the protective cover covers the bag outlet and the cutting device.

3. A package as claimed in claim 2, wherein the case body is provided with a recess, the cutting means is provided on the recess, and the protective cover is provided on the recess.

4. A pack according to claim 3 wherein the outlet opening is provided in the recess.

5. A package according to claim 4, wherein the recess comprises a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall is provided at a top end of the second side wall, and an L-shaped structure is formed between the first side wall and the second side wall.

6. A package according to claim 4, wherein the recess is ramped.

7. A pack according to claim 5 wherein the cutting means is provided on the second side wall and the mouth of the bag is provided at the junction between the first and second side walls.

The packaging box according to claim 5, wherein the box body comprises a left side plate, a right side plate, a front side plate, a rear side plate and a top cover, the front side plate, the left side plate, the rear side plate and the right side plate are connected with each other, the top cover is movably arranged at the top ends of the left side plate, the right side plate, the rear side plate and the concave part, and the turning direction of the top cover is forward turning;

the left side plate, the right side plate and the rear side plate are all folded plates, and the top of the front side plate is inwards sunken to form the sunken part.

The packaging box according to claim 8, wherein the left side plate and the right side plate are provided with mounting holes, the inner walls of the mounting holes are provided with folded parts, two opposite sides of the winding shaft respectively penetrate through the two mounting holes, and the outer wall of the winding shaft is abutted against the folded parts.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a packaging box.

Background

In daily life, the importance of food to people is self-evident, but when food is exposed to air, the food is easily deteriorated and rotten due to the influence of moisture, oxidation or bacteria, which not only causes serious waste, but also the deteriorated food is harmful to human bodies. In order to facilitate the preservation of food, people develop a vacuum packaging machine by the principle of vacuum preservation.

At present, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a commonly used vacuum packaging machine is an external vacuum packaging machine, and people can easily vacuum-package and store food in home life and restaurant operation by using the external vacuum packaging machine and the embossed vacuum bag in cooperation. In order to facilitate vacuum packaging of articles with different sizes, the embossed vacuum bags with proper lengths are cut out from the vacuum bag roll according to the sizes of the articles before use. It is known that rolls of vacuum bags are mainly packed by shrink films or packing boxes, which only have a packing function; during transport of the vacuum bag roll, the shrink film and the packaging box have only a protective function. Because the vacuum bag roll is in the use, the user need according to the size of article, the size of self-cutting and corresponding with the size of article emboss the vacuum bag, however, above-mentioned prior art has following technical problem:

(1) in the process of first use, a user needs to remove the shrink film or open the packaging box to take out the vacuum bag roll, and the vacuum bag roll is in an exposed state, so that bacteria are easily adhered to the surface of the vacuum bag roll, and the vacuum bag roll is unsanitary;

(2) a user needs to prepare a cutter for cutting the embossing vacuum bag with the required length, and if the used cutter is scissors or a fruit knife, the end face of the cut embossing vacuum bag is difficult to ensure to be flush, so that if the end face of the cut embossing vacuum bag is not flush, the embossing vacuum bag is difficult to use and has insufficient aesthetic property, and the waste of the embossing vacuum bag is caused;

(3) after cutting the vacuum bag roll, a user needs to store the vacuum bag roll through the original packaging box or another packaging box, so that the operation convenience of the user is greatly reduced.

In order to solve the technical problem, a vacuum packaging machine is provided in the market, and comprises a packaging machine body and a bag rolling bin arranged on the packaging machine body, wherein the bag rolling bin is used for placing a bag roll of a vacuum bag, the bag rolling bin is provided with a vacuum bag extraction port, a strip-shaped through hole is formed beside the vacuum bag extraction port along the length direction, a cutter is arranged in the through hole, and after the packaging bag with the required length is extracted, the vacuum bag can be cut off by sliding the cutter. However, due to the size and cost limitations of the vacuum packaging machine, the bag rolling bin has a small volume, and the length of the vacuum bag roll placed in the bag rolling bin is generally 6m, and the length of the vacuum bag roll is up to 15 m. However, the vacuum packaging machine including the bag magazine is not widely applicable, and the vacuum packaging machine in the market is not provided with the bag magazine due to the size and cost, and more, the user needs to prepare a cutter for cutting the vacuum bag roll.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the invention provides a packaging box, which aims to achieve the purposes of conveniently storing and transporting a vacuum bag coil, conveniently cutting the vacuum bag coil and meeting the use requirements of users on vacuum bags.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packing box, including:

the vacuum bag roll comprises a box body, wherein the box body is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating a vacuum bag roll, and the box body is provided with a bag outlet;

a spool rotatably disposed within the cassette body, the spool for mounting the roll of vacuum bag;

the cutting device comprises a cutting part, and the cutting part is connected to the box body in a sliding manner;

and after the bag opening of the vacuum bag roll penetrates through the bag outlet, the bag opening extends out of the box body to the cutting part.

In some embodiments of the present application, the packing box further comprises a protective cover, the protective cover is disposed on the box body, and the protective cover covers the bag outlet and the cutting device.

In some embodiments of the present application, the box body is provided with a recessed portion, the cutting device is arranged on the recessed portion, and the protective cover is arranged on the recessed portion.

In some embodiments of the present application, the outlet opening is disposed on the recess.

In some embodiments of the present application, the recess includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall, the first sidewall is disposed on a top end of the second sidewall, and an L-shaped structure is formed between the first sidewall and the second sidewall.

In some embodiments of the present application, the recess is sloped.

In some embodiments of the present application, the cutting device is disposed on the second sidewall, and the outlet is disposed at a junction between the first sidewall and the second sidewall.

In some embodiments of the present application, the box body includes a left side plate, a right side plate, a front side plate, a rear side plate, and a top cover, the front side plate, the left side plate, the rear side plate, and the right side plate are connected to each other, the top cover is movably disposed on the top ends of the left side plate, the right side plate, the rear side plate, and the recessed portion, and the turning direction of the top cover is forward turning;

The embodiment of the invention provides a packaging box, which has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art:

(1) the packing box comprises a box body and a scroll, wherein the box body is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating a vacuum bag roll, the box body is provided with a bag outlet, the scroll is rotatably arranged in the box body, and the scroll is used for installing the vacuum bag roll; therefore, the vacuum bag roll can be placed in the containing cavity of the box body for a long time, the vacuum bag roll in the transportation process is protected conveniently, and a user does not need to take out the vacuum bag roll in the daily use process, so that the operation convenience of the user is greatly improved, and the sanitation of the vacuum bag roll is ensured;

(2) compared with the vacuum packaging machine provided with the bag rolling bin, the box body provided by the embodiment of the invention is not limited by size and cost, and a user can set the size of the box body to be matched with the volume of a required vacuum bag roll according to the use requirement of the user, so that the use requirement of the user on the vacuum bag roll is met, and the experience of the user in the use process is improved;

(3) through setting up the device of tailorring, tailor the device including tailorring the portion, tailorring a sliding connection on the box body, from this, tailor the device and satisfy the user and carry out the demand of tailorring to vacuum bag book to make the packing carton have the packing and the function of tailorring, experience the sense with the use that improves the user to the packing carton.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3-7, the embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging box, which comprises a box body 1, a reel and a cutting device 3, wherein the box body 1 is provided with a containing cavity 11 for containing a vacuum bag roll, and the box body 1 is provided with a bag outlet 2; the reel is rotatably arranged in the box body 1 and is used for installing a vacuum bag roll; the cutting device 3 comprises a cutting part 31 and a guide rail 32, the guide rail 32 is fixed on the box body 1, and the cutting part 31 is connected on the guide rail 32 in a sliding way; wherein, the bag mouth of the vacuum bag roll passes through the bag outlet 2 and then extends out of the box body 1 to the guide rail 32.

Based on the arrangement, the packaging box provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the packing box comprises a box body 1 and a scroll, wherein the box body 1 is provided with an accommodating cavity 11 for accommodating a vacuum bag roll, the box body 1 is provided with a bag outlet 2, the scroll is rotatably arranged in the box body 1, and the scroll is used for installing the vacuum bag roll; therefore, the vacuum bag roll can be placed in the accommodating cavity 11 of the box body 1 for a long time, so that the vacuum bag roll in the transportation process is protected conveniently, and a user does not need to take out the vacuum bag roll in the daily use process, so that the operation convenience of the user is greatly improved, and the sanitation of the vacuum bag roll is ensured;

(2) compared with the method that the bag rolling bin is arranged on the vacuum packaging machine, the box body 1 is not limited by size and cost, and a user can set the size of the box body 1 to be matched with the volume of the required vacuum bag roll according to the use requirement of the user, so that the use requirement of the user on the vacuum bag roll is met, and the experience of the user in the use process is improved;

it should be noted that, a user can place a roll of vacuum bag bags with a length of more than 15m into the box body 1;

(3) by arranging the cutting device 3, the cutting device 3 comprises a cutting part 31 and a guide rail 32, the guide rail 32 is fixed on the box body 1, and the cutting part 31 is connected to the guide rail 32 in a sliding manner, so that the cutting device 3 meets the cutting requirement of a user on a vacuum bag roll, the packaging box has the packaging and cutting functions, and the use experience of the user on the packaging box is improved; in addition, the guide rail 32 has a guiding function for the sliding of the cutting part 31, and after the cutting part 31 cuts the vacuum bag roll, the end surface of the vacuum bag obtained after cutting is flush, so that the attractiveness of the vacuum bag obtained after cutting is ensured.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the package further comprises a protective cover 4, the protective cover 4 is disposed on the box body 1, and the protective cover 4 is disposed on the bag outlet 2 and the cutting device 3. Thus, the protective cover 4 has the following advantages:

(1) the cutting device 3 and the drawn vacuum bag roll are protected, the cutting device 3 and the drawn vacuum bag roll are prevented from contacting with external objects, the cutting device 3 is prevented from being damaged by collision, and the drawn vacuum bag roll is prevented from being polluted;

(2) the protective cover 4 plays a certain decorative role on the box body 1, so that the box body 1 has better aesthetic property.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-7, the case 1 is constructed of paperboard, which has the advantages of ease of manufacture and low cost.

In some embodiments, as an alternative, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the cutting device 3 may also not comprise the guide rails 32, the box 1 is provided with slits, and the cutting portion 31 is slidably connected to the slits of the box 1.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the connection between the protection cover 4 and the box body 1 is adhesion. Therefore, when the packaging box is transported or the cutting of the vacuum bag is not needed, the protective cover 4 is adhered to the box body 1, and the cutting device 3 and the drawn vacuum bag roll are protected by the protective cover 4; when the roll of vacuum bags needs to be cut, the protective cover 4 is torn off from the cassette 1.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 7, the case 1 is provided with a recess 5, the cutting device 3 is provided on the recess 5, and the protective cover 4 is provided on the recess 5. Therefore, the concave part 5 is used for placing the cutting device 3 and the drawn vacuum bag roll, so that the cutting device 3 is not easy to contact with external objects in the transportation process of the packaging box, and the drawn vacuum bag roll is not easy to expose in the outside.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the outlet 2 is provided on the recess 5. Therefore, compared with the case that the bag outlet 2 is arranged outside the concave part 5, the distance between the bag outlet 2 and the cutting device 3 is shorter, and the length of the vacuum bag roll exposed out of the box body 1 is shorter, so that the vacuum bag roll is more sanitary.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the recess 5 includes a first sidewall 51 and a second sidewall 52, the first sidewall 51 is disposed at the top end of the second sidewall 52, and an L-shaped structure is formed between the first sidewall 51 and the second sidewall 52. Therefore, the concave part 5 is of a bending structure, so that the structural strength of the concave part 5 is improved;

alternatively, the recess 5 may be provided as a ramp or in another configuration.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-6, the box body 1 comprises a left side plate 12, a right side plate 13, a front side plate 14, a back side plate 15 and a top cover 16, wherein the front side plate 14, the left side plate 12, the back side plate 15 and the right side plate 13 are connected with each other, the top cover 16 is movably arranged at the top ends of the left side plate 12, the right side plate 13, the front side plate 14 and the concave part 5, and the turning direction of the top cover 16 is forward turning. Thus, by providing the top cover 16, a user may open the top cover 16 to understand the usage of the vacuum bag roll and facilitate replacement of the vacuum bag roll.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the packing box further comprises a connecting plate 7, wherein the left side and the right side of the connecting plate 7 are respectively bonded to the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13, and the top of the connecting plate 7 is connected to the top cover 16, so that when the connecting plate 7 is bonded to the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13, the connecting plate 7 integrates the top cover 16, the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13, thereby enhancing the connection strength among the top cover 16, the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13 and further enhancing the bearing strength of the box body 1.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the cutting device 3 is provided on the second sidewall 52, and the bag outlet 2 is provided at the intersection between the first sidewall 51 and the second sidewall 52. Therefore, compared with the case that the bag outlet 2 is arranged at other parts of the second side wall 52 (such as above the second side wall 52), the distance between the bag outlet 2 and the cutting device 3 is shortest, the length of the vacuum bag roll extending out of the box body 1 can be shorter, and the sanitation of the drawn vacuum bag roll is further ensured;

in addition, tests show that when the vacuum bag roll is drawn upwards, after a period of use, the top cover 16 is deformed by force, and even the top cover 16 is opened by the drawing force, so that the service life of the top cover 16 is reduced, on the contrary, the vacuum bag roll of the embodiment is drawn forwards, the drawing angle of the vacuum bag roll is reasonable, the top cover 16 cannot be lifted by the drawing force of the vacuum bag roll, so that the service life of the top cover 16 is ensured;

furthermore, when the vacuum bag roll is drawn out from the bag outlet 2, a friction force is formed between the vacuum bag roll and the first side wall 51 and the second side wall 52, so that the vacuum bag roll is not easy to vibrate, and the vacuum bag roll extending out of the box body 1 cannot be automatically rewound into the inner cavity of the box body 1.

In some embodiments, it is found through tests that, as shown in fig. 7, when the height of the bag outlet 2 is not greater than 3mm, the friction between the vacuum bag roll and the bag outlet 2 is not too large or too small, which facilitates the user to draw out the vacuum bag roll while the vacuum bag roll is not easily rolled back to the accommodating cavity 11 of the box body 1.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4-6, the left side panel 12, the right side panel 13, and the rear side panel 15 are each flap panels, and the top of the front side panel 14 is recessed inwardly to form the depression 5. Therefore, the left side plate 12, the right side plate 13, the rear side plate 15 and the front side plate 14 are all of bending structures, so that the structural strength and the bearing strength of the box body 1 are stronger; in addition, the inner pit position in the box body 1 is not exposed, so that the box body 1 is more attractive.

As an alternative, the box body 1 may not be provided with the recess 5, the cutting device 3 is arranged at the top end of the box body 1, the protective cover 4 is arranged at the top end of the box body 1, and the protective cover 4 is covered on the cutting device 3 and the bag outlet 2, so that the cutting device 3 is protected during transportation;

illustratively, the protective cover 4 may be a material such as cardboard or foam.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13 are provided with mounting holes 6, the inner walls of the mounting holes 6 are provided with folded portions, two opposite sides of the winding shaft respectively penetrate through the two mounting holes 6, and the outer wall of the winding shaft abuts against the folded portions. From this, because in using, carrying and depositing the in-process, certain vibrations exist in box body 1, through the contact of spool and turning over portion, form frictional force between spool and the turning over portion, the spool is difficult to not hard up to make the vacuum bag book be difficult to rewind by oneself to the chamber that holds of box body 1, avoid appearing the vacuum bag book and fall back to the chamber 11 that holds of box body 1, need be with the condition that the vacuum bag book was taken out again, improved user's simple operation nature greatly.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-6, the top cover 16 has a first insertion tongue at the bottom thereof, and the left side plate 12 has a first insertion groove at the top thereof, and the first insertion tongue is inserted into the first insertion groove;

the bottom of the top cover 16 is provided with a second inserting tongue, the top of the right side plate 13 is provided with a second inserting groove, and the second inserting tongue is inserted into the second inserting groove;

the front side of the top cover 16 is provided with a turned edge, the turned edge is provided with a third slot, the rear side plate 15 is provided with a third insertion tongue, and the third insertion tongue is inserted into the third slot. From this, through the joint of first tongue and first slot, the joint of second tongue and second slot, and the joint of third tongue and third slot of inserting for 16 integral structures of top caps and preceding formation of left side board 12, right side board 13 and posterior lateral plate 15, thereby increase box body 1's structural strength and bearing strength.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the cutting portion 31 includes a sliding block and a cutting blade, the sliding block is disposed on the top end of the cutting blade, and the cutting blade is slidably connected to the guide rail 32, so that the user can slide the sliding block to slide the cutting blade along the guide rail 32, and the cutting blade cuts the vacuum bag roll, thereby ensuring that the end surface of the vacuum bag obtained after cutting is flush.

In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging box, so as to achieve the purposes of facilitating storage and transportation of a vacuum bag coil, facilitating cutting of the vacuum bag coil, and meeting the use requirements of users on vacuum bags.
