The alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function is characterized by comprising a composite forming card and a deoxidation alcohol solution adsorbed on the composite forming card, wherein the deoxidation alcohol solution contains amine salt formed by vitamin C substances and amine substances and is prepared by dissolving the amine salt in alcohol.

2. The alcohol preservative card with a deoxidizing function as set forth in claim 1, wherein the ascorbic acid-based substance is one or more of ascorbic acid, isoascorbic acid, sodium isoascorbic acid, calcium isoascorbic acid, and potassium isoascorbic acid.

3. The anti-alcohol freshness card with deoxidation function of claim 1 wherein the amine is one or more of triethylamine, diethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, pyridine and piperidine.

4. The alcohol preservative card with a deoxygenation function of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the vitamin C-based substance, the amine-based substance and the alcohol is 4:2 to 3: 10.

5. The alcohol preservative card with a deoxygenation function of claim 1, wherein raw materials for preparing the deoxygenated alcohol solution comprise vitamin C, triethylamine and alcohol, and the weight ratio of the vitamin C, the triethylamine and the alcohol is 4:3: 10.

compounding the carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting and forming to form a composite formed card;

thirdly, dipping the composite forming card in the deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, draining the composite formed card adsorbing the deoxygenated alcohol solution to prepare the alcohol preservation card with the deoxygenation function.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the carrier card is made of a porous fiber material, and the porous fiber material comprises one or more of a paper fiber material, a cloth fiber material and a synthetic resin fiber material.

9. The method for preparing an alcohol preservative card with a deoxidation function as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step (II), the carrier card and the breathable plastic film are compounded to form a three-layer structure of breathable plastic film-carrier card-breathable plastic film.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of food-related product processing, in particular to an alcohol preservation card with a deoxidation function and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Spoilage of food products is a result of oxidation of the food product and the proliferation of microorganisms and insects such as mold, bacteria, yeast, etc. Food oxidation is caused by the direct action of oxygen, and the breeding of microorganisms and insects is also closely related to oxygen. In order to prevent the food from going bad, manufacturers adopt a method of putting a deoxidizer into food packages, oxygen in the packages can be removed, the propagation of microorganisms and insects is inhibited, the food oxidation is slowed down, the shelf life of the food is prolonged, the deoxidizer is effective on the oxidative rancidity of aerobic bacteria and grease, inorganic iron-based deoxidizers are commonly used as the deoxidizer, but the food with the inorganic iron-based deoxidizer cannot meet the requirement of food safety detection when passing through a metal detector. Thus, organic deoxidizers such as those containing (iso) vitamin C series proposed in CN106418109A, an organic deoxidizer, have appeared; the deoxidizer is effective in oxidative rancidity of aerobic bacteria and grease, but is ineffective to microorganisms such as yeast, anaerobic bacteria and the like, and the volatile alcohol with a certain concentration can effectively inhibit the propagation of the microorganisms such as the yeast, the anaerobic bacteria and the like, for example, a card type alcohol preservative which is synthesized by paper sheets and breathable plastic stickers and is proposed by CN101260633A (alcohol preservative packing paper and preparation method thereof).

In order to combine the effects of the deoxidizer and the alcohol preservative and effectively prolong the shelf life of food, a packaging material with double functions of deoxidation and alcohol preservation, which is proposed by CN110037225A A Multi-effect active packaging material combining oxygen absorption and alcohol preservation, is also provided. However, the packaging material with double functions proposed by CN110037225A, a multi-effect active packaging material combining oxygen absorption and alcohol preservation, has complex structure and difficult manufacture; CN106387603A soak solution for preparing mildew-proof tablets, mildew-proof tablets and preparation method thereof, proposes a card type alcohol preservative taking a glucolase oxidation system as a deoxidation material, but the cost of the manufacturing raw materials is higher.

In conclusion, the prior art for manufacturing the card type alcohol preservative with the double functions of deoxidation and alcohol preservation has the following defects: firstly, the cost of the preparation raw materials is high; secondly, the preparation process is various, and the efficiency is low in mass production.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an alcohol preservation card with a deoxidation function and an alcohol preservation function, which has the advantages of cheap preparation raw materials, simple preparation process and large-scale and high-efficiency production.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an alcohol preservation card with a deoxidation function, which comprises a composite forming card and a deoxidation alcohol solution adsorbed on the composite forming card, wherein the deoxidation alcohol solution comprises amine salt formed by vitamin C substances and amine substances and is prepared by dissolving the amine salt in alcohol.

The alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function comprises vitamin C substances, wherein an enol structure of the vitamin C substances has strong reducibility, and-OH groups of the enol structure are easy to oxidize, so that the deoxidation effect is achieved, the oxygen concentration in a packaging bag is reduced, aerobic bacteria reproduction and oil oxidation rancidity are inhibited, amine substances and the vitamin C substances are subjected to salt formation reaction, the amine substances are alkaline electron donors, the electron transfer is facilitated, the oxidation state is stabilized, the amine substances are used as alkaline catalysts to promote the reaction of the vitamin C substances and oxygen, so that the deoxidation effect is further enhanced, and the alkalinity of the amine substances simultaneously avoids the vitamin C substances from being hydrolyzed moderately under the action of strong alkali.

Preferably, the vitamin C substance of the invention is one or more of vitamin C, isovitamin C, sodium isovitamin C, calcium isovitamin C and potassium isovitamin C.

Preferably, the amine substance of the present invention is one or more of triethylamine, diethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, pyridine and piperidine. The amine substance and the vitamin C substance do not generate unpleasant odor after salifying, and the moderate alkalinity of the amine substance is used as an alkaline catalyst to promote the reaction of the vitamin C substance and oxygen, so that the vitamin C substance has excellent deoxidation effect, and the vitamin C substance hydrolysis caused by over-strong alkalinity or over-large dosage is avoided, and further the deoxidation function is influenced.

Preferably, the weight ratio of the vitamin C substances, the amine substances and the alcohol in the alcohol preservative card with the deoxidation function is 4: 2-3: 10.

Preferably, the alcohol preservative card with the deoxidation function provided by the invention has the advantages that the preparation raw materials of the deoxidation alcohol solution comprise vitamin C, triethylamine and alcohol, and the weight ratio of the vitamin C to the triethylamine to the alcohol is 4:3: 10.

Preferably, the alcohol preservative card with the deoxidation function provided by the invention is characterized in that the preparation raw materials of the deoxidation alcohol solution comprise vitamin C, diethylamine and alcohol, and the weight ratio of the vitamin C, diethylamine and alcohol is 4:2: 10.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the alcohol refreshing card with the deoxidation function, which comprises the following steps:

dissolving vitamin C substances and amine substances in alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution after salifying;

compounding the carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting and forming to form a composite formed card;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, draining the composite formed card adsorbing the deoxygenated alcohol solution to prepare the alcohol preservation card with the deoxygenation function.

Preferably, the material of the carrier card of the present invention is a porous fibrous material, including one or more of a paper fibrous material, a cloth fibrous material and a synthetic resin fibrous material.

Preferably, in the second step, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film are compounded to form a three-layer structure of breathable plastic film-carrier card-breathable plastic film.

Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function has the advantages of cheap preparation raw materials, simple structure and preparation process of packaging materials and easy popularization in mass production.

Detailed Description

In order to explain the technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is given with reference to the embodiments.

Example 1

Preparing the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function:

dissolving 200 g of vitamin C and 150 g of triethylamine in 500 g of alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution with light fragrance after salifying;

compounding the paper fiber material carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting the paper fiber material carrier card into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a three-layer structure of the breathable plastic film, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, adding 3 grams of weight of the composite formed card adsorbed with the deoxidized alcohol solution, draining, and preparing the preservation card.

Example 2

Preparing the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function:

dissolving 200 g of vitamin C and 100 g of diethylamine in 500 g of alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution with light fragrance after salifying;

compounding the paper fiber material carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting the paper fiber material carrier card into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a three-layer structure of the breathable plastic film, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, adding 3 grams of weight of the composite formed card adsorbed with the deoxidized alcohol solution, draining, and preparing the preservation card.

Example 3

Preparing the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function:

dissolving 200 g of isovitamin C and 150 g of triethylamine in 500 g of alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution with light fragrance after salifying;

compounding the paper fiber material carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting the paper fiber material carrier card into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a three-layer structure of the breathable plastic film, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, adding 3 grams of weight of the composite formed card adsorbed with the deoxidized alcohol solution, draining, and preparing the preservation card.

Example 4

Preparing the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function:

dissolving 200 g of sodium isoascorbate and 150 g of trimethylamine in 500 g of alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution with light fragrance after salification;

compounding the paper fiber material carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting the paper fiber material carrier card into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a three-layer structure of the breathable plastic film, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, adding 3 grams of weight of the composite formed card adsorbed with the deoxidized alcohol solution, draining, and preparing the preservation card.

Example 5

Preparing the alcohol preservation card with the deoxidation function:

dissolving 200 g of potassium isoascorbate and 150 g of piperidine in 500 g of alcohol, and forming a deoxidized alcohol solution with light fragrance after salification;

compounding the paper fiber material carrier card with the breathable plastic film and cutting the paper fiber material carrier card into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a three-layer structure of the breathable plastic film, the carrier card and the breathable plastic film;

soaking the composite formed card in a deoxidized alcohol solution for adsorption;

and fourthly, adding 3 grams of weight of the composite formed card adsorbed with the deoxidized alcohol solution, draining, and preparing the preservation card.

Comparative example 1

Preparing an alcohol preservation card:

firstly, compounding a paper fiber material carrier card and a breathable plastic film and shearing the paper fiber material carrier card and the breathable plastic film into a strip shape of 40 multiplied by 30mm to form a composite forming card with a breathable plastic film-carrier card-breathable plastic film three-layer structure;

soaking the composite formed card in alcohol solution for adsorption;

thirdly, 3 g of weight of the composite forming card adsorbed with the alcohol solution is increased, and then the card is drained to prepare the alcohol preservation card.

Comparative example 2

Preparing a vitamin C deoxidizer:

uniformly mixing 2 g of vitamin C, 1.5 g of calcium hydroxide, 0.5 g of sodium bicarbonate, 1.5 g of sodium bicarbonate and 15 g of silicon dioxide, and sealing in a three-edge-sealed breathable plastic film to prepare the vitamin C-containing organic deoxidizer.

Test for deoxidation Properties

The deoxidizers prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were respectively sealed in food packaging bags, and the oxygen concentrations in the food packaging bags at different time periods were respectively measured with a gas tester. The results are shown in Table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the deoxidation performance of the freshness cards of the examples 1 to 5 is better than that of the comparative examples 1 and 2, and the oxygen concentration of the food packaging bags after 32 hours is reduced to a lower level in a shorter time, which shows that the alcohol freshness cards with the deoxidation function, which contain the deoxidation alcohol solution, have obvious deoxidation performance. Compared with the prior art, the raw materials for manufacturing the freshness card are cheap and easy to obtain, the freshness card can be obtained only by simple stirring and soaking manufacturing processes, the process is simple and convenient, and the mass production is easy.
