Background

The CPP film is a polypropylene film produced by a cast extrusion process, also known as a stretched polypropylene film. Compared with polyethylene films, polyester films and polyvinyl chloride films, the CPP film is low in cost, and has the characteristics of high glossiness, good flatness, easiness in heat sealing, easiness in metallization treatment and the like. Further, the CPP film may be subjected to aluminum plating, printing, or compounding with other materials after being subjected to corona treatment, and thus the CPP film is widely used as a packaging material for foods, daily necessities, electronic products, and the like.

The CPP film is widely applied in life and production, is often used for being wound on the outer side of a packing box or an adult object in a factory to protect products inside from being damaged, and can prevent the products inside from scattering due to the fact that a box body is cracked; the existing CPP film packaging device is difficult to package products with different sizes.

When the inner shaft 102a rotates, the outer sleeve 102d also rotates, the inner shaft 102a drives the fixing plate 102b to rotate, the fixing plate 102b drives the rotating arm 102c to rotate, the rotating arm 102c drives the CPP film roll to rotate for packaging, and in the process, the CPP film is always wound in a rotating mode at the same horizontal height; therefore, the outer sleeve 102d is arranged to be matched with the fixing plate 102b, when the first gear 102f rotates, since the toothed groove 102e on the outer sleeve 102d is meshed with the first gear 102f, the outer sleeve 102d moves upwards or downwards, one end of the outer sleeve 102d is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 102b, the outer sleeve 102d moves to drive the fixing plate 102b to move up and down, the fixing plate 102b moves up and down to enable the rotating arm 102c to change in the height direction and move upwards or downwards while rotating and winding in the horizontal direction, and therefore the packaging object a can be packaged more tightly and completely.

Further, the inner shaft 102a is connected with a first driving motor B, the first gear 102f is connected with a second driving motor C, a rotating shaft of the first driving motor B can be connected with the inner shaft 102a through a coupler, the first driving motor B drives the inner shaft 102a to rotate, a rotating shaft of the second driving motor C is inserted into a central hole of the first gear 102f and fixed with the first gear 102f, and the first gear 102f is driven to rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction; the first drive motor B and the second drive motor C may be provided as direct current motors.

Furthermore, the rotating arm 102c comprises a transverse rotating arm 102c-1 and a vertical rotating arm 102c-2, the transverse rotating arm 102c-1 is sleeved with a moving pipe 102c-3 to be connected with the transverse rotating arm in a sliding manner, and the vertical rotating arm 102c-2 is connected below the moving pipe 102 c-3. A rack 102c-4 fixed with the transverse rotating arm 102c-1 is arranged along the direction of the transverse rotating arm 102c-1, a second gear 102c-5 meshed with the rack 102c-4 is arranged on the moving pipe 102c-3, a third driving motor D is fixed on the moving pipe 102c-3 and drives the second gear 102c-5 to rotate, and a rotating shaft of the third driving motor D is fixed with a central hole of the second gear 102c-5 and drives the second gear 102c-5 to rotate. The control unit 102c-7 is a control center of the device, is used for processing data and sending instructions to the driving motor to control the operation of the driving motor, and can use a single chip microcomputer as the control unit 102 c-7; the sensing part 102c-6 is a distance sensor, which can determine the distance between the vertical rotating arm 102c-2 and the packaging object A, and send the obtained distance data to the control unit 102c-7, after the analysis and processing by the control unit 102c-7, the control unit 102c-7 obtains the distance to be moved and controls the third driving motor D to operate for a fixed time, so that the moving pipe 102c-3 is moved to the required position, the distance between the vertical rotating arm 102c-2 and the packaging object A is ensured to be proper, and then the packaging is completed by rotating and winding.
