Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a dewing-proof material layer, which includes an adhesive layer 1 and a hydrophobic layer 2 integrally connected; the hydrophobic layer 2 is surface porous.

The adhesive layer 1 is adhered to the surface of an object, the hydrophobic layer 2 is porous in surface and has good air permeability, and a certain hollow hydrophobic structure is formed on the surface of the hydrophobic layer 2 and is not easy to form dewing on the surface of the object.

The anti-condensation material layer is adhered to the surface of the object which is easy to condense, so that the condensation phenomenon can be solved; the anti-condensation water tray is generally applied to the outer surfaces of cold water pipelines, condensation water trays, valve pipes and the like which cannot be insulated, and anti-condensation material layers can be adhered to the surfaces of basement walls, air-tight cavities, electric power communication equipment, water delivery pipelines, machine boxes, anti-condensation equipment materials and other parts which are easy to form condensation so as to solve the condensation phenomenon.

In addition, the anti-condensation material layer can also solve the problem that secondary condensation is formed outside the heat-insulation cotton of a freezing water pipeline or a condensation water receiving tray under the weather conditions of humidity in the south and high air humidity, and only a layer of anti-condensation structure layer is adhered outside the heat-insulation cotton.

Further, the hydrophobic layer 2 is a paper or fiber material layer; the surface of the paper or fiber material layer is porous; the surface is relatively rough, the surface layer fibers are not easy to conduct heat, and the hydrophobic layer 2 has good air permeability, a certain hollow hydrophobic structure is formed on the surface of the hydrophobic layer, so that dewing is not easy to form on the surface of an object, and water vapor can be effectively prevented from condensing on the surface of the object; the principle is the same as that of the surface of wood, which is not easy to dewing.

Further, the fiber material layer can be any fiber material layer of the same type of paper, such as wood, cotton, hemp and the like.

Example 3

Taking the pipeline with the same specification in the embodiment 1, adhering the hydrophobic layer 2 to the surface of the test pipeline to form an anti-condensation material layer of the hemp fiber material layer, and keeping the thickness of the hemp fiber material layer to be the same as that of the paper; connecting a chilled water pipeline with a test pipeline, wherein the specification of the chilled water pipeline in the embodiment 3 is the same as that of the chilled water pipeline in the embodiment 1, and the flow rate and the temperature of chilled water are the same; meanwhile, the surface of the test pipeline is kept stable and constant at about 10 ℃, the test pipeline is placed in a stable environment temperature of 30 ℃ and the environment humidity of 65%, the chilled water is continuously and circularly introduced for half an hour, the surface dew of the test pipeline is wiped by dry sponge with the same size and weight, and the weight gain g3 of the sponge is measured.

Comparative example 1

Taking the pipeline with the same specification in the embodiment 1, smearing a certain existing anti-condensation coating on the surface of the test pipeline, and keeping the thickness of the anti-condensation coating to be the same as that of the anti-condensation material layer; connecting a chilled water pipeline with a test pipeline, wherein the specification of the chilled water pipeline in the comparative example 1 is the same as that of the chilled water pipeline in the example 1, and the flow rate and the temperature of chilled water are the same; meanwhile, the surface of the test pipeline is kept stable and constant at about 10 ℃, the test pipeline is placed in a stable environment temperature of 30 ℃ and the environment humidity of 65%, the chilled water is continuously and circularly introduced for half an hour, the surface dew of the test pipeline is wiped by dry sponge with the same size and weight, and the weight gain g4 of the sponge is measured.

Comparative example 2

Taking the pipelines with the same specification in the embodiment, and not coating the anti-condensation coating on the surface of the test pipeline and adhering the anti-condensation material layer; connecting a chilled water pipeline with a test pipeline, wherein the specification of the chilled water pipeline in the comparative example 2 is the same as that of the chilled water pipeline in the example 1, and the flow rate and the temperature of chilled water are the same; meanwhile, the surface of the test pipeline is kept stable and constant at about 10 ℃, the test pipeline is placed in a stable environment temperature of 30 ℃ and the environment humidity of 65%, the chilled water is continuously and circularly introduced for half an hour, the surface dew of the test pipeline is wiped by dry sponge with the same size and weight, and the weight gain g5 of the sponge is measured.

The weight gain of each sponge is shown in table 1 below.

TABLE 1

Experimental group Amount of dew (g)
Example 1 2.12±0.11
Example 2 2.52±0.02
Example 3 2.22±0.15
Comparative example 1 1.95±0.12
Comparative example 2 29.57±0.04

Comparative example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 2 show that: under the same conditions, the weight of the dew generated by adhering the anti-condensation material layer on the surface of the test pipeline is approximately and effectively reduced by 93% compared with the weight of the dew generated by not adhering the anti-condensation material layer, and the anti-condensation effect is good.

Comparative example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1 show that: the weight of dew generated by adhering the anti-condensation material layer on the surface of the test pipeline is basically the same as that of the dew generated by smearing the existing anti-condensation coating on the surface of the test pipeline, so that the anti-condensation effect similar to that of the existing anti-condensation coating can be achieved by adhering the anti-condensation material layer on the surface of the test pipeline.

However, on the one hand, the adhesion of the anti-condensation material layer to the surface of the object has wider practicability because the anti-condensation material layer is lower in cost and easier to manufacture, and the anti-condensation coating is higher in transportation cost and manufacturing cost.

On the other hand, the anti-condensation material layer is adhered to the surface of the object, so that the anti-condensation material layer has wider practicability, and can be taken down from the surface of the pipeline after dew enters, dried, dewatered, cooled and adhered for use, so that the anti-condensation material layer can be recycled; after the anti-condensation coating is coated and the anti-condensation coating is poor in effect and needs to be replaced, the anti-condensation coating is coated again only after the original anti-condensation coating is scraped off, and in the coating process, the coating material is subjected to secondary coating after being thoroughly dried, so that the coating material is repeatedly coated to the required thickness, and the labor intensity is high.

In conclusion, the anti-condensation material layer in the technical scheme is adhered to the surface of an object through the adhesive layer, the hydrophobic layer is porous in surface and has good air permeability, a certain hollow hydrophobic structure is formed on the surface of the hydrophobic layer, condensation on the surface of the object is not easy to form, and water vapor can be effectively prevented from condensing on the surface of the object; the problem that the surface of an object is easy to dewfall is well solved.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
