Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lemon processing, and particularly relates to a production method of lemon seed oil.

Background

The lemon fruit has bright color and strong sour taste, is rich in various vitamins and mineral elements and antioxidant substances such as limonin, flavonoid, phenolic acid and the like, and has higher nutritional value and health care function. In recent years, the lemon industry in China has a tendency of accelerating development, and the production and marketing are extremely vigorous. In the fine and further processing process of the lemons, a large amount of lemon seeds and cutting fragments thereof are easy to generate, the products are not commodity, and the processing method is direct discarding or burning, so that great resource waste is caused and the environment is polluted.

Recent researches show that the lemon seeds are rich in oil (the content is close to 20 percent), the content proportion of unsaturated fatty acid is close to 70 percent, and the oil content and the unsaturation degree of the lemon seeds are close to those of oil crops such as corn, soybean, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, peanut and the like; however, in the lemon seed oil, the total content of linolenic acid and linoleic acid which are essential fatty acids for human bodies is close to 40 percent and is obviously higher than the level of edible oil sold in the market. Therefore, the lemon seed oil has higher health care function.

At present, because the lemon seeds contain a plurality of limonin substances, cyanogenic glycosides, tannins, flavonoids and the like, the prepared grease has extremely strong bitter taste and poor crowd acceptance; in addition, the existing squeezing method cannot thoroughly squeeze the lemon seed oil, or the grease of the lemon seeds is greatly lost and wasted in the squeezing process.
