Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cross-stitch embroidery, in particular to embroidery threads used for cross-stitch embroidery and a preparation method of the embroidery threads.

Background

Cross rust is an ancient embroidery with a long history. The traditional cross rust uses special embroidery thread and cross grid cloth, uses a method of lapping cross by interweaving warp and weft, and performs embroidery according to a special coordinate pattern, thereby being a good health preserving method, and meanwhile, the product can also be used as an indoor decoration.

In the prior art, in order to ensure that the tightness of the embroidery thread is the same in the embroidering process, the embroidery thread is made of pure cotton materials. The silk floss is high in cost, and the following problems can occur: fading, hair losing, thinning, weak strength and oxidation fading after a long time. However, in view of ensuring uniform tightness during embroidery, the conventional cross-stitch still uses cotton embroidery thread.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the cross-stitch embroidery thread which is prepared by spinning and forming polyester staple fibers as raw materials, dyeing at high temperature and high pressure, coating water-based wax, dehydrating and drying, has the advantages of oxidation resistance, fading prevention, mildew prevention and good strength, can ensure the tightness in the cross-stitch embroidery process, and is convenient to draw out the thread for use by adopting multiple threads.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a preparation method of cross-stitch embroidery threads comprises the following steps:

spinning and forming: spinning by adopting polyester staple fibers to obtain 25 single yarns, plying and twisting two 25 single yarns into single-strand yarns, plying and twisting 6 single-strand yarns into yarns, and twisting the yarns into stranded wires by a stranding machine;

dyeing: dyeing the yarn at high temperature and high pressure;

coating water-based wax: soaking the dyed yarns in aqueous wax emulsion at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ for 30-40 min;

drying: the drying temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the drying time is 50-60 min.

Further, in the dyeing step, the yarn is put into a dyeing tank with dyeing liquid for dyeing, the initial temperature of the dyeing liquid is 50-90 ℃, the temperature is rapidly increased to 120-130 ℃, the temperature and pressure are kept for dyeing for 40-60 min, and the dyed yarn is cleaned by a soaping agent.

Further, in the dyeing step, disperse dyes are used as dyeing pigments in the dyeing solution.

Further, the aqueous wax emulsion is a mixture of polyethylene wax emulsion, paraffin wax emulsion and an antistatic agent.

Further, the water-based wax emulsion is diluted into a soaking solution by adding water, and the dyed yarn is placed in the soaking solution for soaking.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

in the prior art, cross-stitch embroidery threads are made of cotton materials, a large amount of cotton wool flies out in each spinning and thread making link of a factory, so that serious environmental pollution is caused, and workers in each working procedure of a workshop need to wear a mask; secondly, the color of the cotton thread is dark, so that the final cross-stitch image is dark and has poor and non-vivid effect; moreover, in the process of embroidering thread, thread breakage and fuzzing are easy to occur, and the user experience is poor; finally, the cotton threads are easy to grow mildew spots in a wet place and yellow in a normal environment, so that the pattern effect of the final cross-stitch finished product is influenced.

Although cotton threads have the defects, the patterns in the finished cross-stitch product are embroidered by the yarns, so that the tightness of the yarns is required to be consistent in the embroidering process, images are not distorted and deformed, and no yarns capable of meeting the conditions exist in the prior art, so that the cotton threads are still used as the embroidery threads of the cross-stitch.

In the application, the inventor finds that the yarn made of the polyester staple fibers according to the existing spinning process can meet the requirement that the tightness of the ten-family embroidery is consistent in the embroidering process, and the yarn made of the polyester staple fibers cannot be fluffed or fly during the spinning process or the embroidering cross-stitch process, so that the environmental pollution caused by raw materials during the production process is avoided. Compared with cotton threads, the polyester staple fiber yarn adopts the existing spinning process and dyeing process, and can realize no fading and high glossiness without adding chemical preparations additionally.

The embroidery thread of the cross-stitch usually consists of 6 strands, and in the process of embroidery, the appropriate number of strands is selected to be embroidered by threading the needle according to the thickness of the work. The embroidery thread in this application, easy pull behind the 6 thigh stranding, pool line is not puckery, easily arranges.

In the invention, the mode of coating the water-based wax is adopted, so that static electricity is not generated in the use process of the cross-stitch embroidery thread.

In summary, the cross-stitch embroidery thread of the present invention has the following advantages:

1. when embroidering, 1-5 strands can be smoothly drawn out from 6 strands for embroidering, and thread is not damaged;

2. when in embroidery, embroidery threads are not knotted, smooth and antistatic;

3. the nostrils of the embroidery person can not be polluted by hair dust because the hair is not fluffy and is slipped out when the embroidery is performed, and the nostrils are kept clean;

4. compared with the situation that the existing cotton thread becomes thin when embroidering is carried out to the latter half section, so that the embroidery is not full, the embroidery thread has uniform thickness in the whole embroidering process, so that the embroidery is full;

5. the embroidery thread is dyed at high temperature, the color fastness is high, the color is not faded, the hand can not be stuck with the color when in embroidery, and the embroidery has bright and vivid color;

6. the product has antioxidant function, and does not yellow after the embroidery is finished;

7. the anti-mildew function is achieved, and the original effect of the embroidery is still kept in a humid environment;

8. in the embroidering process, the embroidery thread is not broken, the embroidery thread is uniform in thickness and easy to pull, and the experience feeling is strong.
