The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: by starting the second motor 507, the output shaft of the second motor 507 drives the guide block 509 to rotate, the lower end of the guide block 509 is fixedly connected with a fourth fixing rod 510, the lower end of the fourth fixing rod 510 is rotatably connected with the fourth fixing rod 510, so that the guide block 509 limits the displacement angle, and the fourth fixing rod 510 can swing left and right to drive two third fixing rods 503 at the front end to swing, the upper ends of the two third fixing rods 503 at the front end are both rotatably connected with the second fixing rod 502, the two second fixing rods 502 are respectively rotatably connected to the circumferential surfaces of the two limit blocks 501, so that the two second fixing rods 502 limit the displacement angle, when the two second fixing rods 502 rotate along with the guide rod 506, the two steering wheels 505 fixedly connected to the lower ends of the two second fixing rods 502 can perform a steering function, the annular handle 608 is rotated to drive the circular gear 607 to rotate, circular gear 607 is connected with the meshing of rack 603, consequently, can drive reciprocating of rack 603, the left end fixedly connected with second side pipe 602 of rack 603, second side pipe 602 slides at second dead slot 601 inner wall, consequently, second side pipe 602 all can slide from top to bottom, thereby accomplish the height-adjusting function, make the stereo set mechanism who sets up in second side pipe 602 upper end adjust the height from top to bottom, start third motor 701, the output shaft fixedly connected with first bevel gear 702 of third motor 701, first bevel gear 702 meshing is connected with four second bevel gears 704, consequently, can make four stereo sets 703 circular motion, because four stereo sets 703 all rotate and connect in the four walls of stereo set box 7, consequently, four stereo sets 703 can not break away from stereo set box 7 when rotating, consequently, four stereo sets can rotate to four sides space circulation, make the broadcast range more extensive.
