referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the rust removing chains 12 are all required to be removed for maintenance or replacement, an operator can directly remove the fixed arc plates 21 to remove the two sets of the rust removing chains 12 at the same time. And then, the spare fixed arc plate 21 provided with the derusting chain 12 is arranged outside the external connecting block 11, so that the rapid installation of the derusting chain 12 is realized, and the operation convenience of operators is improved. The new derusting chain 12 is small in abrasion, the friction strength of the inner side of the steel pipe is guaranteed, further more rust on the inner side of the steel pipe can be efficiently removed within the same polishing time, and the derusting efficiency of the derusting chain 12 on the inner side of the steel pipe is guaranteed.

The implementation principle of the steel pipe inner wall rust removal cleaning machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the rust removing chain 12 is used for a long time and one of the rust removing chains needs to be disassembled and maintained and replaced, an operator can screw the positioning bolt 32 to enable the installation arc plate 31 to be separated from the limiting groove 211 so as to rapidly disassemble the old rust removing chain 12.

Then, the end of the new rust removing chain 12 with the installation arc plate 31 is abutted into the limiting groove 211, so that the connecting block 42 is abutted into the inner cavity of the clamping groove 212. The installation arc plate 31 is pressed to compress the compression spring 41 until the end wall of the protection cylinder 311 in the length direction abuts against the outer side wall of the connecting block 42, at the moment, the installation arc plate 31 abuts against the inner cavity of the limiting groove 211, and an operator fixedly connects the installation arc plate 31 and the fixed arc plate 21 through the positioning bolt 32 to complete the renewal of the rust removing chain 12.

When two or more rust removing chains 12 need to be replaced, an operator can first screw the connecting nut 622 to separate the rod body of the connecting bolt 621, and then sequentially draw the rod body of the connecting bolt 621 away from the extension plate 61 and the fixed arc plate 21. Next, the fastening nut 52 is screwed to disengage from the orientation screw 51, and the fixed arc plate 21 is pulled in the opposite direction by the pull cord, so that the diameter-variable block 213 and the abutting plate 215 are separated from each other. When the diameter-changing block 213 is separated from the limiting groove 211, the fixed arc plate 21 is separated from the directional screw rod 51, so as to complete the disassembly. An operator can install a new fixed arc plate 21 pre-installed with the rust removing chain 12 outside the positioning block so as to complete replacement of a plurality of rust removing chains 12, and further guarantee the rust removing efficiency of the rust removing chains 12 on the inner wall of the steel pipe.
