1. A filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device is characterized by comprising a filament cutter, an imaging detection mechanism, a turnover mechanism, an alarm mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller);

the imaging detection mechanism is arranged at an outlet vibration groove of the tobacco cutter, the material condition behind the tobacco cutter is detected through photographing and forming, and the purpose of detecting whether tobacco shreds contain tobacco flakes or not is achieved through comparing a shot picture with a stored picture;

the turnover mechanism is arranged in the tobacco shred outlet vibration groove and can turn over the tobacco shreds at the outlet vibration groove of the tobacco cutter;

the alarm mechanism is used for sending an alarm prompt when the imaging detection mechanism detects that the cut tobacco contains tobacco flakes;

the PLC is used for receiving a contrast signal of the imaging detection mechanism and transmitting the contrast signal to the alarm mechanism;

the alarm mechanism, the imaging detection mechanism and the turnover mechanism are all electrically connected with the PLC; and the signal output end of the imaging detection mechanism is connected with the signal input end of the PLC controller, and the signal output end of the PLC controller is connected with the signal input end of the alarm mechanism.

2. The filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a button is provided on the alarm mechanism, and the button is used for cutting off a contrast signal transmitted to the alarm mechanism by the PLC controller.

3. The imaging detection alarm device for the running sheet of the tobacco cutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the imaging detection mechanisms is two, and the two imaging detection mechanisms are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the turnover device.

The filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the alarm mechanism has two stages of working states, and when one of the imaging detection mechanisms detects the presence of the tobacco sheets, the one stage of alarm state of the alarm mechanism is triggered; and when the two imaging detection mechanisms observe the smoked sheet, triggering a secondary alarm state of the alarm mechanism, wherein the severity of the secondary alarm state is higher than that of the alarm state.

The filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the alarm mechanism comprises an LED display light, and when the alarm mechanism is in a primary alarm state, the LED display light is yellow; when the alarm mechanism is in a secondary alarm state, the LED display lamp is red.

6. The julienne machine running sheet imaging detection alarm device as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the LED display light is red, it is specifically in a red flashing state.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette counting and shredding machine equipment, in particular to a tobacco cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device.

Background

At present, when a filament cutter used in a filament making workshop in the tobacco industry operates, materials are processed unevenly due to serious abrasion of blades of the filament cutter or when the filament cutter is cut, and the situation that tobacco flakes are mixed in filamentous tobacco shreds is commonly called as 'running flakes'. If the cigarette cannot be found in time, material blockage is easily caused in the subsequent links, and the corresponding quality index of the finished cigarette can be directly influenced. In the prior art, general tobacco flakes are mixed in tobacco shreds, so that workers on the site cannot effectively detect the tobacco flakes in the tobacco shreds, the tobacco flakes mixed in the tobacco shreds are conveyed to a subsequent link, the cutter blades of the tobacco cutter cannot be timely recognized to break down, emergency maintenance is needed, and a large amount of tobacco flakes are generated in the period.

Therefore, how to provide a detection alarm device which can effectively detect the tobacco flakes in the tobacco shreds and remind an operator to maintain the tobacco cutter as soon as possible becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filament cutter sliding sheet imaging detection alarm device which can effectively detect tobacco sheets in tobacco shreds and remind an operator to maintain the filament cutter as soon as possible.

According to the first aspect of the invention, the invention provides a filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device, which comprises a filament cutter, an imaging detection mechanism, a turnover mechanism, an alarm mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller);

the imaging detection mechanism is arranged at an outlet vibration groove of the tobacco cutter, the material condition behind the tobacco cutter is detected through photographing and forming, and the purpose of detecting whether tobacco shreds contain tobacco flakes or not is achieved through comparing a shot picture with a stored picture;

the turnover mechanism is arranged in the tobacco shred outlet vibration groove and can turn over the tobacco shreds at the outlet vibration groove of the tobacco cutter;

the alarm mechanism is used for sending an alarm prompt when the imaging detection mechanism detects that the cut tobacco contains tobacco flakes;

the PLC is used for receiving a contrast signal of the imaging detection mechanism and transmitting the contrast signal to the alarm mechanism;

the alarm mechanism, the imaging detection mechanism and the turnover mechanism are all electrically connected with the PLC; and the signal output end of the imaging detection mechanism is connected with the signal input end of the PLC controller, and the signal output end of the PLC controller is connected with the signal input end of the alarm mechanism.

Optionally, according to the filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device provided by the invention, a button is arranged on the alarm mechanism and used for cutting off a contrast signal transmitted to the alarm mechanism by the PLC.

Optionally, according to the imaging detection alarm device for the running sheet of the shredder, the number of the imaging detection mechanisms is two, and the two imaging detection mechanisms are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the turnover device.

Optionally, according to the filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device provided by the invention, the alarm mechanism has two working states, and when one imaging detection mechanism observes a signal of the existence of tobacco sheets, the one-stage alarm state of the alarm mechanism is triggered; and when the two imaging detection mechanisms observe the smoked sheet, triggering a secondary alarm state of the alarm mechanism, wherein the severity of the secondary alarm state is higher than that of the alarm state.

Optionally, according to the filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device provided by the invention, the alarm mechanism comprises an LED display lamp, and when the alarm mechanism is in a primary alarm state, the LED display lamp is yellow; when the alarm mechanism is in a secondary alarm state, the LED display lamp is red.

Optionally, according to the filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device provided by the invention, when the LED display lamp is red, the LED display lamp is in a red flashing state.

Optionally, according to the filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device provided by the invention, the alarm mechanism further comprises a buzzer, and when the alarm mechanism is in a primary alarm state, the buzzer sends out a short buzzer sound; when the alarm mechanism is in a secondary alarm state, the buzzer sounds rapidly.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. According to the figure 1, the invention provides a filament cutter running sheet imaging detection alarm device which comprises a filament cutter, an imaging detection mechanism, a turnover mechanism, an alarm mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller).

When the operator receives the alarm sound sent by the alarm mechanism, the signal sent to the alarm mechanism by the PLC can be cut off through the button, so that light pollution and noise pollution are avoided.

Furthermore, the number of the imaging detection mechanisms is two, the two imaging detection devices are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the turnover device, when the imaging detection mechanisms are implemented, the pictures shot by the imaging detection mechanisms on the front side are images displayed on the surface of the tobacco shreds when the tobacco shreds are not turned over, and the pictures shot by the imaging detection mechanisms on the rear side are images displayed on the bottom of the tobacco shreds when the tobacco shreds are turned over to the surface, so that the omnibearing detection on the tobacco shreds is ensured, and the incomplete detection caused by a single imaging detection mechanism is avoided.

Furthermore, the alarm mechanism has two working states, when one imaging detection mechanism observes a signal of the existence of the tobacco flakes, the first-stage alarm state of the alarm mechanism is triggered to indicate that the tobacco flakes exist on the surface or the bottom of the tobacco shreds, and the fault of the tobacco cutter at the moment belongs to a lighter state; when the two imaging detection mechanisms observe the tobacco flakes, a secondary alarm state of the alarm mechanism is triggered, the surfaces of the surface tobacco flakes and the bottoms of the tobacco flakes contain the tobacco flakes, the shredder has serious faults and needs to be shut down and maintained urgently, and the severity of the secondary alarm state is higher than that of the alarm state.

Still further, the alarm mechanism comprises an LED display lamp, and when the alarm mechanism is in a primary alarm state, the LED display lamp is yellow; when the alarm mechanism is in a secondary alarm state, the LED display lamp is red. The severity of the primary alarm state and the secondary alarm state may be differentiated based on the LED display lights.

And furthermore, when the LED display lamp is red, the LED display lamp is in a red flashing state, and the warning effect is further achieved through the red flashing LED display lamp.

Furthermore, the alarm mechanism also comprises a buzzer, and when the alarm mechanism is in a primary alarm state, the buzzer sends out short buzzing sound; when the alarm mechanism is in the secondary alarm state, the buzzer sounds rapidly. The display lamp mainly achieves the warning effect through the visual effect, but the visual field of people is limited, the possibility that the LED display lamp is located in the visual field blind area can occur, and the buzzer can achieve the further warning effect on the operating personnel through the auditory effect. More specifically, the buzzer may distinguish the severity of the failure by the difference in sound.
