The conveyer of the white cardboard cigarette case forming device with the partition plate comprises two parallel conveyer belts which are arranged at intervals, upward convex push blocks are arranged on the two conveyer belts at equal intervals, and the white cardboard is clamped between the two adjacent push blocks.

The white cardboard cigarette case forming device with the partition plate further comprises a conventional detecting and rejecting mechanism for detecting and rejecting the formed unqualified white cardboard cigarette case.

The cigarette packing mechanism of the cigarette packing and moisture-keeping paper device comprises a support and two parallel guide mold boxes, wherein the support is driven by a corresponding power cylinder to move in a reciprocating manner; the folder comprises a rotary power cylinder and an L-shaped push plate arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the rotary power cylinder, so that the folding of the two side ears at the top of the white card cigarette case is completed in the process that the rotary power cylinder drives the L-shaped push plate to rotate.

The invention provides a production method of a moisture-preserving cigarette packet with a partition plate, which comprises the following steps:

step one, carrying out equal-interval conveying on the white cardboard;

secondly, gluing the bonding surface of the white cardboard partition plate;

punching the dotted line on the white cardboard partition plate to form a V-shaped part, extruding, folding and bonding the V-shaped part to form a downward partition plate vertical to the white cardboard;

step four, pushing the white cardboard with the partition plate in the step three, folding one side surface adjacent to the box surface of the white cardboard box and the box bottom surface downwards in the pushing process, and gluing the other side surface and the bottom surface of the white cardboard cigarette box;

step five, folding the box bottom surface adjacent to the folded side surface of the white cardboard in the step four;

step six, folding and bonding the lower box edge on the other side surface of the white cardboard in the step five;

step seven, folding and bonding the upper box edge and the lower box edge of the bottom surface of the white cardboard in the step six to finish the forming of the white cardboard cigarette box with the partition plate;

step eight, detecting the white card cigarette case with the partition plate in the step seven, and removing the formed unqualified white card cigarette case;

dividing a plurality of cigarettes into a plurality of groups, loading the groups into the white cardboard cigarette case at one time, and folding the top of the white cardboard cigarette case to form the white cardboard cigarette case with cigarettes for sending;

step ten, folding and bonding the flat moisture-retaining paper into a moisture-retaining paper shell with an open top, which is adaptive to the white card cigarette case;

step eleven, the white card cigarette packet filled with cigarettes in the step nine is sent into the moisture-preserving paper case in the step ten, and the totally-closed moisture-preserving cigarette packet is obtained after the open case top of the moisture-preserving paper case is folded and bonded.

The invention has the following advantages and effects: by adopting the scheme, the downward vertical partition plate is firstly formed on the front surface of the white cardboard by the partition plate forming mechanism in the white cardboard conveying process, then the side surface of the white cardboard and the box bottom surface are folded and adhered by the pushing and folding mechanism, finally the white cardboard cigarette box with the partition plate and two cavities is completed by the folding and forming mechanism, after the cigarettes are loaded into the white cardboard cigarette box, the cigarettes are effectively prevented from being extruded mutually, the cigarette quality is ensured, in addition, after the smooth moisture-retaining paper is folded and bonded into a moisture-retaining paper shell adaptive to the white cardboard cigarette case, the white cardboard cigarette case containing cigarettes is sent into the moisture-retaining paper shell, after the folding and bonding of the top of the moisture-preserving paper shell are finished, the fully-closed moisture-preserving paper cigarette packet is obtained, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the product quality is guaranteed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the automatic and mechanical production of the cigarette packet with the partition plate is realized, and the personalized market demand is met.

The invention provides a moist cigarette packet production device with a clapboard, which comprises a white cardboard cigarette packet forming device 1 with the clapboard and a cigarette packing moist paper device 2, as shown in figure 1, wherein:

the white cardboard cigarette case forming device 1 with the partition plate comprises a frame: a conveyor 12; a storage warehouse 11 with a white cardboard A storage space at the input end of the conveyor 12; a paper taking mechanism 13 for taking out the white cardboard a from the storage 11 and placing the same on the conveyor 12; partition plate forming mechanisms 14 and 15 which enable partition plates to be arranged in the box cavity of the formed white cardboard cigarette box in the conveying process of the white cardboard A; a gluing mechanism P1 for gluing the bonding surface of the white cardboard in the conveying process of the white cardboard A; a pushing and folding mechanism 16 for pushing the white cardboard with the partition plate into the folding and forming mechanism 17; a guide mechanism 18 for pushing the white cardboard with the partition plate into the folding forming mechanism 17; a folding mechanism 17 for folding the ivory board a into a cigarette case, as shown in fig. 2, wherein:

the storage warehouse 11 is surrounded by four upright posts and a cross bar between the two upright posts, wherein the middle part is a storage space, and the shape of the storage space is matched with the shape A of the white cardboard, as shown in figures 2 and 3;

the conveyor 12 is located below the storage 11, and includes two parallel conveyor belts 121 arranged at intervals, and upward-protruding push blocks 122 are arranged on the two conveyor belts 121 at equal intervals, and the white cardboard a is clamped between two adjacent push blocks 122, as shown in fig. 3 and 4;

the paper taking mechanism 13 is used for taking the white cardboard a out of the storage warehouse 11 and placing the white cardboard a on the conveyor 12, the paper taking mechanism 13 is positioned below the storage warehouse 11 and is arranged at a gap position between two conveyor belts 121 of the conveyor 12, the paper taking mechanism 13 comprises a first power cylinder 131, a connecting seat 133 with an air cavity therein and arranged on a piston rod of the first power cylinder 131, a negative pressure hole 132 communicated with the air cavity, the negative pressure hole 132 is communicated with a negative pressure source through a hose, four suckers 134 with vertical through holes are arranged on the connecting seat 133, the vertical through holes of the four suckers 134 are all communicated with the air cavity of the connecting seat 133, so that when the piston rod of the first power cylinder 131 drives the connecting seat 133 and the suckers 134 to be lifted to be contacted with the bottom surface of the white cardboard a, the negative pressure source is switched on to enable the vertical through holes of the suckers 134 and the air cavity of the connecting seat 133 to form negative pressure, and after the white cardboard a above is sucked, the piston rod of the power cylinder 131 descends to the gap position between the two conveyor belts 121 of the conveyor 12, the white cardboard a is placed between two adjacent pushing blocks 122 of the conveyor 12, the negative pressure source is cut off to release the suction force, and the operation of taking the white cardboard a out of the storage 11 and placing the white cardboard a on the conveyor 12 is completed, as shown in fig. 3 and 5;

in order to make the formed cigarette case of the white cardboard have the partition B4 in the middle, the partition forming mechanism 14, 15, which specifically includes the upper partition punching mechanism 14 and the lower partition squeezing and folding mechanism 15, needs to be arranged in the process of transporting the white cardboard a, wherein:

the partition punching mechanism 14 is positioned above the conveyor 12 and comprises an upper second power cylinder 142 and a punching block 141 which is fixed at the end part of a piston rod of the second power cylinder 142 and is parallel to the conveying direction, as shown in fig. 6 and 7;

in order to make the two a1 and a2 surfaces of the white cardboard a be in a V shape and form a partition plate B4 protruding into the box in the subsequent bonding, shaping and finishing, a gluing mechanism P1 is needed to be arranged in the white cardboard a conveying process, the gluing mechanism P1 is a spray gun connected with a glue supply pipe, and the spray gun is positioned above the white cardboard a and is used for gluing the a1 or a2 surface of the white cardboard a, as shown in fig. 3, 7, 8, 15 and 16;

a guide mechanism 18 is arranged between the output end of the pushing and folding mechanism 16 and the input end of the folding and forming mechanism 17, the guide mechanism 18 comprises a support 181, left and right guide plates 184, 182 arranged on the support 181, and a support plate 183 arranged between the left and right guide plates 184, 182 and having a longitudinal gap in the middle thereof, the front end of the support plate 183 is aligned with the gap 152 between the output ends of the two strip-shaped vertical plates 151 of the partition pressing and folding mechanism 15, and the rear end is matched with the folding and forming mechanism 17, so that the white cardboard a with the partition B4 thereon is fed into the folding and forming mechanism 17 from the pushing and folding mechanism 16 through the guide mechanism 18, and the partition B4 on the white cardboard a passes through the gap of the support plate 83 and smoothly enters the folding and forming mechanism 17, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12;

the folding forming mechanism 17 comprises a conveying mechanism 171 and a folding mechanism arranged on the frame, wherein:

the conveying mechanism 171 comprises an annular conveying belt 1712, two ends of which are sleeved on a belt wheel 1711, and a box cavity forming template 1714 which is fixed on the annular conveying belt 1712 at intervals and equidistance through a connecting plate 1713 and moves in an annular mode along with the annular conveying belt 1712, the box cavity forming template 1714 horizontally extends outwards, a clamping groove 1715 of a white cardboard A partition plate B4 with an outward notch is arranged in the middle of the horizontally outwards extending end, the clamping groove 1715 is butted with a gap at the rear end of a supporting plate 183 of a guide mechanism 18, so that the white cardboard A with the partition plate B4 is fed onto the box cavity forming template 1714, and the partition plate B4 is fed into the clamping groove 1715, so that the partition plate B4 is not influenced when the white cardboard A is folded into a cigarette box;

the driving mechanism 19 comprises a horizontal connecting plate 191 connected with a plurality of left upper box edge lower folding pressing plates 1723, the horizontal connecting plate 191 is arranged at the lower end of a piston rod 192 of the fifth power cylinder 193 to realize lifting, a cylinder seat of the fifth power cylinder 193 is fixed on a sliding block 194, the sliding block 194 is in sliding connection with a sliding rail 195 on a bracket 196, and meanwhile, the sliding block 194 is connected with a linear driving motor (not marked in the figure) to realize horizontal movement, as shown in fig. 17;

the cigarette box also comprises a conventional detection and rejection mechanism which is used for detecting and rejecting the formed unqualified white card cigarette box B;

the cigarette packing and moisture-keeping paper device 2 comprises a cigarette distribution mechanism 21 arranged on the rack, a cigarette packing mechanism 22, a white card paper cigarette case reversing mechanism 23, a white card paper cigarette case conveying mechanism 24, a moisture-keeping paper folding and forming mechanism 25 and a cigarette case forming mechanism 26 with moisture-keeping paper, wherein:

a cigarette distributing mechanism 21 for dividing a plurality of cigarettes into a plurality of groups and loading each group of cigarettes into a cigarette case at one time, the cigarette warehouse comprises a cigarette warehouse 211, a rotating wheel 214 connected with an outlet of the cigarette warehouse 211 and connected with a rotary power machine, a plurality of cigarette mold boxes 215 arranged on the outer edge surface of the rotating wheel 214 at intervals and axially, wherein every two cigarette mold boxes 215 are positioned on the same station, a first push plate 212 which is positioned below the cigarette warehouse 211 and matched with every two cigarette mold boxes 215 above the rotating wheel 214 in a box station and used for pushing cigarettes in the cigarette warehouse 211 to the two cigarette mold boxes 215, the first push plate 212 is connected with a corresponding horizontal power cylinder (not marked in the figure), the two cigarette mold boxes 215 which are positioned below the rotating wheel 214 are provided with second push plates 213 for pushing out the cigarettes in the cigarette mold boxes 215, and the second push plates 213 are connected with the corresponding horizontal power cylinder (not marked in the figure); the outer side of the rotating wheel 214 is provided with a conventional detector 216 for detecting the quality of cigarettes, and the conventional detector is used for detecting unqualified cigarettes;

a cigarette case-entering mechanism 22 positioned between the output end of the cigarette distribution mechanism 21 and one side of the input end of the white cardboard cigarette case conveying mechanism 24 with a partition plate, for loading cigarettes into the white cardboard cigarette case B, it comprises a bracket 221 driven by a corresponding power cylinder (not shown in the figure) to reciprocate, two parallel guide mold boxes 223 provided with through grooves on the bracket 221, a flexible guide cylinder 222 arranged in the through groove at the front end of the guide mold box 223, the flexible guide cylinder 222 is provided with a bell mouth with a small front end and a large rear end, the front end of the flexible guide cylinder 222 extends into a cavity of the ivory cigarette box B, the rear end of the guide die box 223 is matched and connected with a second push plate 213 in the cigarette distributing mechanism 21, the cigarettes in the cigarette mold box 215 are pushed into the white card cigarette box B through the guide cylinder 222, and the folding of the two side ears at the top of the white card cigarette box is completed through the folder 243 in the process of full cigarette box conveying; the folder 243 includes a rotary power cylinder 2431, and an L-shaped push plate 2432 disposed at an end of a piston rod of the rotary power cylinder 2431, so that after the cigarette case B is conveyed to a certain position, the front side ear B8 at the top is blocked by the L-shaped push plate 2432 and is folded first, and in the process that the rotary power cylinder 2431 drives the L-shaped push plate 2432 to rotate clockwise by 180 degrees and then rotate counterclockwise, the rear side ear B8 at the top of the cigarette case B is folded from outside to inside, that is, the folding of the two side ears at the top of the cigarette case B is completed, as shown in fig. 16, 23 and 25.

A white cardboard cigarette case reversing mechanism 23 is arranged between the other side of the input end of the conveying belt 241 and the output end of the folding forming mechanism 17 and is used for reversing the white cardboard cigarette case B to load cigarettes into the white cardboard cigarette case B, and comprises a rotating disk 231 connected with a rotating motor, at least two first trays 232 symmetrically arranged on the rotating disk 231 and used for placing the white cardboard cigarette case B, a push block 233 arranged above the rotating disk 231, the push block 233 is fixed at the end part of a piston rod of a lifting power cylinder 234, the lifting power cylinder 234 is connected on a sliding rail 235 on a bracket 237 in a sliding way through a slide block, the slide block is connected with a linear motor 236, so that the slide block, the lifting power cylinder 234 and the push block 233 move horizontally under the drive of the linear motor 236, the lifting power cylinder 234 drives the push block 233 to ascend or descend, thereby pushing the white cardboard cigarette case B to the first trays 232 and rotate along with the rotating disk 231 in place, the reversing of the top and the bottom of the ivory board cigarette box B is completed, and the ivory board cigarette box B is continuously pushed to the second tray 242 on the conveying belt 241 by the push block 233;
