Background

The cutting machine is a large machine tool commonly used in clothing factories and mainly adopts a vibration straight knife to cut fabrics. In the control system of the cutting bed, the cutting track is designed and optimized according to the width of the cutting knife. However, this production method has some problems, if the knife width parameter in the control system is not matched with the actual knife width, it will cause obvious errors in cutting, especially when processing the clothes with high quality requirement, such as underwear, underpants, bra, etc., it will cause the quality problems, such as cutting deviation of the cutting position, nonstandard over cutting, etc.

At present, three methods for detecting the width of the knife are mainly available in the market:

1. according to the empirical value, subtracting a cutter abrasion loss in the control system after finishing grinding the cutter each time;

2. irradiating the blade part of the cutter by using a laser sensor so as to measure the distance; however, because the cutting edge is a line and the contact area is small, the measured data is unstable and the efficiency is low;

3. the method adopts an image recognition technology such as a camera to take a real-time picture of the cutter, then carries out image comparison with a standard cutter picture of a system, and measures the width of the cutter by an image processing technology, but the method has high cost and poor interference resistance.

In summary, the above prior arts cannot accurately know the actual blade width, resulting in a large cutting error. Therefore, how to accurately measure the width value of the cutting knife and reduce the cutting error and the cutting quality caused by inaccurate width value is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a detection device capable of accurately measuring a width value of a cutter in an existing cutting bed.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a width detection device for a cutting knife for a cutting bed, which includes a rotating mechanism 1, a cutting knife 2 and a cutter head 3, wherein the rotating mechanism 1 includes a rotating motor 11, a driving wheel 12 coaxially connected with an output shaft of the rotating motor 11, and a driven wheel 13 engaged with the driving wheel 12 for transmission. The upper end of the cutting knife 2 is connected with the driven wheel 13 through a knife fixing mechanism, and the lower end is positioned in the cutter head 3. The driven wheel 13 is fixedly connected with the cutter head 3 through a connecting shaft 4, and when the rotating mechanism 1 works and the driven wheel 13 rotates, the cutting knife 2 and the cutter head 3 synchronously rotate. Further, the middle part of the connecting shaft 4 is also provided with a supporting part 41, the cut-off knife 2 is arranged in the supporting part 41 in a penetrating manner, and the supporting part 41 can support the cut-off knife 2 to prevent the cut-off knife 2 from bending and deforming in the working process.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the linear driving mechanism 5 is a cylinder, the movable end 51 is a piston rod, the measuring mechanism 7 is mounted on a fixing plate 82 through an expansion threaded sleeve 81 and a nut 83, and the fixing plate 82 and the piston rod are detachably connected through a screw. The front end and the rear end of the outer side of the cylinder body of the air cylinder are respectively provided with a first magnetic switch 61 for detecting whether the piston rod extends in place or not and a second magnetic switch 62 for detecting whether the piston rod retracts in place or not, and the first magnetic switch 61 and the second magnetic switch 62 are both connected with the controller, so that the situation that the piston rod cannot extend in place due to low air pressure and the like to influence the measurement precision can be prevented; secondly, the rotating mechanism 1 can be prevented from driving the cutter head 3 to rotate when the piston rod is not retracted to the right position, so that the connecting shaft 4 and the piston rod or the measuring mechanism 7 are prevented from colliding. As shown in fig. 3, the working principle of the width detection device of the present invention is as follows:

1. when the cutting of the cut-off knife 2 is finished and the knife width needs to be detected, the controller controls the rotating motor 11 to rotate, so that the cut-off knife 2 reaches a preset position which is vertical to the end face of the measuring head of the measuring mechanism 7, then the air inlet of the air cylinder is ventilated, and the piston rod drives the measuring mechanism 7 to extend out and contact with the cutting edge of the cut-off knife 2; when the first magnetic switch 61 senses the magnetic ring on the piston rod, the extending position of the piston rod is correct, the measuring head of the measuring mechanism 7 is pressed and retracted at the moment, the measuring mechanism 7 outputs a signal to the controller, the width reduction of the cut-off knife 2 caused by abrasion can be obtained after calculation, and the actual knife width value of the cut-off knife 2 is obtained;

2. after the detection is finished, the piston rod retracts, when the second magnetic switch 62 senses the magnetic ring on the piston rod, the piston rod retracts to the right position, the second magnetic switch 62 outputs a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the rotating mechanism 1 to start to drive the cut-off knife 2 to rotate and start the next round of cutting. When the cut-off knife 2 works, the air outlet of the air cylinder is ventilated, the piston rod keeps a retraction state, and the linear driving mechanism 5 or the measuring mechanism 7 is prevented from interfering and colliding with the connecting shaft 4.

A hydraulic cylinder, a lead screw motor or an electromagnet and other equipment can be used as a linear driving mechanism as required by a person skilled in the art, and the purpose of driving the measuring mechanism 7 to be in contact with the cutting edge of the cut-off knife 2 can also be achieved. When the contact type displacement sensor is used as the measuring mechanism 7, the measuring head of the sensor can measure the distance change between the measuring head and the cutting edge of the cut-off knife 2 at a preset position, so that the change quantity of the width value of the cut-off knife 2 is obtained; when the contact position sensor is used as the measuring mechanism 7, the measuring head of the sensor can measure the contact position change between the measuring head and the cutting edge of the cut-off knife 2 at a preset position, so that the change amount of the knife width value of the cut-off knife 2 is obtained.
