When the device works, a roller wound with a plastic film is fixed on a fixing mechanism 8010, one end of the plastic film is fixed on a concrete pier stud, then a first motor 809 is started to drive a mounting piece 803 to move along a belt 8015, the plastic film is automatically dispersed under the action of a rotating mechanism 804 and is wound on the concrete pier stud, when the mounting piece 803 moves from one end of a frame 801 to the other end, the first motor 809 is closed, a second motor 807 is started to drive the rotating mechanism 804 to move along the direction of a threaded rod 805, the plastic film is wound on the other side of the concrete pier stud in the moving process, when the rotating mechanism 804 moves from one end of the threaded rod 805 to the other end, the second motor 807 is closed, the first motor 809 is started to drive the belt 8015 to move, the belt 8015 moves to drive the mounting piece 803 and the rotating mechanism 804 to move until the other end of the belt 8015 stops moving, in the process, the plastic film is wound on the other side face of the concrete pier column, and the plastic film is wound repeatedly until the rotating mechanism 804 moves to the initial position, so that the purpose of winding the plastic film on the whole concrete pier column is achieved.

Wherein, the guiding rod 806 can play the role of supporting the rotating mechanism 804 on one hand to ensure the stability of the rotating mechanism 804, and play the role of guiding on the other hand, and the mounting member 803 is fixedly mounted on the belt 8015 for supporting the threaded rod 805 and the guiding rod 806.

The rotating mechanism 804 includes a fixing plate 8011, a third motor 8013 and a fixing shaft 504, the fixing plate 8011 is in threaded connection with a threaded rod 805, two sides of the fixing plate 8011 are in sliding connection with a guide rod 806, a fixing housing is mounted on the fixing plate 8011, a driving gear 8012 and a driven gear 8014 are disposed inside the fixing housing, the third motor 8013 is mounted on a top of the fixing housing, an output shaft of the third motor 8013 penetrates through the fixing housing and extends into the fixing housing, the driving gear 8012 is mounted on an output shaft of the third motor 8013, the fixing shaft 504 is mounted on one side of the driving gear 8012 on the fixing plate 8011, a bottom of the fixing shaft 504 penetrates through the fixing plate 8011 and extends to a bottom of the fixing plate 8011, a fixing mechanism 8010 is disposed on the fixing shaft 504, the driven gear 8014 is disposed on one side of the driving gear 8012 and is engaged with the driving gear 8012, the fixing mechanism 8010 is used for fixing a roller wound with a plastic film, guarantee that the cylinder can rotate under the effect of third motor 8013, then cooperate first motor 809, second motor 807 to lay plastic film on the concrete pier stud, be convenient for keep wet concrete pier stud surface to reach the purpose of concrete pier stud maintenance.

During operation, the roller with the plastic film is mounted on the fixing mechanism 8010, then the third motor 8013 is turned on to drive the driving gear 8012 to rotate, the driving gear 8012 rotates to drive the driven gear 8014 to rotate, the driven gear 8014 rotates to drive the fixing mechanism 8010 to rotate, and the fixing mechanism 8010 rotates to drive the roller with the plastic film, so that the plastic film is released, the plastic film is prevented from being torn off in the laying process, and the laying quality of the plastic film is guaranteed.
