a telescopic cylinder 136 is arranged between the support rod 131 and the gauze frame 135, and two ends of the telescopic cylinder 136 are respectively hinged with the support rod 131 and the gauze frame 135, so that the telescopic cylinder 136 can adjust the position of the gauze frame 135 when acting, and the distance between the gauze drum 137 and the free end of the sliding support rod 133 is convenient to adjust;

in the working process, the adjustment of the distance between the free ends of the gauze drum 137 and the sliding support rod 133 can adapt to the sleeving of gauzes with different thicknesses, so that the sponge mattress is more convenient to use.

Preferably, the gauze device 13 further includes an adjusting motor 139; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the adjusting motor 139 is disposed on the input support 11, the two support rods 131 are slidably disposed on the input support 11 along the width direction of the conveying device 12, and the power output end of the adjusting motor 139 is in transmission connection with the two support frames to adjust the distance between the two support frames, so as to adapt to the assembly of gauze outside the sponge cushion with different widths.

Preferably, two sides of the input bracket 11 are respectively provided with a driving wheel C, two driving wheels C are wound with a driving belt B, one supporting rod 131 is connected with the upper edge of the driving belt B, the other supporting rod 131 is connected with the lower edge of the driving belt B, and the adjusting motor 139 is in driving connection with one of the driving wheels C;

when the adjusting motor 139 rotates, the adjusting motor 139 drives the driving belt B to move through the driving wheel C, so that the two supporting rods 131 can be simultaneously drawn close to the middle part under the action of the driving belt B, or simultaneously kept away from the two sides of the conveying device 12, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the distance between the two supporting rods 131.

Preferably, the above-mentioned conveying device 12 includes a support plate 121 and a conveying motor 122; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the supporting plate 121 is arranged on the input support 11, the length direction of the supporting plate 121 is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying device 12, rotating shafts 123 are arranged at two ends of the supporting plate 121, conveying belts 124 wrap the rotating shafts 123 at two ends of the supporting plate 121, the conveying motor 122 is arranged on the supporting plate 121, and the conveying motor 122 is in transmission connection with one rotating shaft 123;

in the working process, the conveying motor 122 can drive the conveying belt 124 to move through the rotating shaft 123, so that the sponge mat placed on the conveying device 12 can move towards the directions of the serging and cutting mechanism 2 and the pressing and covering mechanism 3 under the action of the conveying belt 124, and the conveying of the sponge mat is completed.

Preferably, the rotating shaft 123 is sleeved with an input cylinder, the input belt is wound on the input cylinder, and the rotating shaft 123 is in transmission connection with the input cylinder, so that when the input motor drives the rotating shaft 123 to rotate, the input cylinder can rotate along with the rotating shaft 123 and drive the conveying belt 124 to move.

More preferably, the power output end of the conveying motor 122 is provided with a driving gear, the end of the rotating shaft 123 is provided with a driven gear, and the driving gear and the driven gear are in transmission connection through a chain.

Preferably, the above-mentioned conveyor 12 is provided with five conveyors 12, and the five conveyors 12 are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the input frame 11 so as to convey the sponge mats of different widths.

Preferably, the pressing mechanism 3 includes a base 31 and a pressing bracket 32; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the base 31 is arranged close to the output end of the conveying device 12, the pressing support 32 is arranged on the base 31 in a sliding mode, and the sliding direction of the pressing support 32 is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying device 12;

Preferably, the serging and cutting mechanism 2 comprises a first serging plate 211 and a second serging plate 212; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the first lockrand plate 211 is arranged on the input support 11 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, a lockrand cylinder A213 is arranged on the input support 11, and the telescopic end of the lockrand cylinder A213 is in transmission connection with the first lockrand plate 211, so that the lockrand cylinder A213 can drive the first lockrand plate 211 to slide up and down along the vertical direction in the telescopic process;

Preferably, the serging and cutting mechanism 2 further comprises a left shear plate 22, a shear motor 23 and a cutter 24; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the left shear plate 22 is arranged on one side of the input support 11 facing the pressing support 32, the length direction of the left shear plate 22 is parallel to the width direction of the input support 11, and the cutter 24 is arranged on the left shear plate 22 in a sliding mode along the length direction of the left shear plate 22;

the left shear plate 22 is provided with a driving shear wheel and a driven shear wheel which are respectively arranged near two ends of the left shear plate 22, and the driving shear wheel and the driven shear wheel are wound with a shear belt which is connected with a cutter 24;

the shearing motor 23 is arranged on the left shearing plate 22, and the power output end of the shearing motor 23 is in transmission connection with the driving shearing wheel; when the cutting motor 23 rotates, it can drive the cutting belt to move through the driving cutting wheel, so as to drive the cutter 24 to slide along the length direction of the left cutting plate 22, so that the cutter 24 can cut the gauze.

Preferably, the serging and cutting mechanism 2 further comprises a sewing machine A251, a sewing machine B252, a sewing motor A261 and a sewing motor B262; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the sewing machine A251 is arranged on the left shearing plate 22 in a sliding mode along the length direction of the left shearing plate 22, a driving sewing wheel A and a driven sewing wheel A are arranged on the left shearing plate 22 and respectively arranged close to two ends of the left shearing plate 22, a sewing belt A is wrapped on the driving sewing wheel A and the driven sewing wheel A, the sewing belt A is connected with the sewing machine A251, a sewing motor A261 is arranged on the left shearing plate 22, and the sewing motor A261 is in transmission connection with the driving sewing wheel A;

in the working process, when the cutter 24 cuts the gauze into two parts, the sewing machine a251 and the sewing machine B252 are driven by the sewing motor a261 and the sewing motor B262 to sew the ends of the gauze of the two parts, so as to realize the preparation of the overlock of the sponge mat and the next sponge mat set.

Preferably, the bottom of the pressing support 32 is provided with a pulley, and the pressing support 32 is arranged on the base 31 through the pulley in a sliding manner, so that the pressing support 32 is more convenient to move, and the gauze of the gauze can be more conveniently replaced by a worker.

Preferably, the pressing support 32 is provided with a traversing cylinder, one end of the traversing cylinder is connected with the pressing support 32, and the other end of the traversing cylinder is connected with other fixed objects, such as a wall surface or other devices fixed on the ground, so that when the traversing cylinder acts, it can drive the pressing support 32 to act, so as to realize the traversing of the pressing support 32.
