The existing portable clothes dryer needs to be hung on a wall or other places by a hook and can be used only by finding a proper hanging point, and when a user goes out for traveling, all hotels do not have the proper hanging points, so that the use is inconvenient; in addition, the existing clothes dryer without a hanging point needs to be supported by a hard fixed support and aired by a clothes hanger, and the problems of overlarge volume, overlarge weight and inconvenience in carrying after the clothes dryer is stored are solved; and the mutual connection between each side of the clothes dryer is more complicated, thereby causing the increase of the process difficulty and influencing the product quality.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems that a clothes dryer in the prior art is inconvenient to carry, a support frame is complex in manufacturing process and product quality is difficult to control, and provides a clothes dryer support, a manufacturing method of the clothes dryer support and a clothes dryer.

The invention provides a clothes dryer support which is an inflatable support and comprises at least three frame bodies, wherein the three frame bodies are connected into a whole to form an integrated frame body; the integrated frame body is provided with an air pumping and inflating interface which is used for pumping or inflating the air cavity and the air passage; the inflatable support is provided with a clothes airing part, the clothes airing part can be supported by the inflatable support after being inflated for airing clothes, and the inflatable support can be folded and stored after being exhausted.

The beneficial effects of the invention include: the foldable bracket which can be inflated and expanded and can be pumped is adopted to support the clothes, so that the weight and the volume of the clothes drying rack are reduced, and the clothes drying rack is convenient to carry; and the hanging clothes rack does not need to be hung, is convenient to use under the condition that a user can not find the hanging rod, and does not need to additionally carry a hanging clothes rack.

Furthermore, the clothes dryer support has few interfaces, the integrated air passages are communicated with each other, air leakage is not easy to occur, the finished product is uniform in pressure resistance and high in stability, and the cost is reduced due to the design of the integrated frame structure.

Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the clothes dryer bracket can reduce the manufacturing process difficulty, effectively reduce the number of interfaces of finished products and save the processing time and the manufacturing cost.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.

Non-limiting and non-exclusive embodiments will be described with reference to the following figures, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts, unless otherwise specified.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a clothes dryer, which includes an inflatable support 1, a clothes drying portion is disposed on the inflatable support 1, the inflatable support 1 can support the clothes drying portion to leave the ground for drying clothes after being inflated, and the clothes dryer can be folded and stored after being exhausted. When the clothes airing support is used, the inflatable support 1 is inflated, the inflatable support is propped open and supports the clothes airing part to leave the ground, the inflatable support 1 is placed on the ground, clothes can be directly unfolded and hung on the clothes airing part for drying (the clothes hanger is not used for hanging the clothes), a plurality of bulges can be arranged on the clothes airing part for increasing the friction force between the clothes and the clothes airing part, and the clothes are prevented from sliding towards the middle part and being stacked together when the clothes are aired in the clothes airing part to influence ventilation; the clothes airing portion can be a plurality of clotheslines 2, two ends of each clothesline 2 are fixed on the inflatable support 1, hole sites for fixing the clotheslines 2 are reserved on the inflatable support 1, clothes can be directly hung on the clotheslines 2 to be aired, the clotheslines 2 cannot influence the folding and storage of the device when the clothes are needed to be carried, meanwhile, the clotheslines 2 can reduce ventilation connectors on the inflatable support 1, and the process difficulty and the production cost are reduced.

The air pipe joint 9 arranged on the inflatable support 1 is used for being connected with an air pumping pump to inflate or pump air, and the inflatable support frame 1 can be folded and stored during storage, so that the air pipe joint is convenient to carry. The inflatable support is formed by connecting transverse struts (struts can also be called as air columns) and longitudinal struts in a longitudinal and transverse mode, and has a structure with a hollow accommodating space.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the clothes dryer further comprises a separation hood 4, wherein the separation hood 4 is used for forming clothes to be dried in a closed cavity, and the separation hood 4 can be integrally fixed on the inflatable bracket 1 or can be independently and integrally detachably mounted on the inflatable bracket 1; for example, the inflatable support 1 is accommodated in a cavity formed by the isolation cover 4, the isolation cover 4 can cover the whole inflatable support 1 to isolate the inflatable support from the outside, so that clothes are dried in a relatively closed space, and the drying efficiency is improved, or the isolation cover 4 is positioned inside the inflatable support 1. The clothes dryer further comprises an air inflation and drying integrated device 11, and an air pumping pump and a heating and drying device are integrally installed in the air inflation and drying integrated device 11. The integrated air-drying device 11 is detachably mounted on the isolation cover 4 through the connecting assembly 7, after mounting, the air inlet 8 in the isolation cover 4 can be in butt joint with a hot air outlet of a heating and drying device in the integrated air-drying device 11, and the air is ventilated into a cavity formed by the isolation cover 4 through the air inlet 8 so as to accelerate the evaporation of moisture in clothes. In the above embodiment 1, the solution shown in fig. 1 needs to be additionally provided with a transverse support bar, otherwise, the inflatable support 1 itself is difficult to form a stable support structure; in addition, the inflatable support 1 is formed by splicing a plurality of inflatable support tubes (namely, the longitudinal support rods and the transverse support rods), and the spliced parts are difficult to process and easy to damage.

The scheme shown in fig. 4 can play a transverse supporting role for the inflatable support frame 1 due to the inflatable cross rod 14, and a transverse supporting rod can be omitted, but the technical problems that the splicing part of the inflatable support frame 1 is difficult to process and easy to damage also exist, and due to the addition of the inflatable cross rod, the splicing part is more, and the problem is more prominent.

The present embodiment is proposed to solve these problems.

According to the manufacturing method of the clothes dryer support, the frame body blank with the integrated air passage is manufactured by bonding or hot pressing two raw materials and the like, the inflatable support can be obtained by connecting the two raw materials end to end, the process difficulty is reduced, compared with embodiment 1, two support rods do not need to be connected independently, the number of interfaces is reduced, the time and the material cost are saved, and the support stability after inflation is good.
