In the above embodiments, the damping ring 22 and the damping belt may be made of rubber material, or may be made of plastic material, which is not limited herein.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, a non-return portion 4 is further disposed inside the housing 1, and the non-return portion 4 is used for limiting the support portion 3 to rotate in the opposite direction, so as to prevent the support portion 3 from rotating in the opposite direction when the external wind force generates turbulence, and further prevent the flexible indicator tape 52 from moving smoothly into the housing 1.

Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the non-return portion 4 includes a gear 43, a non-return claw 41 and an elastic body 42, the gear 43 is fixedly disposed on an outer wall of the supporting portion 3, the non-return claw 41 is hinged to an inner wall of the housing 1, one end of the elastic body 42 is connected to the inner wall of the housing 1, and the other end of the elastic body 42 is connected to the non-return claw 41, and the elastic body 42 is configured to provide an elastic supporting force for the non-return claw 41 so as to drive one end of the non-return claw 41 away from the inner wall of the housing 1 to be embedded between two adjacent sets of teeth of the gear 43.

When strong wind pushes the blade 62 to rotate, the supporting part 3 can be driven to rotate, and then the gear 43 is driven to rotate, the non-return claw 41 slides along the side wall of the gear 43, when air turbulence occurs outside, the non-return effect of the non-return claw 41 can limit the reverse rotation of the gear 43, and then the reverse rotation of the supporting part 3 is limited, so that the flexible indicating band 52 can be smoothly moved to the inside of the shell 1.
