a worm wheel 401 is arranged on one side surface, away from the second crushing roller 4, of the second gear 402, a transmission rod 6 is arranged on the worm wheel 401 in a rotating mode, a worm 601 meshed with the worm wheel 401 is arranged at one end of the transmission rod 6, the worm 601 is connected with the worm wheel 401 in a rotating mode, a first conical gear 602 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the transmission rod 6, a straw shifting wheel 7 is arranged on the first conical gear 602 in a rotating mode, and a second conical gear 701 connected with the first conical gear 602 in a rotating mode is arranged on the straw shifting wheel 7;

a thumb wheel protection arm 104 is arranged on one side surface of the crushing box 1 far away from the agricultural tractor 2, and the transmission rod 6 is rotatably arranged inside the thumb wheel protection arm 104;

after the bottom of the corn is cut, the whole straw wall of the corn is tilted backwards, and then the whole straw wall is rolled by the straw dial wheel 7 on the dial wheel protection arm 104, namely, the straw dial wheel 7 is driven by the first belt pulley 301 to dial the corn straws into the straw crushing bin 103;

a plurality of first crushing teeth 303 which are centrosymmetric are arranged on the outer side surface of the first crushing roller 3, a plurality of second crushing teeth 403 which are centrosymmetric are arranged on the outer side surface of the second crushing roller 4, and the first crushing teeth 303 and the second crushing teeth 403 are arranged in a staggered manner;

the first crushing roller 3 and the second crushing roller 4 are arranged in the straw crushing bin 103, and the first crushing teeth 303 on the first crushing roller 3 and the second crushing teeth 403 on the second crushing roller 4 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the corn straws can be rolled between the first crushing roller 3 and the second crushing roller 4 and crushed;

a waste material port 15 is formed at one end of the straw discharge cylinder 14, which is far away from the straw cutting bin 105, the waste material port 15 is formed at the lower side surface of the straw discharge cylinder 14, and the straw discharge cylinder 14 is arranged at the bottom of the agricultural tractor 2;

further, the straw crushing bin 103 is communicated with the straw discharge cylinder 14, and the crushed corn straws can be discharged into the straw discharge cylinder 14 along the straw crushing bin 103 and discharged to the bottom of the agricultural tractor 2 from the inside of the straw discharge cylinder 14, so that the damage of fine dust to a human body is reduced, and the operation safety is improved;

the straw cutting bin 105 is internally provided with a transmission block 22 in a sliding manner, the transmission block 22 is internally provided with a special-shaped gear 8 in a rotating manner, one end of the special-shaped gear 8 is fixedly provided with a second belt pulley 801, the second belt pulley 801 is arranged on the outer side surface of the crushing box 1, the upper side surface of the transmission block 22 is fixedly provided with a straw cleaning piece 12, the straw cleaning piece 12 penetrates through the straw discharging cylinder 14 and extends into the straw discharging cylinder 14, a cutting knife 13 is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the transmission block 22 close to the straw cleaning piece 12, and the cutting knife 13 is of a V-shaped structure;

furthermore, a transmission block 22 is arranged inside the straw cutting bin 105, a special-shaped gear 8 is rotatably arranged inside the transmission block 22, the first belt pulley 301 drives the second gear 402 to rotate in the rotating process, the second gear 402 drives the auxiliary belt pulley 501 to rotate, and the auxiliary belt pulley 501 drives the special-shaped gear 8 to rotate through a belt, so that extra power is not needed to be used, resource saving is facilitated, the environment-friendly performance of the lifting device is improved, the special-shaped gear 8 is of a special-shaped structure, the circular reciprocating motion of the transmission block 22 can be driven in the rotating process of the special-shaped gear 8, the cutting knife 13 can be pushed forwards when the transmission block 22 reciprocates, the bottom of corn straws can be conveniently pushed and cut, the harvesting efficiency is improved, on the other hand, in the moving process of the transmission block 22, the straw cleaning piece 12 above the transmission block 22 can push the straws inside the straw discharging cylinder 14 to the waste material port 15 on the straw discharging cylinder 14, the crushed straws are discharged to the outside of the crushing box 1 through the waste material port 15, so that the transmission block 22 also has the function of cleaning the straw discharge cylinder 14, the straw discharge cylinder 14 is prevented from being blocked, manual cleaning is not needed, the operation efficiency is greatly improved, and the discharged straws can be stacked together, so that later-stage collection and arrangement are facilitated;

a tractor driving wheel 201 on the agricultural tractor 2 is rotationally connected with a first belt pulley 301 through a belt, an auxiliary gear 5 is rotationally connected on a worm wheel 401, and an auxiliary belt pulley 501 on the auxiliary gear 5 is rotationally connected with a special-shaped gear 8 through a belt;

the tractor driving wheel 201 on the agricultural tractor 2 is adopted to directly drive the whole crushing box 1 to operate without using extra power, thereby being beneficial to saving resources and economic cost.

A filter screen 18 is fixedly arranged between the corn collecting bin 102 and the straw crushing bin 103, the filter screen 18 is a mesh screen woven by iron wires, and the aperture of the mesh screen is smaller than the diameter of the corn;

a visible window 19 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the crushing box 1, a collecting bin top cover 11 is rotatably arranged on the visible window 19, and a first fan 16 is fixedly arranged inside the visible window 19;

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the straw discharging cylinder 14 is communicated with the straw crushing bin 103, a cutting knife protection arm 21 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the crushing box 1, the cutting knife 13 is arranged in the middle of the cutting knife protection arm 21, a second fan 17 is fixedly arranged above the cutting knife protection arm 21, and the second fan 17 is communicated with the straw discharging cylinder 14;

the inside of a straw discharge cylinder 14 can be directly arranged into after smashing the straw after smashing in straw smashing storehouse 103 to arrange the outside of smashing case 1 through a straw discharge cylinder 14, cutting knife protection arm 21 can carry out effectual protection to cutting knife 13, prevent that cutting knife 13 from appearing suddenly and causing the cut injury to the staff, promote the security of use, second fan 17 can arrange a material 14 discharge through the straw with the straw after smashing, avoid the straw to arrange a material 14 to the straw as far as and cause the jam, promote the efficiency of operation.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the working method of the agricultural tractor-driven corn stalk crushing device provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:

step two: the straws are poured onto the crushing box 1, the corns on the straws are threshed under the stirring of the threshing roller 9, slide into the corn collecting bin 102 through the threshing bin 101, the corn state is observed through the visible window 19 on the crushing box 1, and when the corn collecting bin 102 is full of the corns, the corns can be discharged through the corn discharging hole 20 at the bottom of the corn collecting bin 102;

step three: when the corn is threshed in the threshing bin 101, the crushed straws can fall into the straw crushing bin 103 through the filter screen 18, and meanwhile, after the corn is cut, the rest straws can be rolled into the straw crushing bin 103 by the straw thumb wheel 7 in the thumb wheel protection arm 104;

step four: after the straw is brought into the inside of straw crushing storehouse 103, smash by the first tooth 303 of smashing and the second tooth 403 of smashing that sets up crisscross each other, the straw after smashing slides into the inside of straw material discharge cylinder 14 through straw crushing storehouse 103, when the transmission block 22 is when the shrink, straw clearance spare 12 on the transmission block 22 can be released the inside accumulational straw of straw material discharge cylinder 14 from waste gate 15, arrange the straw after smashing to the 2 bottoms of farm tractor.
