The easily disintegrable and absorbable selenium and vitamin supplement of claim 3, wherein the film-coated tablet of the nutrient supplement contains 60 to 70 μ g of selenium as an active ingredient per 0.6g of tablet weight, 75 to 85mg of total amount of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate and starch sodium octenylsuccinate, and 95 to 105mg of vitamin C.

5. The method of preparing a readily disintegrating and absorbable selenium and vitamin supplement nutritional supplement of any one of claims 1-4, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing vitamin C, selenium-enriched yeast, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, sodium starch octenyl succinate, sorbitol and microcrystalline cellulose at 160rpm of 120-;

(2) adding magnesium stearate into the primary mixed powder, and continuously mixing for 5-8min at the speed of 120-;

(3) and (3) tabletting the total mixed powder to obtain plain tablets, uniformly spraying the film coating liquid on the plain tablets, and uniformly mixing to obtain the film coated tablets of the nutrient supplement.

Background

The human body needs various trace elements and vitamins to maintain physiological functions, for example, selenium is a component of erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase, and has a main function of participating in enzyme synthesis and protecting the structure and function of cell membranes from excessive oxidation and interference. Vitamin E can protect unsaturated fatty acids constituting biomembrane lipid from oxidation, protect integrity of lipid membrane, and participate in maintaining normal reproductive function of animals. Vitamin C is used in the human body to relieve the oxidative stress of ascorbate peroxidase. Selenium, vitamin C, etc. cannot be synthesized in the human body and must be taken in through food, medicine, etc.

Selenium-enriched yeast is added with selenium element in the process of culturing yeast, and the selenium is absorbed and utilized during the growth of the yeast, so that the selenium is organically combined with protein and polysaccharide in the yeast body and converted into biological selenium, thereby eliminating the toxic and side reaction and gastrointestinal stimulation of chemical selenium (such as sodium selenite) to a human body, and enabling the selenium to be more efficiently and safely absorbed and utilized by the human body, so that the application of the selenium-enriched yeast is more and more increased in recent years. At present, most of the nutritional supplements for supplementing selenium and various vitamins are tablets, and the preparation process thereof does not fully consider the activity of selenium-enriched yeast and the comprehensive absorption rate among various active ingredients, so that the active ingredients contained in the nutritional supplements cannot be fully absorbed and utilized by human bodies.

Preferably, the nutrient supplement capable of easily disintegrating and absorbing and supplementing selenium and vitamins is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5.5 parts of selenium-enriched yeast, 20 parts of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, 20 parts of octenyl succinic acid starch sodium, 16.67 parts of vitamin C, 18.67 parts of sorbitol, 16.67 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 0.5 part of magnesium stearate.

Preferably, the nutrient supplement is in the form of a film-coated tablet.

Preferably, the film-coated tablet of the nutrient supplement contains 60-70 μ g of selenium as an active ingredient per 0.6g of tablet weight, 75-85mg of total amount of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate and starch sodium octenyl succinate, and 95-105mg of vitamin C.

The method comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing vitamin C, selenium-enriched yeast, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, sodium starch octenyl succinate, sorbitol and microcrystalline cellulose at 160rpm of 120-;

(2) adding magnesium stearate into the primary mixed powder, and continuously mixing for 5-8min at the speed of 120-;

(3) and (3) tabletting the total mixed powder to obtain plain tablets, uniformly spraying the film coating liquid on the plain tablets, and uniformly mixing to obtain the film coated tablets of the nutrient supplement.

The nutrient supplement which is easy to disintegrate and absorb and can supplement selenium and vitamins and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the specification of 0.6 g/tablet; the suitable crowd is an adult who needs to supplement selenium, vitamin E and vitamin C; the edible amount and the edible method of the product are as follows: 1 tablet for 1 time every day, and is taken with warm boiled water or with meal.

The beneficial effects of the invention include but are not limited to:

The film coating plays a role in preventing moisture, light and air after the selenium-enriched yeast tablet is prepared, the shelf life of the nutrient supplement is prolonged, the hardness and the hygroscopicity of the film coated tablet are further reasonably designed, the required transportation performance is met, the absorption position and the absorption speed of the nutrient supplement can be controlled, and the selenium-enriched yeast can fully exert the activity under the cooperation of sorbitol and other components.

The specific dosage of the microcrystalline cellulose ensures the disintegration time of the film coated tablet and prevents the phenomenon of loose tablets; the reasonable addition of the sorbitol ensures that the water content of the total mixed material is moderate, the viscosity is improved, and the sticking phenomenon caused by overhigh humidity is avoided; the specific dosage of magnesium stearate avoids the phenomenon of sticking caused by overhigh humidity of the total mixed material due to excessive moisture absorption of sorbitol, and also promotes the disintegration time of the film-coated tablets.

The scope of the invention is limited only by the claims. It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various other modifications and substitutions can be made to the described embodiments of the invention within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims and still achieve the same technical result and achieve the final technical object of the invention.

Unless otherwise specified, each raw material is commercially available in this specification.

Example 1:

The method of making the nutrient supplement provided in example 1 includes the steps of:

(1) mixing the vitamin C, the selenium-enriched yeast, the DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, the sodium starch octenyl succinate, the sorbitol and the microcrystalline cellulose in parts by weight at 120rpm for 5min to prepare primary mixed powder;

(2) adding magnesium stearate into the primary mixed powder, and continuously mixing at 130rpm for 5min to obtain total mixed powder;

(3) tabletting the total mixed powder to obtain plain tablets;

(4) weighing 2 parts of film coating pre-mixed powder to prepare film coating liquid, uniformly spraying the film coating liquid on plain tablets, and uniformly mixing to obtain the film coated tablet of the nutrient supplement, wherein the tablet weight is 6 g.

The film coated premix powders used in examples 1-4 were purchased from Beijing Engramme pharmaceutical company.

Example 2:

the nutrient supplement capable of easily disintegrating and absorbing and supplementing selenium and vitamins provided by the embodiment has the following formula in percentage by weight:

4 parts of selenium-enriched yeast, 22 parts of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, 18 parts of octenyl succinic acid starch sodium, 18 parts of vitamin C, 20 parts of sorbitol, 15 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.6 part of magnesium stearate and 2.2 parts of film-coated premixed powder.

Example 3:

the nutrient supplement capable of easily disintegrating and absorbing and supplementing selenium and vitamins provided by the embodiment has the following formula in percentage by weight:

6 parts of selenium-enriched yeast, 18 parts of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, 22 parts of octenyl succinic acid starch sodium, 15 parts of vitamin C, 17 parts of sorbitol, 18 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.3 part of magnesium stearate and 1.5 parts of film-coated premixed powder.

Example 4:

the nutrient supplement capable of easily disintegrating and absorbing and supplementing selenium and vitamins provided by the embodiment has the following formula in percentage by weight:

4.5 parts of selenium-enriched yeast, 19 parts of DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, 21 parts of octenyl succinic acid starch sodium, 16 parts of vitamin C, 18 parts of sorbitol, 17 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.4 part of magnesium stearate and 1.5 parts of film-coated premixed powder.

The preparation method of the nutrient supplement for supplementing selenium and vitamins, which is easy to disintegrate and absorb and provided by the examples 2 to 4, is the same as the preparation method of the example 1, and mainly changes the dosage of the film coating premixed powder.

The disintegration times of the nutrient supplements prepared in examples 1-4 were examined and the results are shown in Table 1 below.
