Many vehicles include a grille mounted at the front end of the vehicle, which is an important component of the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle and also serves to identify the brand of the vehicle, and many vehicle signs are provided on the grille, among other things, the grille plays a most important role in dissipating heat and reducing air resistance during travel of the vehicle.

The front air grille of the vehicle is positioned between a front bumper and a front cross beam of a vehicle body, and a large number of main parts such as an engine, an electric motor and the like are arranged behind the grille, so that during the running process of the vehicle, the grille can allow airflow to enter the engine or a motor compartment of the vehicle to cool various vehicle parts such as a radiator, the engine and/or the electric motor and the like, and can also cool various liquids participating in the internal work of the vehicle such as a coolant, a lubricant and/or a refrigerant and the like when necessary, so as to ensure that the temperature of each part of the running vehicle is not too high to influence the running performance of the running vehicle. Further, while airflow through the forward air grille into the engine compartment may be desirable under certain operating conditions, it may also increase the air resistance of the vehicle, reducing fuel efficiency, and thus under predetermined operating conditions, the grille shutter assembly may provide for selectively blocking airflow into the engine compartment, reducing air resistance to the vehicle, and improving fuel efficiency.

To some extent, automobiles are classified into a low-profile type or a high-profile type, and for the high-profile type, there may be some additional functions compared with the low-profile type, such as introduction of an automobile radar and a panoramic camera, wherein the panoramic camera is used as a part of a structure of an active safety system of the automobile, and a main purpose of the panoramic camera is to display an environment around the automobile. When the air intake grille assembles before the panoramic camera, the air intake grille needs to increase the characteristic that covers the camera, fixed camera and avoid the camera to expose and influence the outward appearance, consequently, to the motorcycle type of high configuration, need set up corresponding hole on its air intake grille that advances to be used for installing the panoramic camera, and to the car of some low configurations, then need not carry out the trompil in the front on the air intake grille. However, the method still adds a punching tool, which leads to increase of tool investment cost of the project, and additionally adds a punching process, which increases the production cost of the air inlet grille part with a hole state, and finally, because the grille has a high appearance requirement of the light surface, when punching the middle hole, the punching tool needs to press the material, which can cause a pressure damage defect to the appearance surface.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides an automobile air grille structure and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that in the related art, at least two sets of dies are required to be developed when the air grille structure with high and low configuration is produced, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the manufacturing period is long, and the quality is unstable.

In a first aspect, there is provided a vehicle front grille structure comprising:

the air inlet grille body is provided with a mounting hole;

the blanking cover unit is arranged in the mounting hole and comprises a blanking cover body, at least one first connecting piece is arranged on the edge of the blanking cover body along the circumferential direction of the blanking cover body and used for being connected with the blanking cover body and the front air inlet grille body, and the first connecting piece is used for being disconnected with the front air inlet grille body and used for being disconnected with the front air inlet grille body under the action of external force of overturning force.

In some embodiments, at least two second connecting members are disposed at an edge of the blocking cover body along a circumferential direction of the blocking cover body, the second connecting members are used for connecting the blocking cover body and the front air inlet grille body, a length and a thickness of each second connecting member are not changed, a width of each second connecting member is gradually reduced along a direction away from the blocking cover body, and when the first connecting member is disconnected from the front air inlet grille body, one end of each second connecting member, which is close to the front air inlet grille body, is used for being disconnected from the front air inlet grille body under an external force action of the overturning force.

In some embodiments, at least two second connecting members are disposed at an edge of the blocking cover body along a circumferential direction of the blocking cover body, the second connecting members are used for connecting the blocking cover body and the front air inlet grille body, a portion of the second connecting members has constant length and thickness, the width of the second connecting members gradually decreases along a direction away from the blocking cover body, the remaining portion of the second connecting members has constant length and width, the thickness of the second connecting members gradually decreases along a direction away from the blocking cover body, and when the first connecting members are disconnected from the front air inlet grille body, one ends of the second connecting members, which are close to the front air inlet grille body, are used for being disconnected from the front air inlet grille body under an external force of the overturning force.

In some embodiments, the number of the second connecting members is not less than 4, and an included angle between at least two adjacent groups of the second connecting members is an acute angle, and the included angle ranges from 45 ° to 72 °.

In some embodiments, each of the second connectors has a different shape from the second connectors adjacent to both sides.

In some embodiments, the width of the second connecting member gradually decreases in a direction away from the blanking cover body, separating grooves are formed in both sides of one end, away from the air inlet surface of the front grille body, of the second connecting member, and one end, close to the mounting hole, of the second connecting member is in a T shape.

Since the front grille structure of the automobile needs to be adapted to both a high-configuration automobile and a low-configuration automobile, the front grille structure of the automobile must meet the requirements of the automobile in both high and low configurations, that is, when the front grille structure of the automobile is adapted to the low-configuration automobile, the blanking cover body 20 needs to have sufficient connection strength with the front grille body 1. Therefore, referring to fig. 3, further, the edge of the closure body 20 is provided with at least two second connecting members 202 arranged at intervals along the circumference thereof, the second connecting members 202 are the same as the first connecting members 201, which is also used to connect the blanking cap body 20 and the front grille body 1, but differs in that, when the automobile with high configuration is adapted, the second connecting pieces 202 can be separated from the mounting holes 10 under the action of external force, and based on this, the length and thickness of each second connecting piece 202 are constant, and the width dimension is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the blanking cover body 20, when the first connecting pieces 201 are disconnected from the front grille body 1, all the second connecting pieces 202 close to one end of the front grille body 1 are used for being disconnected from the front grille body 1 under the action of the external force of the overturning force.

The thickness direction of the second connecting piece 202 is parallel to the air inlet direction, so that the length and thickness of the second connecting piece 202 are kept unchanged, the width is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the blanking cover body 20, the vertical surface perpendicular to the air inlet is ensured to have an area as small as possible, the wind resistance borne by the second connecting piece is reduced, the connection stability when the automobile with low configuration is matched is ensured, and in addition, the size of the thickness direction parallel to the air inlet direction is unchanged, the connection strength of the automobile with low configuration is ensured, and the requirement of being matched with the automobile with low configuration is met. When the plug is adapted to a highly configured automobile, the first connecting piece 201 is disconnected by using a tool, and then the plug body 20 is turned over by using a hand, so that the second connecting piece 202 can be disconnected from the front air grille body 1. Further, as shown in fig. 4, at least two second connecting members 202 arranged at intervals are arranged along the circumferential direction of the edge of the blanking cover body 20, the second connecting members 202 are used for connecting the blanking cover body 20 and the front air grille body 1, the length and the thickness of a part of the second connecting members 202 are not changed, the width of the part of the second connecting members is gradually reduced along the direction away from the blanking cover body 20, the length and the width of the remaining part of the second connecting members 202 are not changed, the thickness of the part of the second connecting members is gradually reduced along the direction away from the blanking cover body 20, and when the first connecting members 201 are disconnected from the front air grille body 1, one ends of all the second connecting members 202 close to the front air grille body 1 are used for being disconnected from the front air grille body 1 under the external force of the turning force.

Further, from the perspective of structural design, each of the second connection members 202 has a different shape from the second connection members 202 adjacent to both sides. In addition, the reason why the second connecting member 202 has a shape other than the T-shape at its end close to the mounting hole 10 and has the same function is that the second connecting member 202 having another shape does not have a separate groove because the size itself in the thickness direction of the blanking cover body 20 is already small, and thus the separate groove can be formed only on both sides in the width direction, but this exposes the separate groove to the outside and affects the appearance of the entire grille body 1, and therefore, the improvement of the second connecting member 202 having the corresponding shape is abandoned.
