The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments and drawings, it being noted that the described embodiments are only intended to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, and do not limit it in any way.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, the packaging machine for placing cigarettes into a formed cigarette case provided by the embodiment includes a frame 1, an annular rail 3, a cigarette case supply device, a cigarette supply device and a cigarette boxing device; the annular track 3 and the cigarette feeding device are arranged on the rack 1, the cigarette packing-in device is arranged on the rack 1 or the annular track 3, the cigarette case feeding device is arranged above the annular track 3, the cigarette feeding device is arranged above the cigarette packing-in device, the annular track 3 comprises a cigarette case mold box 2 and a cover lifting device, the cigarette case mold box 2 is arranged on the annular track 3, the cover lifting device is arranged around the annular track 3, and the cigarette packing-in device sucks cigarettes 42 through the sucking discs 19 and then puts the cigarettes into the cigarette case mold box 2. This scheme can be from last form down through the negative pressure with arranging cigarette 42 and push down the mode and put into cigarette case 10 to can pass through visual inspection after each layer of cigarette 42 is put, whether cigarette 42 quantity and arrangement order and position meet the requirements, simultaneously, all have corresponding visual inspection after uncapping and closing the lid, whether meet the requirements, can reject that not meet the requirements, in order to reach higher qualification rate.

Referring to fig. 3, the cigarette supply device comprises a lower cigarette rotating roller 8, a cigarette basket 9, a cigarette separating block 34 and a mounting frame V35, the cigarette basket 9 is mounted on the mounting frame V35, the lower cigarette rotating roller 8 is arranged below the cigarette basket 9, the lower cigarette rotating roller 8 is connected with the cigarette separating block 34, and the lower cigarette rotating roller 8 is driven by a gear and a rack to rotate positively and negatively. The cigarette separating block 34 is arranged on the mounting frame V35 through pins and screws. As an example of 3 layers of cigarettes 42, the cigarette dropping mechanism is divided into 3 cigarette dropping channels which are 7, 6 and 7 in sequence, a place for installing the cigarette basket 9 is arranged between every two cigarettes, corresponding to the cigarettes 42 with one taste, and the cigarette dropping rotating roller 8 is always in forward and reverse rotation in the operation process of the device so as to ensure that the cigarettes 42 can smoothly fall into the cigarette pushing disc 37.

Referring to fig. 4, the cigarette boxing device comprises a linear motor 22, a cigarette pushing disc 37 and a suction disc 19, wherein the linear motor 22 is installed on the rack 1 through bolts, the linear motor 22 can drive the cigarette pushing disc 37 to reciprocate to push the cigarettes 42 which are orderly stacked to the lower side of the suction disc 19, and the suction disc 19 is arranged on a suction disc driving assembly and can reciprocate up and down after absorbing the cigarettes 42. The sucking disc 19 is provided with an air inlet for communicating negative pressure with certain pressure, and the sucking disc 19 is provided with an arc groove; the front end and the rear end of the cigarette pushing plate 37 are provided with bosses to form a cigarette placing plate. Specifically, the cigarette boxing device further comprises a mounting block II 36, a cigarette closing clamp 40, a stop block 41 and a connecting block III 43, the mounting block II 36 is used for fixing the linear motor 22, the stop block 41 is arranged below the cigarette separating block 34 and used for limiting the position of a cigarette 42, the cigarette closing clamp 40 is located between the suction disc 19 and the annular rail 3, and the inner side of the cigarette closing clamp 40 is provided with a taper.

Referring to fig. 4, the suction cup driving assembly comprises a connecting block I18, a connecting block II 20, an installation block III 38, an installation block I21 and a linear guide rail 39, the installation block III 38 is installed on the rack 1 through bolts, the installation block III 38 is connected with the linear guide rail 39, the linear guide rail 39 is connected with the installation block I21, the installation block I21 is connected with the connecting block I18, the connecting block I18 is connected with the connecting block II 20, and a suction cup 19 is arranged on the connecting block II 20. The connecting block I18, the sucking disc 19 and the connecting block II 20 are of an integrated fixed structure and can move up and down on the linear guide rail 39 under the driving of the motor, and the cigarette 42 which is stably sucked by the sucking disc 19 is pressed down into the cigarette case 10 on the corresponding station. A motor for driving the suction cup 19 to move is arranged on the frame 1.

According to the number of the cigarette 42, one suction cup 19, two suction cups 19 or three suction cups 19 can be arranged, when the cigarette 42 is used for packaging three layers, in order to prevent the 6 cigarettes 42 on the second layer from shifting when the cigarette 42 is moved from the station to the next station, a follow-up mechanism is required to be arranged. The packaging machine comprises three suction cups 19 and a follower mechanism, which is arranged behind the suction cups 19, as shown in fig. 5, and presses the second layer of cigarettes 42 and moves to the next station with the cigarette case mold 2 after the middle suction cup 19 puts 6 cigarettes 42 into the corresponding cigarette case 10. The follow-up mechanism includes mounting bracket IV 26, dog 27, slide rail 28, pressure spring 29, follow-up block 30, swing cylinder 31, swing arm 32 and extension spring 33, mounting bracket IV 26 and dog 27 pass through on the frame 1 at bolt installation sucking disc 19 rear, the slide rail 28 lower extreme is installed on mounting bracket IV 26, follow-up block 30 is connected to slide rail 28 upper end, follow-up block 30 and pressure spring 29 flexonics, swing cylinder 31 base passes through bolted connection in slide rail 28 upper end, swing arm 32 is connected to swing cylinder 31 head, extension spring 33 one end is connected in frame 1, one end is connected on follow-up block 30. The follow-up device drives the swing arm 32 to move downwards to press the cigarette 42 after the second layer of cigarettes 42 is placed in the cigarette case 10, the pressure spring 29, the follow-up block 30, the swing cylinder 31 and the swing arm 32 move from the second station to the third station along with the cigarette case 10, after the third station is reached, the swing cylinder 31 reversely drives the swing arm 32 to move to separate from the second layer of cigarettes 42, and then the pressure spring 29, the follow-up block 30, the swing cylinder 31 and the swing arm 32 are reset under the tension of the tension spring 33.

Referring to fig. 2, the circular rail 3 further comprises a box cover anti-drop steel wire 4, a cover lifting steel wire 5, a paper lining lifting steel wire 7, a circular rail driving motor 6 and a positioning device 23, the circular rail 3 is installed on the rack 1 through bolts, the cigarette case mold boxes 2 are installed on the circular rail 3 through bolts, the box cover anti-drop steel wire 4, the cover lifting steel wire 5 and the paper lining lifting steel wire 7 are welded on the circular rail 3, and the positioning device 23 is provided with a sensor for positioning the cigarette case 10 to reach an accurate position.

Referring to fig. 6, the cigarette pack supplying apparatus includes a cigarette pack bin 13 for storing the cigarette packs 10, a cigarette pack pushing cylinder 11, and a mounting frame iii 25, the cigarette pack pushing cylinder 11 is mounted on the mounting frame iii 25, a pushing head of the cigarette pack pushing cylinder 11 is aligned with the cigarette pack 10 at the bottom of the cigarette pack bin 13 for pushing the cigarette pack 10 into the cigarette pack mold 2, and when the bottommost cigarette pack is pushed out, the next cigarette pack 10 automatically falls.

Referring to fig. 7, cigarette case discharging device is including covering cigarette case cylinder 12, rejecting cylinder 24, pushing away finished product cylinder 15, finished product cigarette case transfer rail 14, mounting bracket I16 and mounting bracket II 17, and covering cigarette case cylinder 12 sets up on mounting bracket I16, pushes away finished product cylinder 15 and sets up on mounting bracket II 17, and mounting bracket I16 and mounting bracket II 17 pass through the bolt and install on circular orbit 3, and rejecting cylinder 24 installs in frame 1, and finished product cigarette case transfer rail 14 installs on the support. The cigarette 42 is put into the cigarette case and then the cigarette case 10 is closed through the cigarette case covering cylinder 12, the finished product pushing cylinder 15 can push the cigarette case 10 into the finished product cigarette case conveying track 14, and the rejecting cylinder 24 can push out the cigarette case 10 which is detected by the visual detection device to have cigarette defects or cigarette case defects.

Taking three layers of cigarettes as an example, the packaging machine of the invention sequentially puts cigarettes 42 into a cigarette case 10 in three times, wherein suction cups 19 are divided into three parts, namely a left part, a middle part and a right part, each suction cup 19 is provided with an air inlet for communicating negative pressure with certain pressure, the left suction cup 19 is provided with 7 arc grooves for adsorbing 7 cigarettes 42, the middle suction cup 19 is provided with 6 grooves for adsorbing 6 cigarettes 42, the right suction cup 19 is provided with 7 grooves for adsorbing 7 cigarettes 42, each groove of each suction cup 19 is provided with two holes with the diameter of 2.5mm, the three suction cups 19 drive a connecting block IV 44, a connecting block I18 and a connecting block II 20 to move downwards through a motor, the cigarettes 42 are put into the cigarette case 10, and every two suction cups 19 are staggered by 7mm at the upper and lower spatial positions, so that each layer of cigarettes 42 is staggered. The linear motors 22 are arranged on the rack 1 through mounting blocks, cigarette pushing discs 37 are arranged on sliding tables of the three linear motors 22, bosses with the diameter of 5mm are arranged from the front end 86mm to the rear end 48mm of each cigarette pushing disc 37 and are used for axially positioning the cigarettes 42 and preventing the cigarettes 42 from being taken out when the cigarette pushing discs 37 retreat, the 3 linear motors 22 independently move, the linear motors 22 drive the cigarette pushing discs 37 to push the cigarettes 42 on the cigarette pushing discs 37 to move forwards, the inner sides of cigarette folding clamps 40 with certain taper degrees are arranged, gaps among the cigarettes 42 are eliminated, so that the cigarettes 42 can be sucked by the cigarette sucking discs 19 and the cigarettes 42 can be pressed downwards into corresponding cigarette cases 10, under the condition that the current station detects that the cigarettes 42 or the cigarette cases 10 do not meet the requirements, the rear linear motors 22 do not act, and the visual detection device can record good damage and reject the cigarette cases at a cigarette case rejection station.

Preferably, visual detection devices are arranged above the cigarette case 10 after the cigarette case cover is opened, the side surface of each suction cup 19 and the station after the cigarette case cover is closed, and each visual detection device comprises a camera and a light source. The visual inspection device can be used for detecting whether the lining paper is damaged or opened to a preset position, detecting whether the number and the placing position of the cigarettes 42 are correct or detecting whether the appearance of the finished cigarettes meets the requirement; cigarette packets 10 with cigarette defects or packet defects are rejected at a rejection station.

The present embodiment also provides a method for packing cigarettes in a shaped box for three layers of cigarettes 42, comprising the following steps: placing the formed cigarette case 10 in the cigarette case mold box 2, and opening the cigarette case cover by a cover lifting device in the conveying process; when the opened formed cigarette case 10 is conveyed to the lower part of the cigarette supply device, the negative pressure sucker 19 sucks the first layer of cigarettes 42 and presses the cigarettes down into the formed cigarette case 10; then the formed cigarette case 10 is conveyed to the next station, the negative pressure sucker 19 sucks the second layer of cigarettes 42 and presses the cigarettes down into the formed cigarette case 10; after the second layer of cigarettes 42 is placed, the second layer of cigarettes 42 is pressed through the follow-up mechanism, the formed cigarette case 10 is conveyed to the next station, the negative pressure sucker 19 sucks the third layer of cigarettes 42, the third layer of cigarettes 42 is pressed downwards into the formed cigarette case 10, and the cigarettes 42 are put into the case after the case is covered;

or for packaging a double-layer cigarette, comprising the following steps: placing the formed cigarette case 10 in the cigarette case mold box 2, and opening the cigarette case cover by a cover lifting device in the conveying process; when the opened formed cigarette case 10 is conveyed to the lower part of the cigarette supply device, the negative pressure sucker 19 sucks the first layer of cigarettes 42 and presses the cigarettes down into the formed cigarette case 10; then the formed cigarette case 10 is conveyed to the next station, the negative pressure sucker 19 sucks the second layer of cigarettes 42 and presses the cigarettes down into the formed cigarette case 10; the cigarettes 42 are put into the box after the box is covered.

Specifically, the cigarette case supplying device automatically feeds the formed cigarette case 10 into the cigarette case mold box 2 arranged on the circular rail 3, the cigarette case mold box 2 is used for clamping the cigarette case 10 tightly to prevent dropping, when the formed cigarette case 10 moves to the circular arc of the circular rail 3, most of the case cover can be automatically opened under the action of the self gravity of the case cover and is kept on the steel wire 4 of the case cover, and the case cover and the lining paper are opened to a set position under the action of the cover lifting steel wire 5 and the lining paper lifting steel wire 7. The follow-up device drives the swing arm 32 to move downwards to press the cigarette 42 after the second layer of cigarettes 42 is placed in the cigarette case 10, the pressure spring 29, the follow-up block 30, the swing cylinder 31 and the swing arm 32 move from the second station to the third station along with the cigarette case 10, after the third station is reached, the swing cylinder 31 reversely drives the swing arm 32 to move to separate from the second layer of cigarettes 42, and then the pressure spring 29, the follow-up block 30, the swing cylinder 31 and the swing arm 32 are reset under the tension of the tension spring 33.

Preferably, the visual inspection device comprises a camera and a light source, the camera is arranged above the cigarette case 10 after the cigarette case cover is opened to detect whether the lining paper is broken or opened to a preset position; the side surface of each sucker 19 is respectively provided with a camera for detecting whether the number and the placing position of the cigarettes are correct or not; a camera is arranged above a station after the cigarette box cover is closed, and is used for detecting whether the appearance of the finished cigarette meets the requirement; cigarette cases with cigarette defects or cigarette case defects are removed at a removing station.

The working principle of the packaging machine for putting cigarettes into the formed cigarette case provided by the invention is as follows:

when the cigarette case is pushed out from the bin and enters the cigarette case mold box 2, the cigarette case mold box 2 rapidly clamps the cigarette case and limits 4 degrees of freedom of the cigarette case, when the cigarette case moves to the arc position of the annular track 3, under the action of the self-generated gravity of the box cover, most of the box cover can be automatically opened and kept on the anti-falling steel wire 4 of the box cover, after moving to a certain distance, the box cover and the lining paper are lifted to a specified position under the action of the cover lifting steel wire 5 and the lining paper lifting steel wire 7, when the cigarette case with the opened cover moves to the position below the first suction cup 19, the suction cup 19 is opened under negative pressure, the first linear motor 22 moves to push the first layer 7 of cigarettes to the position below the suction cup 19, then the cigarette tray 37 is pushed immediately and then the cigarette is withdrawn by 86mm, the suction cup 19 synchronously presses the sucked cigarettes 42 downwards to the cigarette case on the corresponding station, the second and third linear motors 22 are not operated, the second and third suction cups 19 are not provided with cigarettes 42; when the cigarette box moves to the next station, the first linear motor 22 and the second linear motor 22 act to press 7 cigarettes on the first layer and 6 cigarettes on the second layer into the cigarette boxes on the corresponding station, when the cigarette box moves to the next working hour, the 3 linear motors 22 act synchronously to press 3 layers of cigarettes into the cigarette boxes on the corresponding station synchronously, after the cigarette box moves to the next station, all the passing finished cigarettes are pushed onto the next conveying belt under the action of the finished cigarette pushing cylinder, and if cigarettes 42 or cigarette boxes which do not meet the requirements exist, the cigarettes or the cigarette boxes are removed from the conveying belt.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
