The existing cover plate glass chemical strengthening frame manufacturing process has high frame adjusting difficulty, long frame adjusting time, poor space utilization and low productivity.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a basket suitable for chemically strengthening vehicle-mounted cover plate glass, and aims to reduce the difficulty in adjusting a frame.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.

The first mounting groove 5 is a through hole penetrating the first backboard 3 along the thickness direction of the first backboard 3, the first end of the clamp is inserted into the first mounting groove 5, the length of the first mounting groove 5 is greater than the diameter of the first end of the clamp, the clamp can move along the length direction of the first mounting groove 5, the position of the clamp can be adjusted, and the length direction of the first mounting groove 5 is parallel to the length direction of the first backboard 3. The basket of the invention has the length of 1600mm and the width of 600 mm; the basket of the invention can be used for manufacturing a cover plate with the length of 50 mm-1500 mm and the thickness of 1.1 mm-2.0 mm.
