Technical Field

The invention relates to a hose with an anti-freezing function, and belongs to the technical field of pipelines.

Background

Hoses are an important component in modern industry. The hose is mainly divided into: threading hose, drainage hose, ventilation hose, gondola water faucet hose, pencil pipe, delivery hose, the hose mainly divide into according to the material: stainless steel hoses, metal hoses, corrugated hoses, rubber hoses, plastic hoses, and the like.

When the hose is used for drainage, it is mainly used for drainage tasks such as sewage and rainwater, and when the hose is used for transportation, it is mainly used for transporting a fluid liquid.

In the case of a hose for drainage and transportation, it is necessary to work in a low temperature environment, and therefore, the cold resistance of the pipe needs to be considered. In regions with higher latitudes such as northeast and Russia in China, the temperature is lower in winter and usually reaches minus dozens of degrees, so that the hose becomes brittle in a low-temperature environment, the elasticity of the hose is reduced, the hose is easy to crack, and in addition, the fluid liquid in the hose can even freeze, so that the hose is blocked.

In order to solve the technical problems, the prior art also makes different improvements on the basis of the hose, for example, an insulating layer is coated or wrapped on the outer wall of the hose so as to solve the problems of cracking of the hose and freezing of liquid in the hose; or the heating wire is embedded in the hose, so that the temperature of the hose is increased in a heating mode of the heating wire, and the problem that liquid in the hose is frozen is solved. However, these methods all have different drawbacks, which are mainly shown in that:

1. when the outer wall is coated or wrapped with the heat-insulating layer, the operation is complex, and the heat-insulating effect of the hose can be ensured only by the normalized operation of an operator; this approach is therefore time consuming and laborious;

2. when the heating wire is embedded into the hose, the plastic material of the hose is easily burnt by the heating wire in the heating process due to the lower toughness degree of the hose, so that the hose is damaged, and even the outer surface of the hose is exposed out of the heating wire, so that the hose in use generates an electric leakage phenomenon.

Based on the above-mentioned problem, need to provide a hose prevents frostbite, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing hose life, realizes the heating to avoid under the low temperature environment, the inside liquid of hose problem frozen.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been developed in order to solve the problem of the clogging of the hose due to the freezing of the liquid flowing inside the existing industrial hose when it is used in a low temperature environment, and a brief summary of the present invention is given below in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the present invention.
