1. A joist machine, comprising:

a supporting beam arm (1) and a limiting seat (2);

Background

The heading machine is used for digging a roadway in underground operation of a coal mine, the joist is used for supporting a steel beam of the roadway and is an important component of the heading machine, the joist is arranged above a cutting part of the heading machine, the steel beam to be fixed is fixed on the steel beam support of the joist during working, and the steel beam is lifted to a position needing to be supported in the roadway by lifting of the cutting part.

The joist ware can be rotatory relatively cutting unit, realizes the position switching when joist ware operating condition and idle receiving state, nevertheless lifts the girder steel in-process, lifts too high or when the operation is improper when cutting unit, and the joist ware is easy because of the too big upset that takes place of rotation angle, causes casualties and equipment damage.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a joist device and a heading machine, which mainly include a first limiting component, and when the joist arm is in a working state of supporting a steel beam, the first limiting component cooperates with a heading machine body to limit rotation of the joist arm, so as to ensure that the joist arm is stable in position and does not turn over, and ensure production safety.

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the following detailed description will be given of specific embodiments, structures, features and effects of the joist device and the heading machine according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

First spacing subassembly (3) and entry driving machine body (100) cooperation carry out the spacing mode of joist arm (1) centre gripping, with the help of entry driving machine body (100), spacing intensity is bigger, need not to process the through-hole on joist arm (1), reduces the destruction of many joist arms (1) structure, guarantees the mechanical strength of joist arm (1).

The structure of the connecting plate (20) is still described by taking one of the connecting plates (20) as an example, the connecting plate (20) is of a trapezoidal plate-shaped structure, the upper bottom edge of the connecting plate is connected to the telescopic protection cylinder (200) of the heading machine body (100), the first limiting hole (31) and the third limiting hole (41) are respectively arranged on the connecting plate (20) in two directions close to the lower bottom edge, and the limiting plate (21) is close to the central position of the connecting plate (20), so that the position of the second limiting column (44) is far away from the position where the beam supporting arm (1) is hinged with the limiting seat (2) as far as possible and is close to the suspension end of the beam supporting arm (1), and according to the lever principle, the arrangement mode enables the pressure borne by the second limiting column (44) to be reduced, and the safety of the second limiting column (44) is improved.

The limiting seat (2) comprises a connecting plate (20) and a pair of bottom plates (22), one connecting plate (20) and one bottom plate (22) are used as a group, the group of bottom plates (22) and the connecting plate (20) are vertically connected and are respectively connected to a reinforcing plate (23), and the limiting seat (2) is connected with the heading machine body (100) through the bottom plates (22).

Reinforcing plate (23) are triangle-shaped metal sheet, and its two right-angle sides weld respectively in bottom plate (22) and connecting plate (20), and limiting seat (2) structural strength can be strengthened in reinforcing plate (23). The bottom plate (22) is provided with eight screw holes and is in threaded connection with the telescopic protection cylinder body (200) through bolts.

The existing beam supporting device is not provided with a support, when the beam supporting device is in a working state, a beam supporting arm (1) is in lap joint with an annular nozzle frame body of a heading machine body (100), so that the beam supporting device is unstable when lifting a steel beam, and the annular nozzle frame body is damaged by large pressure. In order to solve the problems, a support frame (5) is arranged on one side, opposite to the heading machine (100), of the beam supporting arm (1), and when the beam supporting arm (1) is located at a first relative rotating position, the support frame (5) abuts against the surface of the heading machine body (100).

Through increasing support frame (5), by support frame (5) overlap joint in the flexible protection barrel (200) top of cutting units, the support intensity of joist arm (1) is bigger, and can not destroy the annular nozzle support body. Specifically, support frame (5) include first backup pad (51), second backup pad (52) and a pair of baffle (53), and first backup pad (51) and second backup pad (52) parallel arrangement just are connected by a pair of baffle (53), and first backup pad (51), second backup pad (52) and a pair of baffle (53) enclose into the square cavity, and first backup pad (51) and second backup pad (52) and joist arm (1) are structure as an organic whole.

The supporting frame (5) adopts a square cavity structure, so that the structural strength of the supporting frame (5) is greatly increased, the stability of the machine body is improved, and the safety use performance is increased.

In addition, rubber plates (111) are laid on the bottom surfaces of the beam supporting openings (11), steel beams to be lifted are placed above the rubber plates (111), and abrasion caused by rigid contact between the beam supporting openings (11) and the steel beams is avoided.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, the embodiment of the invention also provides a heading machine, which is characterized by comprising the joist device as described in any one of the above, and has the characteristics and advantages of the joist device, which are not described in detail herein.
