The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine filling mining supporting equipment, and particularly relates to a coal mine solid filling mining hydraulic support.

Background

At present, solid wastes such as gangue, coal slime and fly ash generated in the coal mining, washing and power generation processes and waste residues generated in coal chemical production in China are generally stacked on the ground, the solid wastes occupy land and pollute the environment, and the filling coal mining method for disposing the gangue in a working face goaf can reduce the discharge of the solid wastes of a coal mine, reduce mining subsidence disasters and improve the recovery rate of mine resources, and is one of key technical approaches for realizing green mining of the coal mine. The gangue filling mining becomes a new coal mining technology, but at present, the conventional gangue filling mining in China mostly adopts a filling mining hydraulic support to hang a porous bottom-discharge type filling scraper conveyor (hereinafter, the porous bottom-discharge type filling scraper conveyor is referred to as a filling scraper conveyor for short) for filling so as to achieve fixed production, and the coal mining yield is influenced. The annual output of a conventional waste filling working face is 50-60 ten thousand tons/year, and for modern large mines and mines with high annual output of waste rocks, due to the fact that filling supports and filling scraper conveyor equipment are affected, requirements are difficult to meet, and a hydraulic support capable of quickly and efficiently filling waste rocks needs to be developed.

In the existing general dry filling mining technology, a working face mostly adopts a four-column or six-column supporting shield type filling mining hydraulic support to hang a multi-hole bottom discharge type filling scraper conveyor or a support with a similar structure for filling mining, and the support has the following problems: (1) the filling supports of the type are mostly suspended with light filling scraper conveyors under rear top beams, when the coal mining on a working face moves the supports, the filling scraper conveyors lift and move forwards along with the top beams, and at the moment, filling is difficult to perform, namely parallel operation of coal mining and filling is difficult to realize, so that the working face has the disadvantages of low propelling speed, low yield and incapability of realizing high-yield and high-efficiency filling mining; (2) at present, the rear top beam of the filling support can only suspend a light filling scraper conveyor, the filling scraper conveyor is short in length, generally less than 150m, and small in capacity of transporting filling materials, so that the waste rock filling capacity is small, generally less than 100 ten thousand tons per year, and the filling support cannot adapt to filling mining with a long working face width (such as the working face width is more than 200 m); (3) the back timber of filling the support hangs filling scraper conveyor through the chain link, changes at any time because of working face roof shape and mine pressure, makes support back timber stress state change at any time to lead to hanging scraper conveyor's chain link to relax differently, the atress is uneven, makes filling scraper conveyor be difficult to guarantee straight, the appearance twists reverse and incline, will produce great the torsion during the operation, jamming and chain breakage appear easily, cause scraper conveyor length limited, therefore can't realize the scale and fill the exploitation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a coal mine solid filling mining hydraulic support, which solves the problems that in the prior art, a suspension type filling scraper conveyer of a filling mining support is difficult to realize parallel operation of coal mining and filling, is difficult to adapt to filling mining with a longer working face width, and has poor stability, low filling efficiency and low filling capacity.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a coal mine solid filling mining hydraulic support comprises a base, wherein a front top beam and a rear top beam are arranged on the base, the rear end of the front top beam is hinged with the front end of the rear top beam, the base is connected with the front top beam and the rear top beam through an upright post and a four-bar mechanism, and a first driving mechanism is arranged between the front top beam and the four-bar mechanism; the rear part of the base is connected with a lifting gangue filling and discharging supporting mechanism.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the waste rock filling and discharging support mechanism comprises a support base, a lower box body is arranged on the upper side of the support base, an upper box body is sleeved on the lower box body, a workbench is arranged on the upper side of the upper box body, a second driving mechanism is arranged on the lower box body, the driving end of the second driving mechanism is connected with the workbench, and a blanking port is arranged on the workbench.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a front baffle is arranged on the front side of the workbench, and a rear baffle is arranged on the rear side of the workbench.

As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, a telescopic beam is disposed at a front end of the front top beam, a hinged side guard is disposed on the telescopic beam, a third driving mechanism is disposed between the front top beam and the telescopic beam, and a fourth driving mechanism is disposed on the telescopic beam and the side guard.

During filling mining, the front scraper conveyor of the working face carries coal, and the filling scraper conveyor 14 carries gangue. The coal mining machine cuts coal, moves the frame, pushes the front scraper conveyor, and simultaneously the filling scraper conveyor 14 arranged on the workbench 13 runs to fill filling waste rock into the goaf through a waste rock discharge port on a middle groove of the filling scraper conveyor 14 and a blanking port 19 on the workbench 13. Because the filling and gangue-discharging supporting mechanism is relatively independent from the top beams (the front top beam and the rear top beam) of the bracket and is not influenced by the descending and moving of the top beam of the bracket, the gangue discharge and filling of the filling scraper conveyor are not influenced by the descending and moving of the bracket, and the parallel operation of coal mining and filling is realized.

Referring to fig. 2, in the coal mine solid filling mining hydraulic support, the gangue filling and discharging support mechanism comprises a support base 18, a lower box body 21 is arranged on the upper side of the support base 18, an upper box body 11 is sleeved on the lower box body 21, a workbench 13 is arranged on the upper side of the upper box body 11, a second driving mechanism 12 is arranged on the lower box body, the driving end of the second driving mechanism 12 is connected with the workbench 13, and a blanking port 19 is arranged on the workbench 13.

The filling scraper conveyor 14 is arranged on the workbench 13, the workbench 13 and the upper and lower box bodies form a T-shaped structure, the structure is stable, the length of a top beam of the support can be further compressed, and the support supporting strength is improved. The second driving mechanism 12 can realize the lifting of the workbench, can adapt to the change of different filling heights, can ensure that the filling scraper conveyor is in a straight state on the workbench 13 by adjusting the height of the workbench, and can ensure that the front and back positions of the filling scraper conveyor on the workbench can carry out gangue discharge operation by the blanking port 19 on the workbench 13. The table 13 is provided with a fifth drive mechanism 16, and the fifth drive mechanism 16 is used to drive the filling shoe conveyor 14 to move back and forth on the table 13.

In the hydraulic support for solid filling and mining in coal mines according to the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a front baffle 10 is provided on the front side of a working platform 13, and a rear baffle 15 is provided on the rear side of the working platform 13.

The front baffle and the rear baffle can limit the filling scraper conveyor 14 to prevent the filling scraper conveyor 14 from being separated from the workbench 13, and the box body 11 can be used as a bearing structure of the gangue filling and discharging workbench 13 and a gangue blocking device to block filling gangue from entering the support and effectively isolate and fill a goaf.

As shown in fig. 1, in the hydraulic support for solid filling and mining in coal mines according to the present invention, a telescopic beam 3 is disposed at the front end of a front top beam 2, a hinged side guard 5 is disposed on the telescopic beam 3, a third driving mechanism 6 is disposed between the front top beam 2 and the telescopic beam 3, and a fourth driving mechanism 4 is disposed on the telescopic beam 3 and the side guard 5.

The telescopic beam 3 can temporarily support the top plate of the working face to prevent the top plate gangue from falling, and the side protection plate 5 can temporarily support the coal wall to prevent the coal wall from being broken.

In the coal mine solid filling mining hydraulic support, the inclined strut 20 is arranged between the workbench 13 and the upper box body 11, and the inclined strut 20 can further improve the stability of the workbench.
