referring to fig. 1 and 2, a spectrograph based on high-efficiency adjustment of incident light intensity comprises an experimental work platform 1, a CCD light intensity distribution measuring instrument 2 is installed at the upper end of the experimental work platform 1, an imaging focusing mechanism 3 is fixedly connected to the left end of the CCD light intensity distribution measuring instrument 2, a spectral window 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the imaging focusing mechanism 3, the spectral window 4 is communicated with the imaging focusing mechanism 3, a reflector rotation adjusting hand wheel 5 is rotatably connected to the outer end of the imaging focusing mechanism 3, a plurality of uniformly distributed support frames 6 are fixedly connected to the upper end of the experimental work platform 1, an imaging pipeline 7 is inserted between a pair of support frames 6, the imaging pipeline 7 is fixedly connected to the imaging focusing mechanism 3, a prism table rotation adjusting mechanism 8 is connected to the lower side of the imaging pipeline 7 through a thread, a prism cassette 9 is fixedly connected to the left end of the imaging pipeline 7, a quasi-straight pipeline 10 is fixedly connected to the end of the outer end of the prism cassette 9 far away from the imaging pipeline 7, an adjustable slit 11 is arranged at the outer end of an quasi-straight pipeline 10, a support rod 30 is fixedly connected at the outer end of an experimental working platform 1, a lamp tube 12 is connected at the outer end of the support rod 30 in a sliding manner, a protective cover 13 is fixedly connected at the lower end of the lamp tube 12, a light hole 14 is drilled at the outer end of the protective cover 13, a locking screw 15 is inserted at the outer end of the support rod 30, the locking screw 15 is in threaded connection with the lamp tube 12, a slit knife edge 31 is connected between the inner walls of the adjustable slit 11 in a sliding manner, a groove 32 is drilled at the outer end of the slit knife edge 31, a dust blocking device is arranged in the groove 32, the device is required to be arranged in a darkroom, a rotary indicating pointer is moved to the scale indicating central position of an experimental instrument panel by rotating a rotary adjusting mechanism 8 of a prism table, an upper cover of a prism cassette 9 is opened, the prism is placed on a rotary table, a light source is placed at the front part of the adjustable slit 11, the light source is lightened, and is aligned with the light passing caliber of the quasi-straight pipeline 10, rotating a reflector rotation adjusting hand wheel 5 clockwise to the bottom, finely adjusting a prism to enable a light spot seen through a spectrum viewing window 4 to be strongest, pressing the prism, keeping the light spot at the center position of the spectrum viewing window 4, taking out a protective cover at the outer end of an adjustable slit 11, adjusting the light transmission caliber of the protective cover to be about 0.5mm, installing the protective cover on a quasi-straight pipeline 10, installing the adjustable slit 11 at a vertical position, then rotating the adjustable slit 11 until a spectral line on a negative is in the vertical direction, then adjusting the light transmission caliber of the adjustable slit 11 to be slowly reduced, and simultaneously observing spectral line change on the spectrum viewing window 4 by using a spectrum viewing mirror until the brightness and the width of the observed spectral line are moderate and the spectral line is clear.

Referring to fig. 2-5, the dust-blocking device includes a sleeve 33 fixedly connected with the inner wall of the groove 32, a connecting rod 34 is inserted in the outer end of the sleeve 33, a push handle 16 is fixedly connected with the outer end of the connecting rod 34, a sliding block 17 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting rod 34 far away from the push handle 16, the sliding block 17 is slidably connected with the inner wall of the sleeve 33, an air vent 18 is chiseled at the inner bottom end of the sleeve 33, a pair of rubber sealing sheets 19 which are mutually abutted are rotatably connected between the inner walls of the air vent 18, an air bag package 20 is fixedly connected with the outer end of the sleeve 33, the air bag package 20 is communicated with the rubber sealing sheets 19, a wiping device is arranged at one end of the air bag package 20 close to the slit knife edge 31, a light-gathering device is arranged at the right end of the air bag package 20, when the device is not in operation, because the slit knife edge 31 is sharp, the slit knife edge is easily curled edges to cause damage and destroy, a certain gap exists at ordinary times, by pressing the push handle 16, the push handle 16 pushes the sliding block 17 to extrude the air in the sleeve 33, so that the air in the sleeve 33 pushes the pair of rubber sealing sheets 19 which are tightly abutted to each other due to the pressure, the air bag package 20 communicated with the sleeve is expanded to move towards the right side, the gap between the slit knife edges 31 is shielded, dust and dirt are prevented from entering the adjustable slit 11 from the gap, and meanwhile, the protective cover is screwed on the adjustable slit 11, so that the dust and the dirt are further prevented from invading.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the wiping device includes a storage airbag 22 fixedly connected to an outer end of an airbag package 20, a flow hole 23 is cut at an outer end of the storage airbag 22, a diaphragm 24 is fixedly connected between inner walls of the flow hole 23, the storage airbag 22 is filled with alcohol 25, a plurality of evenly distributed adsorption lines 26 are fixedly connected to an outer end of the alcohol 25, the adsorption lines 26 are in contact with slit edges 31, in order to prevent dust on the surface of the slit edges 31 with more burrs on a collected spectral curve, when adjusting a light aperture of an adjustable slit 11, the airbag package 20 is gradually restored to an original state due to pulling back a push handle 16, and in a process of restoring to the original state, due to extrusion force applied to the storage airbag 22 caused by expansion of the airbag package 20, the alcohol 25 in the storage airbag 22 is extruded from a penetration position of the diaphragm 24, the adsorption lines 26 absorb the penetrated alcohol 25, and the slit edges 31 are wiped by a process of moving the airbag package 20 in the original state, the dust on the surface of the slit knife edge 31 is cleaned.

Referring to fig. 4, the light condensing device includes a transparent inflatable airbag 21 fixedly connected to the right end of the airbag package 20, light-blocking powder 27 is filled in the inner cavity of the transparent inflatable airbag 21, fixing lines 28 are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the light-blocking powder 27, the outer ends of the fixing lines 28 are fixedly connected to a plurality of uniformly distributed lenticular balls 29, when the light incident amount of the light source is adjusted by the adjustable slit 11, a part of the light source is irradiated onto the transparent inflatable airbag 21, and at this time, the transparent inflatable airbag 21 is inflated by the heat irradiated by the light source, so that the light-blocking powder 27 is gradually dispersed, and the light source further irradiates the surface of the lenticular balls 29, and the light source irradiated on the surface of the lenticular balls 29 is refracted into the light through hole adjusted by the adjustable slit 11, so that the light incident amount of the light source of the adjustable slit 11 is further increased.

Referring to fig. 3, an extension spring is fixedly connected between the push handle 16 and the sleeve 33, the extension spring is located outside the connecting rod 34, the extension spring is made of stainless steel, and by arranging the extension spring, when the air bag package 20 is contracted, the push handle 16 can be pulled more conveniently by means of the reset effect of the extension spring, and meanwhile, due to the adoption of the stainless steel, the service life of the extension spring is greatly prolonged, and the extension spring is not prone to corrosion and rust due to air.

Referring to fig. 3, the outer ends of the pair of rubber sealing pieces 19 are fixedly connected with sealing gaskets filled with mutually attracted magnetic powder, and by arranging the sealing gaskets and the magnetic powder, the air tightness inside the sleeve 33 is higher, leakage is not easy to occur, and meanwhile, the air bag 20 is more thoroughly contracted.

Referring to fig. 2, a limiting plate is fixedly connected to one end of the slit knife edge 31 away from the transparent inflatable air bag 21, the limiting plate is made of rubber material, and when the air bag 20 is inflated, the gap between the slit knife edges 31 is more tightly sealed by the limitation of the limiting plate, so that the blocking performance of dust is improved.

Referring to fig. 5, the adsorption thread 26 is made of silk cotton material, because silk is the lightest, softest and finest natural fiber in nature, the silk can be easily recovered after external force is removed, the inner tube does not cake, is not stuffy, is not shrunk and is uniform and soft, so that the adsorption thread 26 can clean dust more cleanly after adsorbing alcohol 25, and the service life of the adsorption thread 26 is greatly prolonged.

Referring to fig. 2, a spherical groove is formed at the outer end of the push handle 16, a ball is rotatably connected in the spherical groove, the ball contacts the groove 32, and the spherical groove and the ball are arranged, so that the push handle 16 is not easily jammed in the sliding process of the inner wall of the groove 32, and the push is faster and more convenient.
