The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an upper air inlet cooking appliance burner comprises a burner head 1, a flow dividing base 2, a central fire cover 3, an outer ring fire cover 4, an ignition needle 51 and an induction needle 52,

the furnace end 1 comprises a base plate 11, a central air outlet seat 12 arranged in the center of the base plate, a central air inlet pipe 121 arranged on the lower surface, two outer ring air outlet seats 13 arranged on the left and right of the front part of the base plate, a transverse outer ring air inlet pipe 131 communicated with the outer ring air outlet seats and a fixed seat body 14, wherein the air outlet holes of the outer ring air outlet seats 13 face to the rear part and the axes are parallel to the upper surface of the base plate 11; the central air inlet pipe 121 is provided with a central air inlet interface 122, and the middle part of the transverse outer ring air inlet pipe 131 is provided with an outer ring air inlet interface 132; an ignition needle mounting hole and an induction needle mounting hole are formed in the fixed base 14;

As a further improvement of the invention: the base plate 11 of the burner 1 is provided with two primary air holes 151 surrounding the central air outlet base 12 and a circular ring-shaped sleeve 152, and the circular ring-shaped sleeve 152 is intersected with the fixed base 14. The diameter of the circle where the primary air hole 151 of the shaft air is located is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular ring-shaped sleeve 152; with such a structure, the velocity of the supplied primary air is stable without a vortex.

The central fire cover base 22 at the lower part of the central air inlet cavity 222 is hollow and provided with a lower opening 223, or the central fire cover base 22 at the lower part of the central air inlet cavity 222 is provided with an annular cavity surrounding the lower opening of the central air inlet pipe 221.

The upper end of the central air inlet pipe 221 extends into the central fire cover 3.

The positioning column 16 is arranged on the seat plate 11 of the burner 1, the circular seat plate 21 of the flow dividing seat 2 is provided with a positioning hole 27, and the positioning column 16 is inserted into the positioning hole 27.

As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, an arc-shaped gap is formed between the clockwise end of the left axial gas passage 233 and the counterclockwise end of the right axial gas passage 243;

as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the flow distribution base 2 comprises a main body part 2A and an annular base 25 with an outer annular gas groove,

the main body part 2A comprises a circular base plate 21, a central fire cover seat 22 arranged on the upper surface of the circular base plate, a central air inlet pipe 221, a left outer ring injection pipe 231, a left outer ring premixing cavity 232, a left axial gas channel 233, a right outer ring injection pipe 241, a right outer ring premixing cavity 242, a right axial gas channel 243, a through hole 26 adjacent to the central fire cover seat 22 and a supporting fixed column seat 28 arranged on the circular base plate, wherein a gap is formed between the clockwise direction of the left axial gas channel 233 and the anticlockwise direction of the right axial gas channel 243;

a left air inlet hole 252, a right air outlet hole 253 and a connecting hole 254 are arranged on the bottom plate of the circular ring seat 25 with the outer ring gas groove 251,

the left axial gas channel 233, the right axial gas channel 243 and the support fixing column seat 28 support the circular ring seat 25, and the screw passes through the connecting hole 254 to be screwed with the support fixing column seat 28.

As shown in fig. 14, 15 and 16, the clockwise end of the left axial gas channel 233 and the counterclockwise end of the right axial gas channel 243 are connected together by an arc-shaped seat 29 with an upper opening hollow cavity;

the flow distribution seat 2 comprises a main body part 2A and a circular ring seat 25 with an outer ring gas groove 251,

the main body part 2A comprises a circular base plate 21, a central fire cover seat 22 arranged on the upper surface of the circular base plate, a central air inlet pipe 221, a left outer ring injection pipe 231, a left outer ring premixing cavity 232, a left axial gas channel 233, a right outer ring injection pipe 241, a right outer ring premixing cavity 242, a right axial gas channel 243, an arc-shaped seat 29 provided with a hollow cavity with an upper opening and used for communicating the clockwise end of the left axial gas channel 233 with the counterclockwise end of the right axial gas channel 243, a through hole 26 adjacent to the central fire cover seat 22, a supporting fixed column seat 28 arranged on the circular base plate and a supporting fixed column seat 28 arranged in the hollow cavity,
