In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an indoor decoration billboard manufacturing device which comprises a workbench and a turnover assembly, wherein the turnover assembly is arranged on the inner side of the workbench and fixedly connected with the workbench, the turnover assembly comprises a fixer and a turner, the turner is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the workbench and fixedly connected with the workbench, and the fixer is arranged at the top of the inner side of the workbench and fixedly connected with the workbench;

the flanging device comprises an outer top plate, a hydraulic rod and an inner top plate, wherein the hydraulic rod is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the workbench and is fixedly connected with the workbench, the outer top plate is arranged above the hydraulic rod and is fixedly connected with the hydraulic rod, the outer top plate is matched with the fixer, and the inner top plate is arranged on one side of the outer top plate and is respectively connected with the outer top plate and the workbench in a sliding manner.

The hydraulic rod drives the outer top plate and the inner top plate to rise sequentially.

The outer top plate is provided with a boss and a rubber strip, the boss is arranged at the bottom of the outer top plate and close to one side of the inner top plate, the boss is connected with the inner top plate in a sliding mode, and the rubber strip is arranged at the top of the outer top plate.

The conveying assembly is used for conveying the plates to the inner side of the limiting frame so as to be folded.

and after the inner pressing plate and the outer pressing plate are combined, the inner pressing plate is pushed into the inner side of the limiting frame in a sliding manner from the side surface of the limiting frame, and the inner pressing plate and the limiting frame are fixed.

The transverse moving distance of the outer top plate is limited through the limiting frame and the supporting table, and the vertical moving distance of the outer top plate is limited through the outer pressing plate.

According to the device and the method for manufacturing the interior decoration billboard, the hydraulic rod jacks up the outer top plate, the inner top plate is driven to ascend after the outer top plate is jacked up, the outer top plate and the inner top plate are sequentially driven to ascend through the hydraulic rod, and then the edge of a plate is turned over step by step, so that the problem that the existing bending machine cannot automatically bend for multiple times is solved.

the flanging device 11 comprises an outer top plate 111, a hydraulic rod 113 and an inner top plate 112, wherein the hydraulic rod 113 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the workbench 20 and is fixedly connected with the workbench 20, the outer top plate 111 is arranged above the hydraulic rod 113 and is fixedly connected with the hydraulic rod 113, the outer top plate 111 is matched with the fixer 12, and the inner top plate 112 is arranged at one side of the outer top plate 111 and is respectively connected with the outer top plate 111 and the workbench 20 in a sliding manner.

In the embodiment, a plate is placed on the workbench 20, and is pressed and fixed by the fixer 12, then the hydraulic rod 113 jacks up the outer top plate 111, so as to perform a first bending on the plate, after the bending is completed, the hydraulic rod 113 continues to jack up the outer top plate 111, so as to lift up the inner top plate 112, perform a second bending on the plate, sequentially drive the outer top plate 111 and the inner top plate 112 to lift up by the hydraulic rod 113, so as to turn over the edge of the plate step by step, thereby solving the problem that the existing bending machine cannot automatically perform multiple bending.

Further, the outer top plate 111 has a boss 1111 and a rubber strip 1112, the boss 1111 is disposed at the bottom of the outer top plate 111 near the side of the inner top plate 112, and the boss 1111 is slidably connected with the inner top plate 112, and the rubber strip 1112 is disposed at the top of the outer top plate 111;

the fixer 12 includes an outer pressing plate 121 and an inner pressing plate 122, the outer pressing plate 121 is disposed above the inner top plate 112, the outer pressing plate 121 is matched with the outer top plate 111, the inner pressing plate 122 is disposed on one side of the outer pressing plate 121 far away from the outer top plate 111, and the inner pressing plate 122 is disposed on the top of the inner side of the workbench 20 and is slidably connected with the workbench 20;
