In order to reduce the sliding situation of the soft board belt in the process of punching the soft board belt, in this embodiment, a plurality of vertically downward telescopic rods 34 are installed on the periphery of the installation cylinder 3, a return spring 36 is sleeved outside the telescopic rod 34, meanwhile, a rubber block 35 is installed at the bottom of the telescopic rod 34, one end of the return spring 36 abuts against the rubber block 35, the other end of the return spring abuts against one end of the telescopic rod 34 far away from the rubber block 35, and the telescopic rod 34 is closer to the bearing surface of the workbench 10 than the cutter cylinder 32 in a natural state, so that when the slide 12 moves down, the rubber block 35 can be pressed on the soft board belt in advance.

In addition, a driving assembly for adjusting the distance between the two moving plates 4 is mounted on the table 10, and in this embodiment, the driving assembly includes: a strip-shaped through hole formed on the bearing surface of the worktable 10; and the shifting blocks 46 are fixed at the bottoms of the moving plates 4 and penetrate through the strip-shaped through holes, threaded rods 47 are connected between the shifting blocks 46 in a threaded mode, the threaded rods 47 are opposite to the thread directions of the two ends of the shifting blocks 46 in the threaded mode, when the width sizes of the soft plate strips are different, the two moving plates 4 can be driven to be close to and far away from each other by rotating the threaded rods 47, and therefore the distance between the two moving plates 4 can be adjusted conveniently to adapt to the soft plate strips with different widths.
