Technical Field

Background

The intake grill is a component for intake air provided at the front end of the automobile. It needs to be inhaled naturally to let air enter other devices inside as smoothly as possible.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention discloses an air intake grille for integrating an automobile active cruise radar system and a fog lamp lighting system, comprising:

a body 100, the body 100 being provided with a plurality of horizontal stacks 110, the horizontal stacks 110 being arranged in a U-shape; the upper side and the lower side of the body 100 are respectively provided with a plurality of clamping parts 130 for clamping with a bumper; the horizontal stack 110 is arranged in a U-shape to improve the overall strength of the body 100;

a radar assembly, comprising: a baffle 200 fixedly arranged on the body 100; a pressing plate 210 detachably connected with the baffle 200; the radar sensor 220 is arranged between the baffle 200 and the pressing plate 210, one side of the radar sensor 220 is abutted against the baffle 200, and the other side of the radar sensor 220 is abutted against the pressing plate 210;

the fog lamp subassembly set up one respectively at the both ends of body 100 the fog lamp subassembly, the fog lamp subassembly includes: a fixing plate 300 detachably coupled to the body 100; a lamp body 310 detachably coupled to the fixing plate 300.

For the lighting system, the lighting system and the air inlet grille are usually installed separately, and then the lighting system and the air inlet grille are necessarily installed in different relative errors due to different assembling objects. And this kind of relative assembly error is difficult to the management and control, and this has just influenced holistic quality stability, and conventional air-inlet grille moreover because fog lamp system and air-inlet grille are all assembled by the car factory on line, consequently can set up a station more at whole car assembly line, the whole car of extension makes the link.

Thus, the air intake grill of the present application integrates a fog light assembly. Fog lamp subassembly and air-inlet grille's integration for relative position between the two is fixed, and the fit-up gap is adjusted conveniently, and the quality is easily managed and controlled. Further, the upper side and the lower side of the body 100 are respectively provided with a reinforcing rib 120, the reinforcing rib 120 protrudes out of the surface of the body 100, and the reinforcing rib 120 is in a cuboid shape.

The reinforcing ribs 120 are provided to improve the strength of the intake grill and prevent deformation.

Further, the reinforcing rib 120 includes a first side surface 121, a second side surface 122, a third side surface and a fourth side surface, and the fourth side surface is connected to the body 100;

the clip portion 130 includes: a first lower concave surface 133, a second lower concave surface 134, and a third lower concave surface formed by inward recessing of the first side 121, the second side 122, and the third side; a bump 131 protruding from the first concave surface 133, wherein an upper surface of the bump 131 is flush with the first side surface 121.

In this embodiment, the clamping portion 130 is disposed on the reinforcing rib 120, so that the strength of the connecting portion between the bumper and the intake grille is improved, and deformation and falling caused by insufficient connecting strength between the bumper and the intake grille are avoided.

Specifically, the first side surface 121 is recessed inward to form a first lower concave surface 133, the second side surface 122 is recessed inward to form a second lower concave surface 134, and the third side surface is recessed inward to form a third lower concave surface; when the connecting part of the bumper is clamped on the clamping part 130, the three lower concave surfaces can limit the movement of the bumper along any direction so as to improve the connection tightness.

Further, the both ends of joint portion 130 all have a first lateral wall, the both ends of lug 131 all have a second lateral wall, first lateral wall with form joint passageway 132 between the second lateral wall, the width of joint passageway 132 by the bumper orientation body 100 direction reduces gradually.
