A disposable tableware packaging method adopts equipment comprising a rack, and a power device, a bag feeding device, a toothpick feeding device, a chopstick feeding device and a bag sealing device which are arranged on the rack; the bag feeding device, the toothpick feeding device, the chopstick feeding device and the bag sealing device are sequentially arranged along the processing direction, the power device is arranged on the rack, and the power device divides power into a plurality of strands and transmits the strands to the four devices to realize the orderly matching of the working procedures; the bag feeding device is used for feeding out the planar packaging plastic paper, and the toothpick feeding device is used for separating the toothpicks and feeding the toothpicks; the chopstick feeding device is used for separating chopsticks and feeding the chopsticks; the bag sealing device is used for carrying out heat seal and cutting on the packaging plastic paper;

the method comprises the following steps:

s1 packaging plastic paper feeding: the bag feeding device sprays codes on the packaging plastic paper and feeds the packaging plastic paper;

s2 toothpick feeding: the toothpick feeding device separates the toothpicks and then places the separated toothpicks in packaging plastic paper,

s3 chopstick feeding: the chopstick feeding device places two chopsticks in packaging plastic paper;

s4 packaging plastic paper and heat sealing: the bag sealing device pulls the packaging plastic paper to heat seal the upper end of the packaging plastic paper, and the end part of the packaging bag is heat sealed and cut.

An intelligent industrial control device comprises a processor, and the processor executes the method.

A non-transitory computer readable carrier medium storing program instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method described above.

The disposable tableware packaging equipment, the method and the industrial control equipment adopting the technical scheme have the advantages that:

1. the toothpick feeding device is provided with the toothpick separating wheel, the rotating groove is used for accommodating a single toothpick, the brush wheel presses the toothpick onto the toothpick separating wheel, stable and reliable toothpick separation is realized, the brush wheel can stir the toothpick in the hopper, and the problem that the groove is missed is solved; the lower end of the toothpick separating wheel is driven to drop the toothpicks through the rotation of the cam shifting block, so that the phenomenon of instability of dropping by gravity is prevented, and the dropping is reliable and accurate; the multiple actions are transmitted through mechanical parts, so that the stability and the efficiency are high.

2. The chopstick feeding device is matched with chopstick blanking through the film clamping assembly, the two film pressing wheels are opened when the chopsticks are blanked, on one hand, the two film pressing wheels can fold the packaging plastic paper in half to keep the symmetrical shape of the packaging plastic paper, on the other hand, the chopsticks can be prevented from sagging after being clamped, the chopsticks are prevented from sliding out of the packaging plastic paper, and the stability of chopstick conveying is improved; the elastic piece is arranged to control the blanking of the chopsticks, the chopsticks can be forced to fall down when the ratchet wheel is pushed down, and the chopsticks cannot fall down without external force, so that the blanking controllability is realized.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the disposable tableware packaging equipment comprises a frame 1, and a power device 2, a bag feeding device 3, a toothpick feeding device 4, a chopstick feeding device 5 and a bag sealing device 6 which are arranged on the frame 1; along the processing direction, the bag feeding device 3, the toothpick feeding device 4, the chopstick feeding device 5 and the bag sealing device 6 are sequentially arranged, the power device 2 is arranged on the rack 1, and the power device 2 divides power into a plurality of strands and transmits the strands to the four devices, so that the ordered matching of the working procedures is realized.

The bag feeding device 3 is used for feeding out planar packaging plastic paper, and the toothpick feeding device 4 is used for separating toothpicks and feeding; the chopstick feeding device 5 is used for separating chopsticks and feeding the chopsticks; the bag sealing device 6 is used for carrying out heat sealing and cutting on the packaging plastic paper.

As shown in fig. 2, the power device 2 includes a first motor 21, a second motor 22, a first main shaft 23, a first power output end 24, a second power output end 25, a second main shaft 26, a third power output end 27, a transition rotating shaft 28, a fourth power output end 29 and a fifth power output end 210; the first motor 21 transmits power to the first spindle 23 through a cylindrical gear pair, one end of the first spindle 23 is provided with a synchronous wheel as a first power output end 24, and the first power output end 24 transmits the power to the bag conveying device 3; the other end of the first main shaft 23 is provided with a bevel gear as a second power output end 25; the second motor 22 transmits power to the second spindle 26, the second spindle 26 transmits the power to the transition rotating shaft 28 through a chain, a circular belt wheel is arranged on the transition rotating shaft 28 and serves as a fifth power output end 210, and the transition rotating shaft 28 transmits the power again through a bevel gear pair and transmits the power to the fourth power output end 29; the other end of the second main shaft 26 transmits power to a third power output 27; the second power output end 25 and the third power output end 27 transmit power to the bag sealing device 6; the fourth power output end 29 transmits power to the toothpick feeding device 4, and the fifth power output end 210 transmits power to the chopstick feeding device 5.

As shown in fig. 3, the bag feeding device 3 includes a connecting seat 31, a material roll 32, a guide wheel 33, a marking assembly 34, a driving feeding wheel 35, a pressing feeding wheel 36 and a discharging roller 37; the connecting seat 31 is fixed on the frame, the material roll wheel 32 is hinged on the connecting seat 31, the material roll wheel 32 is provided with a material roll for packaging plastic paper, a nylon strip 321 is arranged on a rotating shaft of the material roll wheel 32, and the nylon strip 321 is pressed on the rotating shaft of the material roll wheel 32 to increase damping; the guide wheel 33 is hinged on the connecting seat 31, the marking assembly 34 is arranged on the side of the connecting seat 31, and the marking assembly 34 comprises a laser marking machine 341 and a guide roller 342; the driving feeding wheel 35 is hinged to the connecting seat 31, the driving feeding wheel 35 is connected with the power device 2, the pressing feeding wheel 36 is hinged to the swing arm 361, the pressing feeding wheel 36 is hinged to the connecting seat 31, the other end of the swing arm 361 is connected with the connecting seat 31 through the clamping mechanism 362, the clamping mechanism 362 presses the pressing feeding wheel 36 on the driving feeding wheel 35, and the packaging plastic paper is located between the driving feeding wheel 35 and the pressing feeding wheel 36; the discharging roller 37 is hinged on the connecting seat 31, and the packaging plastic paper is discharged after passing through the discharging roller 37.

When the bag feeding device 3 works, the packaging plastic paper is fed out from the material rolling wheel 32, and is guided by the guide wheel 33 and then fed into the marking assembly 34, the marking assembly 34 prints corresponding product information on the packaging plastic paper, then the packaging plastic paper is fed through the friction force between the driving feeding wheel 35 and the pressing feeding wheel 36, and finally the packaging plastic paper is fed out through the discharging roller 37.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, toothpick charging device 4 comprises hopper 41, side plate 42, input spindle 43, lower transmission spindle 44, pulley assembly 45, toothpick separating wheel 46, cam block 47 and brush wheel 48; the side plate 42 is fixedly arranged on the frame, the hopper 41 is arranged above the side plate 42, the width of the inner cavity of the hopper 41 is matched with the length of the toothpick, the lower end of the hopper 41 is inclined and is provided with a notch for reducing the mouth, and the bottom of the hopper 41 is provided with a notch; the input main shaft 43 is hinged on the back side of the side plate 42 through a bearing, the lower transmission main shaft 44 is hinged on the other side surface of the side plate 42, the belt wheel assembly 45 is connected with the input main shaft 43 and the lower transmission main shaft 44, and the belt wheel assembly 45 comprises a driving belt wheel, a driven belt wheel, a tensioning belt wheel and a synchronous belt; the toothpick separating wheel 46 is hinged to the side plate 42, a plurality of uniform grooves 461 are formed in the side wall of the periphery of the toothpick separating wheel 46, the toothpick separating wheel 46 is located below the hopper 41, the cam shifting block 47 is installed at the end of the lower transmission main shaft 44, the cam shifting block 47 corresponds to the grooves 461 in the bottom of the toothpick separating wheel 46, a crescent 462 is arranged on the outer side of the toothpick separating wheel 46, an arc-shaped opening is formed in the crescent 462, and the arc-shaped opening corresponds to the periphery of the toothpick separating wheel 46; the brush wheel 48 is hinged on the side plate 42, the brush wheel 48 is positioned at the upper end of the toothpick separating wheel 46, and the brush wheel 48 corresponds to the side of the lower end of the hopper 41. The end of the input spindle 43 is provided with a worm 431, the middle shaft of the toothpick separating wheel 46 is provided with a worm wheel 463, the worm wheel 463 is meshed with the worm 431, a driving pulley 464 is arranged outside the worm wheel 463, the middle shaft of the brush wheel 48 is also provided with a driven pulley 465, and the driving pulley 464 is connected with the driven pulley 465 through a belt. The diameter of the driving pulley 464 is larger than that of the driven pulley 465, and the peripheral linear speed of the toothpick separating wheel 46 arranged on the driving pulley 464 is the same as that of the brush wheel 48 arranged on the driven pulley 465.

When the toothpick feeding device 4 works, the input main shaft 43 rotates, power is transmitted to the lower transmission main shaft 44 through the belt wheel assembly 45, the input main shaft 43 drives the toothpick separating wheel 46 to rotate through the worm and gear transmission belt, meanwhile, the brush wheel 48 is driven to rotate through the belt wheel, the toothpick separating wheel 46 and the brush wheel 48 rotate in opposite directions, a toothpick is accommodated in a groove of the toothpick separating wheel 46 and is conveyed in a rotating mode, the brush wheel 48 stirs the toothpick in the hopper 41 and presses the toothpick, when the toothpick is conveyed to the lowest end, the toothpick leaves the crescent plate 462, at the moment, the cam shifting block 47 rotates to push the toothpick down, and feeding is achieved.

The toothpick feeding device 4 solves the problems that toothpicks are small in structure, difficult to separate and easy to block during feeding, a single toothpick is accommodated in a groove formed by the rotation of the toothpick separating wheel 46, the toothpick is pressed on the toothpick separating wheel 46 through the brush wheel 48, stable and reliable toothpick separation is realized, the toothpick in the hopper 41 can be stirred through the brush wheel 48, and the problem that the groove 461 is missed is solved; the lower end of the toothpick separating wheel 46 is rotated through the cam shifting block 47 to actively press the toothpicks down, so that the phenomenon of instability of dropping by gravity is prevented, and the dropping is reliable and accurate; the multiple actions are transmitted through mechanical parts, so that the stability and the efficiency are high.

As shown in fig. 6, the chopstick feeding device 5 comprises a storage box 51, a rotating shaft 52, a ratchet wheel 53, a first blanking guard plate 54, a second blanking guard plate 55, a front guide sheet 56, a rear guide sheet 57 and a film clamping assembly 58; the storage box 51 is fixed on the frame, the bottom end of the storage box 51 is inclined, the side end of the storage box 51 is an elastic sheet 511, a U-shaped notch is arranged below the elastic sheet 511, and a gap between the bottom end of the elastic sheet 511 and the bottom of the storage box 51 is slightly smaller than the diameter of a chopstick; the two ends of the rotating shaft 52 are hinged on the frame, the ratchet wheel 53 is fixed on the rotating shaft 52, the outer end of the ratchet wheel 53 is provided with a plurality of raised tooth shapes, and the tooth shapes can just shift the chopsticks to fall; the ratchet wheels 53 are arranged in a plurality, the ratchet wheels 53 are arranged at intervals, and the installation phases of the ratchet wheels 53 are the same; the front guide piece 56 and the rear guide piece 57 are arranged at the lower end of the storage box 51, a folded channel is reserved in front of the front guide piece 56 and the rear guide piece 57, the top of the channel is connected with the discharge end of the storage box 51, and the width of the channel is matched with the diameter of the chopsticks; the front guide piece 56 and the rear guide piece 57 are arranged below the first blanking guard plate 54 and the second blanking guard plate 55 through connecting plates, the first blanking guard plate 54 is positioned at the feeding end of the packaged plastic paper, and the second blanking guard plate 55 is positioned at the discharging end of the packaged plastic paper; film clamping assembly 58 is located under first blanking backplate 54 and second blanking backplate 55, film clamping assembly 58 include drive cam 581, pendulum rod 582 and press mold wheel 583, the one end of pendulum rod 582 is articulated mutually with the frame, drive cam 581 passes through the bearing and rotates the connection in the frame, the middle part of pendulum rod 582 is provided with the roller, the roller contacts with the outer end of drive cam 581, press mold wheel 583 articulates the other end at pendulum rod 582, it is taut through straining spring 584 between two press mold wheels 583, press mold wheel 583 compresses tightly after piling up chopsticks packing plastic paper. The front guide piece 56 is in a sheet shape, the section of the front guide piece 56 is in a V shape, the height from the feeding end to the discharging end gradually decreases, the rear guide piece 57 is in an arc shape, and the lower end of the rear guide piece 57 is in a pointed shape. The rotating shaft 52 is further provided with a bearing 521, and the elastic piece 511 is attached to the bearing 521.

When the chopstick feeding device 5 works, the rotating shaft 52 rotates, the ratchet wheel 53 pushes down the chopsticks at the bottom of the storage box 51, the chopsticks fall through the channel between the first blanking guard plate 54 and the second blanking guard plate 55 and fall onto the packaging plastic paper at the lower end, the driving cam 581 drives the film pressing wheel 583 to open at the moment of falling, and after the chopsticks fall, the film pressing wheel 583 compresses again to clamp the chopsticks in the middle of the packaging plastic paper.

The chopstick feeding device 5 solves the problem that the packaged plastic paper is not symmetrical in folding due to the fact that the packaged plastic paper is loaded and hung due to gravity, the chopstick feeding device is not supported, the packaged plastic paper is asymmetrically folded by arranging the film clamping assembly 58 to match with chopstick blanking, two film pressing wheels 583 are opened when the chopsticks are blanked, the two film pressing wheels 583 can fold the packaged plastic paper in a folding manner on one hand to keep the symmetrical shape of the packaged plastic paper, on the other hand, the chopsticks can be prevented from drooping after being clamped, the chopsticks are prevented from sliding out of the packaged plastic paper, and the stability of chopstick conveying is improved; the elastic piece 511 is arranged to control the blanking of the chopsticks, the chopsticks can be forced to fall down when being pushed down by the ratchet wheel 53, and the chopsticks cannot fall down without external force, so that the blanking controllability is realized.

The bag sealing device 6 comprises an installation platform 61, a heating pinch roller 62, a cutting assembly 63, a film drawing roller 64, a supporting wheel 65 and a transmission gear set 66; the heating pressing wheel 62 is arranged on a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is hinged on the mounting platform 61, the outer edge of the heating pressing wheel 62 is provided with a convex edge, and an electric heating wire is arranged inside the heating pressing wheel 62; the supporting wheels 65 are connected to the mounting platform 61, and the supporting wheels 65 respectively correspond to the lower ends and the upper ends of the chopsticks; the cutting assembly 63 comprises a rotating wheel and a cutter, wherein a notch is formed in the side end of the rotating wheel, the cutter is located at the notch, and hot melting lugs are arranged on two sides of the cutter; draw mutual elastic compression between the membrane gyro wheel 64, heating pinch roller 62, cutting element 63 and draw membrane gyro wheel 64 all be provided with two sets ofly, realize synchronous antiport through drive gear group 66 between two sets ofly.

When the bag sealing device 6 works, the heating pressing wheel 62, the cutting assembly 63 and the film drawing roller 64 rotate to enable the packaging plastic paper with the chopsticks to pass through the heating pressing wheel 62, the cutting assembly 63 and the film drawing roller 64 in sequence, the upper end heat sealing, the side end heat sealing and the cutting are performed in sequence, and the chopsticks are pulled to discharge.

A packaging method of disposable tableware sequentially comprises the following steps:

s5 packaging plastic paper feeding: the bag feeding device 3 performs code spraying and feeding on the packaging plastic paper;

s6 toothpick feeding: the toothpick feeding device 4 separates the toothpicks and then places the separated toothpicks in packaging plastic paper;

s7 chopstick feeding: the chopstick feeding device 5 places two chopsticks in the packaging plastic paper;

s8 packaging plastic paper and heat sealing: the bag sealing device 6 pulls the packaging plastic paper to heat seal the upper end of the packaging plastic paper, and the end part of the packaging bag is heat sealed and cut.
