7. The electronic commerce based agricultural product dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the agricultural product dispensing box (11) is driven to move up and down within the dispensing apparatus (1) through the support plate (3) and the support rod (4) by an electric telescopic rod (6).

The electronic commerce based agricultural product dispensing device of claim 3, wherein the controller (23) is electrically connected to the electric telescopic rod (6), the ventilation fan (17), the humidity sensor (9), the temperature sensor (8) and the temperature and humidity sensing device (118), respectively.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electronic commerce, in particular to an agricultural product distribution device based on electronic commerce.

Background

Electronic commerce is a new trade method, and when purchasing agricultural products by the trade method, the agricultural products are delivered at a remote place, so that an agricultural product delivery device for electronic commerce is required.

The agricultural product distribution device for the electronic commerce has the advantages that the conventional agricultural product distribution device for the electronic commerce has the following defects that when the agricultural products are purchased through the electronic commerce, the general purchase amount is large, a large amount of agricultural products can be squeezed mutually when being transported for a long distance, the agricultural products are excessively squeezed to cause damage of the agricultural products, and therefore the agricultural product distribution device for the electronic commerce is needed, and the agricultural products can be placed in a layered mode to prevent the agricultural products from being excessively squeezed mutually.

With the continuous improvement of the agricultural industrialization degree, most agricultural products realize industrialized centralized planting, namely so-called greenhouse planting. Since most of the planting bases are in remote suburbs, most of the vegetables are supplied by the farms in the outsides or suburbs, the quality guarantee period of the agricultural products is short, and the agricultural products can be shriveled or deteriorated during transportation. Particularly, with the development of science and technology, agricultural products are transported by electronic commerce channels, and the storage conditions of the agricultural products cannot be guaranteed in the current transportation, so that certain resource waste is caused, particularly in severe environments or at severe temperatures.

The agricultural product delivery case is important equipment in the agricultural product transportation link, and the agricultural product delivery case is used for placing agricultural products so as to be convenient for turnover, and plays a certain protection role on the agricultural products. Most of the prior agricultural product distribution boxes are simple hollow box structures, and the size of the box body can be selected according to the transportation amount during transportation. However, the problems of shriveling and deterioration of the agricultural products during transportation occur due to defects in the design of the distribution box, poor air flow in the distribution box and the like during distribution.

Agricultural products (farm products) are products produced in agriculture, such as sorghum, rice, peanuts, corn, wheat, and local specialties in various regions. The national regulation of primary agricultural products refers to plants, animals and their products obtained in agricultural activities, excluding processed products of various kinds.

The prior art has the following problems:

along with the rapid development of current agricultural product, also network gradually to the delivery of agricultural product to the delivery condition of more accurate tracking and in time inquiry agricultural product, but current agricultural product delivery is with the delivery case, when preventing agricultural product, the condition of mutual extrusion appears easily, thereby makes the phenomenon that agricultural product appears damaging easily, is unfavorable for the delivery of agricultural product.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention discloses an agricultural product distribution device for electronic commerce, which aims to solve the problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an agricultural product distribution device based on electronic commerce; the agricultural products are placed in layers, and the device has the function of placing the agricultural products in layers so as to avoid the damage of the agricultural products due to excessive extrusion; the agricultural product distribution box consists of an inner box body, an outer box body and a moisture-proof insulation layer, the agricultural products are kept at proper temperature in the agricultural product distribution box through the three-layer structural design, and moisture does not exist in the agricultural product distribution box, so that the agricultural products cannot be damaged in the distribution process; after the agricultural products are packed, the controller controls the electric telescopic rod to drive the supporting plate and the agricultural product distribution box to move downwards in the distribution device; until the top plate is hermetically connected with the distribution device; the bottom of the top plate is provided with the sealing glue layer, so that the distribution device and the top plate can be conveniently fixed, and the inner cavity of the distribution device can be well sealed;

a humidity sensor is arranged at the bottom in the distribution device; a temperature sensor is arranged at the bottom of the top plate; the back of the distribution device is provided with a ventilation fan communicated with the interior of the distribution device; a temperature and humidity sensing device is arranged at the bottom in the box cover; the humidity sensor is convenient for checking the humidity inside the distribution device at any time, the temperature sensor is convenient for checking the temperature environment inside the distribution device in real time, the mode can be used for detecting the environment inside the distribution device at any time, and when the detected environment exceeds a standard range, the controller exchanges gas inside the distribution device through the ventilation fan, so that the internal environment of the distribution device is changed; meanwhile, the air in the distribution device is exchanged through the air holes in the agricultural product distribution box; the air holes enable air in the box body to circulate, and freshness of agricultural products in the box body is further ensured.

In order to achieve the purpose, the agricultural product delivery device based on electronic commerce comprises a delivery device, a supporting plate, a supporting rod, a top plate, an electric telescopic rod, an agricultural product delivery box, a ventilation fan and a controller, wherein the supporting plate is arranged on the top of the delivery device; an electric telescopic rod is installed inside a shell of the delivery device through an installation seat, a top plate is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod, a support rod is installed at the center of the bottom of the top plate, a plurality of support plates are installed on the support rod from top to bottom, first slide blocks are arranged at two ends of each support plate and are arranged in slide grooves formed in inner walls of two sides of the delivery device in a sliding mode through the first slide blocks, a limiting slide rail is arranged on each support plate, a second slide block is installed at the bottom of an agricultural product delivery box and is arranged on the limiting slide rail of each support plate in a sliding mode through the second slide block; a humidity sensor is arranged at the bottom in the distribution device; a temperature sensor is arranged at the bottom of the top plate; and a ventilation fan communicated with the interior of the distribution device is arranged on the back surface of the distribution device.

Optionally, the agricultural product distribution box consists of an inner box body, a box cover, a moisture-proof insulating layer and an outer box body; a moisture-proof heat-insulating layer is filled between the inner box body and the outer box body, external threads are arranged at the edge of an opening at the upper end of the inner box body, a box cover is connected and arranged through the external threads, and air holes are formed in the inner box body and the outer box body; the inner part of the outer box body is filled with a reinforcing rib, and the bottom part in the box cover is provided with a temperature and humidity sensing device.

Optionally, an observation window, a controller and a temperature and humidity display screen are arranged on the front end face of the distribution device.

Optionally, the ventilation fan is installed on the back of the delivery device through the installation box, a plurality of rows of ventilation through holes are arranged on the back of the delivery device, the ventilation fan is communicated with the ventilation through holes through the ventilation main pipe and the ventilation branch pipes, the ventilation main pipe is provided with the electromagnetic valve, and the air filter layer is installed outside the ventilation fan.

Optionally, a sealant layer is installed at the bottom of the top plate, and the top plate is connected with the distribution device in a sealing manner.

Optionally, a base is installed at the bottom of the distribution device, and a movable caster is installed at the bottom of the base.

Optionally, the agricultural product dispensing box is driven by an electric telescopic rod to move up and down in the dispensing device through a support plate and a support rod.

after the agricultural product delivery box moves out of the delivery device, the agricultural product delivery box adopts a multilayer design in the delivery device, so that the layered placement of the agricultural products is realized, and the device has the function of placing the agricultural products in layers so as to avoid the damage of the agricultural products due to excessive extrusion; the agricultural product distribution box is composed of an inner box body, an outer box body and a moisture-proof heat-insulating layer, the agricultural products are kept at proper temperature in the agricultural product distribution box through the three-layer structural design, and moisture does not exist in the agricultural product distribution box, so that the agricultural products cannot be damaged in the distribution process; after the agricultural products are loaded, the controller controls the electric telescopic rod to drive the top plate and the supporting rod so as to drive the supporting plate to be matched with the sliding grooves in the inner walls of the two sides of the distribution device through the first sliding block, so that the supporting plate and the agricultural product distribution box move downwards in the distribution device; until the top plate is hermetically connected with the distribution device; the bottom of the top plate is provided with the sealing glue layer, so that the distribution device and the top plate can be conveniently fixed, and the inner cavity of the distribution device can be well sealed;

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the agricultural product dispensing device is used, a worker moves the device through the movable trundles 13, so that the device is convenient for the operator to move, when agricultural products are filled, the controller 23 controls the electric telescopic rod 6 to drive the top plate 5 and the supporting rod 4 so as to drive the supporting plate 3 to match with the sliding grooves 21 on the inner walls of the two sides of the dispensing device 1 through the first sliding block 12, and the supporting plate 3 and the agricultural product dispensing box 11 move upwards in the dispensing device 1;
