The untimely or improper treatment of the pipeline stroke can cause various economic and technical indexes of the blast furnace to seriously slide down, and serious major accidents in the aspects of quality and safety can be caused seriously.

In the daily production process of the blast furnace, a large amount of air reduction and pressure reduction are usually adopted when a pipeline stroke occurs, the stress balance of furnace materials in the blast furnace is damaged, and then material collapse is caused, so that the pipeline stroke is damaged.

The disadvantages of this method of operation are mainly the following:

firstly, the influence on the blast furnace is serious.
