A vertical loading device, comprising: the test device comprises two end vehicle bodies (1), a middle vehicle body (2), a limiting fixing block (5), a balancing weight (3) and a traction ventilator (4), wherein the two end vehicle bodies (1) are fastened with the middle vehicle body (2) through convex-concave matching structures respectively, interfaces connected with a bogie are arranged on the lower portion of each end vehicle body (1), the traction ventilators (4) are arranged on the end vehicle bodies in an inclined and symmetrical mode, and interfaces connected with a traction pull rod (6) are arranged at two ends of each end vehicle body (1) respectively so as to achieve a single-bogie test.

2. A vertical loading apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end body (1) and the intermediate body (2) are bolted together by a male-female engagement structure; vertical loading tests of different bogies and the whole vehicle can be realized by replacing the end vehicle body (1).

A vertical loading unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the end car body (1) is provided with interfaces for connection to the bogie, on which the traction ventilator (4) is arranged in an oblique symmetry and which are provided with interfaces for connection to the traction rods (6) at both ends.

4. A vertical loading device according to claim 1, characterized in that the end body (1) and the intermediate body (2) are bolted with a plurality of limit fixing blocks (5) for fixing the counterweight (3).

A vertical loading device according to claim 1, wherein the counterweight (3) is provided with grooves in the length and width directions for matching with the limit fixing blocks (5); and four right angles in the height direction are respectively provided with a positioning groove and a lug boss for stacking loading or arrangement of the balance weight iron (3).

The difference between the hydraulic loading mode and the boundary condition of the actual vertical load borne by the whole vehicle is large, and the free motion in all directions is limited to a certain extent; the dummy car body and the balancing weight mode can be completely consistent with the connection of each interface of the real car, but the vertical loading of the single bogie test is different from the vertical loading of the real car body, so that the actual vertical loading of the whole car is simulated more truly, the test sample amount is increased, the number of tools is reduced, the servicing efficiency is improved, a three-section structure of the end car body, the middle car body and the end car body is provided, the traction ventilator is directly arranged on the end car body, and the balancing weight is assembled and disassembled in a non-fastening mode.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a vertical loading device to solve the above problems.

A vertical loading device comprising: the test device comprises two end vehicle bodies, a middle vehicle body, a limiting fixing block, a balancing weight and a traction ventilator, wherein the two end vehicle bodies are respectively fastened with the middle vehicle body through a convex-concave matching structure, the lower part of each end vehicle body is provided with interfaces connected with a bogie, the traction ventilators are obliquely and symmetrically arranged on the interfaces, and the two ends of each end vehicle body are respectively provided with an interface connected with a traction pull rod so as to realize the test of a single bogie.

Furthermore, the end vehicle body and the middle vehicle body are bolted together through a concave-convex matching structure; vertical loading tests of different bogies and the whole vehicle can be realized by replacing the vehicle body at the end part.

Furthermore, the lower part of the end vehicle body is provided with interfaces connected with the bogie, traction ventilators are obliquely and symmetrically arranged on the interfaces, and the two ends of the end vehicle body are provided with interfaces connected with the traction pull rod.

Furthermore, a plurality of limiting fixing blocks are bolted to the end vehicle body and the middle vehicle body and used for fixing the balancing weight.

Furthermore, the counterweight block is provided with a groove matched with the limiting fixing block in the length and width directions; and four right angles in the height direction are respectively provided with a positioning groove and a lug boss for stacking, loading or arranging the balance weight iron.

Compared with the existing bogie test bed, the vertical loading device disclosed by the invention can simulate the actual vertical load of the whole vehicle more truly, increase the test sample amount, reduce the number of tools and improve the servicing efficiency.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1-8, the vertical loading device of the test bed comprises two end vehicle bodies 1, a middle vehicle body 2, a plurality of groups of limit fixing blocks 5, a plurality of specifications of balancing weights 3, a traction ventilator 4 and the like. The two end vehicle bodies 1 are respectively fastened with the middle vehicle body 2 through a convex-concave matching structure, the lower part of the end vehicle body 1 is provided with interfaces 10 connected with a bogie, and traction ventilators 4 are obliquely and symmetrically arranged on the interfaces. The two ends of the end vehicle body 1 are respectively provided with an interface connected with the traction pull rod 6 so as to realize the test of the single bogie. The invention can realize the vertical loading test of the whole vehicle and can also be used for the loading test of the single bogie. When different bogies are tested, only the end part of the car body 1 needs to be replaced, the number of vertical loading tools is reduced, and the test requirements of car bodies with different distances are met. The balancing weight 3 can directly fall on each loading vehicle body without additional fixation, the assembly and disassembly are rapid, the vertical loads of different axle weights can be realized, and meanwhile, the position of the bogie on the test bed is fixed. .

The end vehicle body 1 is of a frame structure formed by assembling and welding longitudinal beams 9, cross beams 11, a front end plate 7, a rear end plate 12, a traction ventilator mounting seat 8 and the like, the lower part of the end vehicle body is provided with interfaces 10 connected with a bogie, the traction ventilators 4 are obliquely and symmetrically arranged on the end vehicle body, and the two end parts of the end vehicle body are provided with interfaces connected with a traction pull rod 6. The rear end plate 12 of the end car body 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes and a positioning boss structure. The middle vehicle body 2 is of a frame structure formed by assembling and welding end plates 13, longitudinal beams 9, cross beams 11 and the like, and the end plates 13 are provided with mounting holes and positioning groove structures which correspond to the rear end plates 12 one by one. The end vehicle body 1 and the middle vehicle body 2 are bolted with a plurality of limiting fixed blocks 5 for fixing the balancing weight 3. The end vehicle body 1 and the middle vehicle body 2 are bolted together through a concave-convex matching structure. Vertical loading tests of different bogies and the whole vehicle can be realized by replacing the end vehicle body 1.

And a plurality of limiting fixing blocks 5 are bolted to the end vehicle body 1 and the middle vehicle body 2 and are used for fixing the balancing weight 3.

The counterweight block 3 is provided with a groove 15 matched with the limit fixing block 5 in the length and width directions; and four right angles in the height direction are respectively provided with a positioning groove 14 and a boss 16 for stacking loading or placing of the balance weight iron 3.

After adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, compare with current bogie test bench, simulate the actual vertical load of whole car more really, increase test sample volume, reduce frock quantity again, improve the efficiency of reorganizing and outfit.
