The toasting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing includes two sets of support rods disposed opposite to each other, a plurality of connecting rods fixedly connected between each set of support rods, and two track assemblies, wherein the two sets of support rods and the connecting rods are used for supporting the two track assemblies, each track assembly is arranged to match a shape of the conveying portion, and the conveying portion is disposed on the track assembly.

4. The toasting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said housing includes a baffle plate disposed between said two conveying members and fixed to said opening, said baffle plate abutting against said receiving member when said receiving member is moved to said opening.

5. The toasting apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a blocking means which blocks hot air within the enclosure from exiting the enclosure through the opening when the opening is open.

6. The toasting apparatus according to claim 5 wherein the separating means comprises a blower and a compressed air duct connected to the blower, the outlet of the compressed air duct being located at and covering the top of the opening.

The toasting apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the housing defines a first receiving chamber and a second receiving chamber, a partition is disposed between the first receiving chamber and the second receiving chamber, the heating element, the two conveying elements, the driving element, the receiving element and the compressed air duct are disposed in the first receiving chamber, the blower is disposed in the second receiving chamber, and one end of the compressed air duct at the air inlet is connected to the blower through the partition.

The baking device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the partition forms a through hole, the baking device further comprises an induced draft fan, a heating box and an air guide channel, the induced draft fan is disposed in the second accommodating cavity and is in butt joint with the through hole, the heating box is disposed in the second accommodating cavity and is connected with the induced draft fan, and the air guide channel is used for guiding air in the heating box into the first accommodating cavity.

The roasting apparatus of claim 8, wherein one end of the air duct passes through the partition plate and is communicated with the heating chamber, and a plurality of air outlets are formed at the other end of the air duct, and are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the opening and at the top of the chamber.

The invention relates to the technical field of heating and baking, in particular to a baking device.

Background

In the production process of products, the products made of plastic materials are sometimes required to be put into an oven for high-temperature baking and shaping. The product adopts tunnel streamlined track in current oven, and the product can take out after toasting certain time in the oven, so, need longer track just can satisfy the requirement that the product toasted, consequently, the volume of oven is great.

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a compact toasting apparatus.

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a detailed description of the present invention will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, and the described embodiments are merely a subset of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than a complete embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a baking apparatus 100, wherein the baking apparatus 100 is used for baking a workpiece 10, such as a plastic workpiece 10 to be baked. The baking apparatus 100 includes a box 20, a heating element 40 accommodated in the box 20, two conveying elements 50, a driving element 60 and an accommodating element 70. The accommodating part 70 is disposed between the two conveying parts 50, and the driving part 60 is connected to the two conveying parts 50 and is used for driving the two conveying parts 50 to move, so that the accommodating part 70 moves along with the conveying parts 50 in the box body 20 to bake the accommodating part 70.

The box 20 is a housing with a closed center, and an opening 22 is formed at one side thereof to form a passage for putting and taking out the workpiece 10 into and from the box 20. In the present embodiment, a lift gate 24 is mounted at the opening 22. When the lifting door 24 is lifted, the opening 22 is opened, so that the workpiece 10 can be put in or taken out conveniently; when the lifting door 24 descends, the opening 22 is closed, and the heat in the box body 20 is reduced from flowing out of the opening 22 when the workpiece 10 is baked.

The box 20 includes a first frame 26, a second frame 27 fixed below the first frame 26, and a partition 29. The first frame 26 includes two sets of support rods 261 disposed oppositely, a plurality of connecting rods 262 fixedly connected between each set of support rods 261, two guide rail assemblies 263 and a baffle 266. The two sets of support rods 261 and the plurality of connecting rods 262 are used for supporting the two guide rail assemblies 263. The driving member 60 is connected to the supporting rod 261. Each of the track assemblies 263 includes two first tracks 264 connected to two opposite support rods 261 and a plurality of second tracks 265 respectively connected to a plurality of connecting rods 262. The plurality of second guide rails 265 are located between the two first guide rails 264 in parallel, and the length of the second guide rails 265 is smaller than that of the first guide rails 264, so that the first guide rails 264 and the opposite ends of the second guide rails 265 are bent in a serpentine shape when being sequentially connected. The baffle 266 is disposed between the two conveying members 50 and fixed at the opening 22. The partition 29 is disposed between the first frame 26 and the second frame 27 to partition the box 20 into a first receiving chamber 21 and a second receiving chamber 23.

The heating element 40 is disposed in the first accommodating chamber 21 and used for baking the workpiece 10 disposed in the box body 20. In one embodiment, the heating element 40 includes a plurality of U-shaped heating rods.

The two conveying members 50 are fixed in the first accommodating cavity 21 and are arranged at intervals. Each of the conveyors 50 includes a transmission portion 52 and a connection portion 54. The transmission portion 52 is bent in a serpentine shape, and includes a first end 56 and a second end 58 opposite to the first end 56, wherein the first end 56 and the second end 58 are disposed facing the opening 22. The connecting portion 54 connects the first end 56 and the second end 58 such that the conveyor 50 is connected end to end. Each of the transmission portions 52 is arranged to match the shape of each of the guiding rail assemblies 263, and the first end 56 and the second end 58 are disposed on the two first guiding rails 264 such that the transmission portions 52 are disposed on the guiding rail assemblies 263. The driving member 60 is connected to the conveying member 50 for driving the conveying member 50 to move circularly in the box 20 along the guide rail assembly 263. In this embodiment, the conveying member 50 is a chain, and the driving member 60 includes a plurality of sprockets 62 engaged with the chain and a plurality of motors (not shown) connected to the plurality of sprockets 62. The plurality of motors synchronously drive the plurality of sprockets 62 to rotate and thereby move the chain. The accommodating part 70 is connected between the two conveying parts 50 and forms an accommodating groove 72 for accommodating the workpiece 10 to be baked, and the accommodating part 70 moves circularly in the box body 20 along with the conveying parts 50 so that the workpiece 10 to be baked moves along with the accommodating part 70 to be baked. In this embodiment, the accommodating member 70 is provided in a plurality, and each accommodating member 70 includes a hanging arm 74 fixed between the two conveying members 50 and a hanging basket 76 connected to the hanging arm 74. The receiving groove 72 is formed on the hanging basket 76. The suspension arm 74 moves circularly in the box 20 along with the transmission member 50 so that the workpiece 10 to be baked is baked along with the hanging basket 76. Further, the hanging basket 76 is rotatably connected to the hanging arm 74 such that the hanging basket 76 can rotate about the hanging arm 74. When the hanging basket 76 moves to the opening 22, the hanging basket 76 abuts against the baffle 266, so that the placing angle of the hanging basket 76 when the hanging basket moves to the opening 22 is fixed, and the workpiece 10 can be conveniently taken out and placed by a manipulator through the opening 22.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the baking apparatus 100 further includes an isolation device 80. The isolation device 80 is used for blocking the hot air in the box body 20 from flowing out of the box body 20 from the opening 22 when the opening 22 is opened. Specifically, the isolation device 80 includes a blower 82 and a compressed air duct 84 connected to the blower 82, an air outlet of the compressed air duct 84 is located at the top of the opening 22 and covers the top of the opening 22, and a strong airflow blown out through the air outlet of the compressed air duct 84 separates convection between the hot air in the box 20 and the outside air, so as to separate the hot air in the box 20 from flowing out of the box 20. The compressed air duct 84 is disposed in the first accommodating chamber 21. The blower 82 is disposed in the second accommodating chamber 23, and one end of the compressed air duct 84, which is located at the air inlet, penetrates through the partition 29 and is connected with the blower 82.

The baking apparatus 100 further includes a fan module 90 and an air guide duct 91. The partition 29 forms a through hole 291. The fan module 90 includes an induced draft fan 92 and a heating box 94. The induced draft fan 92 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 23 and is in butt joint with the through hole 291, so that air in the box body 20 is sucked to the second accommodating cavity 23. The heating box 94 is connected to the induced draft fan 92 for increasing the temperature of the air entering the heating box 94. The air duct 91 is used for guiding air in the heating box 94 into the first accommodating chamber 21. Specifically, one end of the air duct 91 passes through the partition 29 and communicates with the heating box 94. The other end of the air guiding duct 91 forms a plurality of air outlet holes 93 for guiding the air heated by the heating box 94 in the second accommodating chamber 23 into the first accommodating chamber 21, and the air in the second accommodating chamber 23 is heated by the heating box 94 to further increase the heat of the air entering the air guiding duct 91, so that the workpiece 10 can be better baked. The arrangement direction of the air outlet 93 is perpendicular to the opening 22 and is located at the top of the box body 20, so that air can be uniformly guided into the first accommodating cavity 21. The fan module 90 further includes a filter 96 disposed between the induced draft fan 92 and the heating box 94 for filtering air. In this embodiment, the baking apparatus 100 includes two fan modules 90, two air guide ducts 91, and two through holes 291. The two induced draft fans 92 of the two fan modules 90 are respectively butted with the two through holes 291, and the two air guide channels 91 are located at two opposite edges of the box body 20, so that air can be more uniformly guided into the first accommodating cavity 21.

The baking device 100 circularly conveys the accommodating part 70 through the conveying parts 52 bent in a serpentine shape on the two conveying parts 50, so that the space required by the stroke of the accommodating part 70 is reduced, and the volume of the baking device 100 is reduced.
