The working principle is as follows: firstly, the first double-shaft motor 22, the second double-shaft motor 27 and the gas pump 49 are respectively electrically connected with an external power supply through power lines;

secondly, when the polyimide film needs to be processed, the polyimide film is uniformly wound on the mounting barrel 43 at the middle part, two ends of the mounting shaft 18 are placed in the corresponding placing grooves manually, then the protective film is uniformly wound on the mounting barrel 43 at the upper part and the lower part, the mounting shafts 18 at the upper part and the lower part are respectively placed in the corresponding placing grooves manually, so that the protective film is positioned at two sides of the polyimide film and pulled to pass through the positions between the first rotary drum 12 and the second rotary drum 13, and sequentially pass through the feeding barrel 10 and the discharging barrel 15, and then is wound on the fixed barrel 6, when the polyimide film needs to be prepared and produced, the first double-shaft motor 22 is started, under the power output of the first double-shaft motor 22, the two rotary shafts 20 are driven to rotate along the two vertical plates 4, and the first driving wheel 19 is driven, The second driving wheel 23 rotates synchronously to drive the third belt 24 and the first belt 52 to perform belt transmission operation synchronously, under the transmission of the first belt 52, the driven wheel 53 is driven to rotate, and further the second rotating shaft on the right side is driven to rotate along the two second inclined plates 14, so as to drive the second bevel gear 42 on the right side and the linkage wheel 45 to rotate, and under the meshing action of the second belt 44 and the second bevel gear 42, the linkage wheel 45 on the left side is driven to rotate, and further the first bevel gear 41 and the second bevel gear 42 are driven synchronously to perform synchronous meshing operation, so as to facilitate the extrusion and transmission operation of the polyimide film and the protective film, and simultaneously, because the first driving wheel 19 and the belt pulley 25 perform synchronous transmission through the third belt 24, the fixed shaft 5 is synchronously driven to rotate, so that synchronous winding operation is convenient to carry out;

when the film needs to be heated, the gas pump 49 is started, the bottom end of the gas inlet pipe 50 is communicated with external gas, the gas is driven to enter the gas pump 49 through the gas inlet pipe 50 under the power output of the gas pump 49, and enters the gas outlet pipe 48 through the gas pump 49, the gas is driven to enter the heating box 47 and the connecting pipe 51, and the heating operation is carried out on the polyimide film and the protective film through the heating nozzle 46, so that the protective film and the two sides of the polyimide film are heated and bonded;

when the polyimide film preparation needs to be effectively bonded, the second dual-shaft motor 27 is started, under the power output of the second dual-shaft motor 27, the two connecting shafts 28 are driven to rotate along the corresponding trapezoidal blocks 29, so as to drive the cam 30 to collide and contact with the collision blocks, because the cam 30 has the highest point and the lowest point, the transverse plate 31 is driven to lift in the collision process, so as to drive the slide rod 32 to slide along the production box 8, so that the spring 33 extends and retracts, so as to drive the counterweight block 34 and the first extrusion plate 35 to lift, and simultaneously, under the cooperation of the second extrusion plate 36, the heated protective film and the polyimide film are conveniently extruded and fused, and simultaneously, under the lifting of the first extrusion plate 35, the second extrusion plate 36 is driven by an external force to slide along the rectangular cylinder 38, so as to drive the connecting block 39 to lift, so as to drive the lifting spring 40 to extend and retract, under the cooperation of the lifting spring 40, the polyimide film and the protective film can be bonded better.
