Background

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a ship with an anchor block, which comprises a ship body, wherein a deck 1 and an outer hull plate 2 are arranged on the ship body, a ship board 3 is vertically arranged on the periphery of the deck 1 on the ship body, a notch 4 is arranged on the ship board 3, an anchor block main body 5 is fixed on the outer hull plate 2, the anchor block main body 5 is fixed on the outer hull plate 2 right below the notch 4, an erection part for fixing a ship anchor 6 is arranged on the anchor block main body 5, and the shape of the erection part is matched with the shapes of an anchor rod 61 and an anchor claw 62 of the ship anchor 6. When the ship anchor 6 is anchored and collected on the ship body, the ship anchor 6 is clamped and fixed at the erection part.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, the wear resistant strips 8 are rounded at the contact points with the anchor chains 7.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the preferred embodiment, an anti-roll toggle 9 is fixed to the back of the side 3.

The design of the anchor block main body matched with the ship comprises the following steps:

1. determining the position of a notch 4 for anchoring and taking off the ship anchor from the ship body according to an anchor system layout drawing and the equipment dimension specification of the ship body, thereby determining the specific position of the notch 4 on the ship board 3, the shape of the notch 4 and the corresponding dimension;

2. according to the retraction position of the ship anchor 6, the lengths of the anchor rod 61 and the anchor claw 62 and the opening angle of the anchor claw 62, two parameters alpha and beta of the anchor platform body 5 and the shape and the corresponding size of the anchor platform section are determined, so that the opening angle of the anchor rod 61 and the anchor claw 62 is matched with the erection part, the ship anchor 6 is stably fixed on the anchor platform body 5, the parameter alpha is the included angle between the first wrapping plate 51 and the horizontal plane, the parameter beta is the included angle between the second wrapping plate 52 and the horizontal plane, and the anchor platform section is the cross section of a cylinder surrounded by the first wrapping plate 51, the second wrapping plate 52 and the doubling plate 54;

3. according to the line type of the hull outer plate 2, lofting is carried out to determine the curved line type of the compound plate 54, so that the shape of the compound plate 54 is matched with that of the hull outer plate 2, and the compound plate 54 is better fixed on the hull outer plate 2;

4. according to the size of the shell of the anchor platform body 5, the shape and the size of the rib plate 55 inside are determined, so that the rib plate 55 has a better supporting effect;

5. according to the hull structure around the gap 4, arranging an anti-abrasion strip 8 as a bearing point of the anchor chain 7 and an anti-elbow plate 9;
