Background

In the prior art, loose materials such as stones, yellow sand, coal and the like are generally transported by a dumper and a loader and then stacked by a belt conveyor. As the loading bulk materials of the dump truck and the loader are about 20 tons generally, only one-time unloading can be adopted during unloading, and the belt conveyor is easily damaged by instantaneously dumped materials. On the one hand, normal production operation is affected; on the other hand, it causes damage to the equipment, increasing the production cost.

Preferably, the transmission system comprises a motor, and a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket which are connected with the motor, the driving sprocket is rotatably arranged at the discharging section, the driven sprocket is rotatably arranged at the feeding section, the motor drives the driving sprocket to rotate, so that the driven sprocket is driven to rotate through a chain, and the conveying belt reciprocates along the conveying direction.

Preferably, a connecting part is arranged in the buffer cavity and is connected with the reinforcing plate and the conveying belt.

3. through the arrangement of the supporting pulleys, the supporting wheels are driven to move by the trailer at the position where the material receiving position needs to be replaced, so that the flexibility of the equipment is improved;

Detailed Description

In this technical scheme, conveyer belt 6 can select rubber conveyer belt, sets up strengthening rib 601 at its surperficial interval and can increase 6 intensity of conveyer belt, prevents in the transportation, and conveyer belt 6 is damaged and the material that arouses is lost. The reinforcing ribs 3 can be fixedly arranged on the surface of the conveyor belt through bolts. Meanwhile, the acting force generated when the materials are dumped is slowed down through the reinforcing plate 602 and the buffer cavity on the lower surface of the conveying belt 6, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

Preferably, the transmission system comprises a motor 401, and a driving sprocket 402 and a driven sprocket 403 connected with the motor, the driving sprocket 401 is rotatably disposed on the discharging section 103, the driven sprocket 403 is rotatably disposed on the feeding section 101, and the motor drives the driving sprocket 402 to rotate, so that the driven sprocket 403 is driven to rotate by a chain, so that the conveying belt 6 reciprocates along the conveying direction.

Preferably, a connecting part is arranged in the buffer cavity and is connected with the reinforcing plate and the conveying belt.

Preferably, the frame 1 is provided with cross beams at intervals along the bottom of the frame, the two sides of each cross beam are provided with a mixed wheel seat, each pulley seat is provided with a pulley 603, and the pulleys 603 abut against the lower surface of the reinforcing plate 602.

In the technical scheme, the conveyer belt 6 is additionally provided with the reinforcing plate 602 and the reinforcing ribs 601, so that the self weight is greatly increased, and the production requirement cannot be met only through the transmission system. The arrangement of the pulleys 603 on the one hand supports the conveyor belt 6 and on the other hand facilitates the transport of the conveyor belt 6.
